Mr. Yates fixed my car last week for less than half of what other places quoted me. He is very nice and a pleasure to talk to and work with. Dropped my car off on Wednesday and picked it up on Friday. He is busy so I had to follow up on my quote but I am glad I did! If I look close I can see some imperfections, sure, but I its an old car and not worth top dollar to fix, so I am more than happy with the value I got.

I called Mr. Yates on a Thursday afternoon for an estimate to replace the front bumper on our car and by the same time the next day the work was done for a reasonable price. Bumper looks great, and he is kind, professional, and easy to reach.
