I am very pleased with the work of Caliber Collision. I hit a deer at 45 mph head-on and the deer went flying. Somehow it lived. My airbags did not deploy thank goodness.My car was drivable but I had it towed to Caliber since there is no body shop at the Charleston Audi dealer.They gave me an initial date of August 13 for the car to be finished. Then they called me saying their Audi tech was in the hospital and could be there for two weeks.I was not happy about that but it was not Calibers fault.Once the tech was back, parts were ordered quickly and the work was completed in a very timely fashion. The car looks like new and the tech did a great job.Communication from the manager Dave was fantastic. He communicated through texts and phone calls.One other note, Jordan is the receptionist. She is the first person you talk with when you call. She is very pleasant and professional. Jordan does a great job.Overall very pleased with Caliber.

By far one of the most full of ish shops around. They left eight bolts out of my frame. And didn’t tighten up the others and cross threaded some. Any ways that’s was what I found after they took possession for repairs three times. First one to repair the original claim from me getting rear ended. They have it back to me wrecked on the front end and it had all kinds of runs in the clear coat. So they replaced the front bumper and painted truck again. Got it back again with a dent in the bed and scratches on the dash.Come to find out they didn’t even have the a welding machine in their shop and had to take my truck to another shop to make the weld.No pride and very dishonest.So now my 68k 2021 Silverado has hack job repairs and three aftermarket paint jobs.Good thing I had another shop check their work seeing as they didn’t even put all the bolts back in.Beware of Eddie the manager and his henchmen Darren both are trained con artists.

I brought my car in on 2/11 to be repaired. My car was backed into, and needed to be fixed. Dropped it off, the process was easy. Enterprise came and picked me up to bring me to my rental car so I did not have to worry about transportation. I was kept informed about my car each day. I received a call on Friday 2/14 saying my car was finished and was ready to be picked up! When I came to pick up my car, you couldnt even tell I was backed in to. They detailed and cleaned the car for me as well. I was nervous since my paint color is a specific blue that it would be hard to match, but nope! So happy with my service.

Lied about sending work order to my insurance company. Waited a month to find out they never sent it while my car sat there. Lazy and liars, will NEVER do business with them again. Used to be the best in town, now they just dont seem to care.

Excellent service and body repair on my vehicle. Took about two weeks, but they did a great job. The only issue I have is the inside of my car was full of dust particles from sanding! The dust wont even come out with a vacuum and extensive cleaning.

Someone bumped my car and ran leaving a few scratches so I drove by just to see if there was anything they could do or provide an estimate. They had 10 appointments that day and no time to provide an estimate but the customer service was still exceptional. They took a few seconds out of their busy schedule to assess the damage and were luckily able to rub whatever material transferred onto my car right off. Not real good with communication when they have your car. Their phones were down. Anybody have a cell phone? They had my email address, also. Picked car up late yesterday, just before closing. Brought my car to caliber collision luxury when I was involved in an accident resulting from an inexperienced driving pulling out into the main road without looking, t-boning my car and causing extensive damage. Original eta was accurate for the noticeable damage but I was expecting there to be unseen damage once panels came off, which did happen, but wasnt too much more of a delay. The biggest delay was at no fault to Caliber as they were waiting on a part of the steering rack from the dealership, and the holidays put a slight damper on things. But they ended up doing a very good job and almost no visible difference pre accident and post repair. Could only find anything wrong after spending several hours inspecting the vehicle after I got home but it was so miniscule its not even worth noting because you cant even see it unless you are really looking for it. Therewas a very small imperfection directly under the door handle that was literally the size of a pinhole. Ive literally seen new vehicles at a dealership with bigger flaws than that so Im still extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing body repair. They may take a little bit longer than other body shops, but you can be assured it will be done RIGHT! So definitely worth the wait. They even had no problems with me calling literally every other day to get updates on the car and all the staff were extremely friendly throughout the whole process. I really have no complaints whatsoever.

Over the top excellent service! Everyone was wonderful, and the communication was amazing. I never had to call to find out anything; they always called me first. Outstanding experience from the moment I walked in to the shop, I have never seen such a professional and organized space that was extremely comfortable if you had to wait. Communication was exceptional, I never had to call about my car, Tonya called me frequently with brief updates. She ensured every concern was fully addressed, absolutely no surprises when I picked up the car. Tonya even purchased a new battery for the car, had it installed. Car was better than expected, Tonya had them buff out some scratches on the door while they detailed the car! Can’t say enough about the customer service, they understand how to treat a customer, communicate plans and meet dates when possible. My car was ready on Friday as planned! Will absolutely use again, taking my wife’s car in for some minor work!

Very disappointed with experience with Caliber. The poor organization from the start was concerning. Additionally, the inconsistencies of what I was told was also very concerning, and I had to to take my car there four times before repairs were completed that were supposed to be done with the first appointment. I went to Caliber at my insurance companys recommendation and was told about the lifetime warranty. However, given the highly questionable competence and questionable integrity I encountered, I would not recommend using this shop as a lifetime warranty has little meaning for a place you cannot trust.

This was their shops closure due to a hurricane and my car was cleaned and delivered on a day they are not open. I made an appointment online for today to have an estimate and submit my Truck for repairs. I even had a rent a car on its way since i was using my insurance. When I arrived, the people at the front desk were quick to inform me that they couldnt help me for the day. When I informed them of my appointment, they looked it up and acted like I didnt have one. They repeated themselves that they couldnt help me. I asked if I could make an appointment for a later date and they literally were annoyed by my request (rolled eyes). They continued to brush me off by saying they didnt have anything open in the near future. I thanked them for convincing me to take my business elsewhere. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have always had good experiences with Caliber until I used this location. I usually use different locations, as they have many, but this was the closest one to where I was living at the time. VERY disappointed with my experience with the Savannah Highway location. I dropped my car off the first time initially and got my car back sooner than I expected which was great, until I found out it was improperly fixed... I had to have a door replaced and they did not seal it correctly. Because of this, when it rained, the back seat of my car was SOAKED. It sat in the shop for at least a week before I got it back. Unbelievable. Everything was going just smoothly, no leaks or anything until I went on a road trip recently. I rarely use the back seat of my car unless it is for belongings - so recently I parked my car and got into the back seat to check on my cat and could not open the door from the inside that had been fixed TWICE. How can a door open from the outside but not the inside out? Only incompetent workers at Caliber would know. NEVER GO TO THE SAVANNAH HIGHWAY LOCATION.

They did a good job. I originally thought until I realized that they polished one of my headlights instead of replacing it like they said they were going to. A few years later. Now I have 1 clear light and 1 foggy light. My truck looks like it had a stroke. But good job on the body work.

I called Caliber as soon as they opened and when I explained the situation the Manager without hesitation she told me to bring it in. This place was exceptional, and customer service to match! Justine Yager was every bit the professional customer service rep that I wish every company had. She explained every step of the process simply and gave regular updates on the progress. The work done to the car is completely unnoticeable and clean, also ridiculously fast. With all luck I wont need their services again, but would definitely come here first if ever need be.
