I had to get my front bumper repaired a few days before moving out of town. I brought my car in the weekend before, and after letting them know that I was moving the following Tuesday, they made sure that my car was handled as quickly as possible and repaired to the best that the time constraints would allow. Strongly recommend this business!

Had my vehicle to be towed. No information about my vehicle at this time. Had to find out from insurance company that my car is a total loss to accept insurance payoff for my car. Company promise to keep me updated - nothing. 😞

Went there to get an estimate rep told me he would have an estimate for me by the end of the day, didnt happen. Insurance reached out and he told the agent he would have the estimate once again by the end of the day, didnt happen. This went on for about a week, got to the point where I just decided to go with another repair shop all together because I continued to get the run around. I would not recommend.

This is the place to go to have auto body work done. Dustin took my initial call and explained what to expect. Josh processed the car in and the service was smooth. Because of a past repair I had done here, I knew it was going to be a breeze. FenderMender did all of the legwork to get the extra payment needed from the insurance company (accident wasnt our fault so a little more effort since not my insurance). As if great service wasnt enough, I found out they recycle the broken parts of the cars which means they are an environmentally conscious company. We are very pleased with the end result of a new bumper. It looks fantastic!

Worse place to take your vehicle dont ever go there the ladies that answer the phone are nice but there service department sucks.. my truck has been stuck there for 2 months and Everytime I call nobody knows what is going on.. dont ever go there !!!!

Very piss poor communication:Called Wednesday 27 June 19, the day after I was rear-ended. Service department said they would have to look up the parts and call me back. No one called me back.Thursday afternoon i called them, same person, we have to look up the parts and we will call you back. No call back, surprise.Friday, Monday, repeat of me calling them. Same response but no call back.From here I will notify my insurance company of the communication and service. Because my insurance recommended them. Hopefully this location will be dropped by State Farm.

I took my car here for repairs from an auto accident based on the recommendation of my insurance company. After the estimate was in, I was quoted 10 days for repair. I called the day before the car should have been done and they advised that the part they had received was bad and they had to order another one and it would be another week. I was fine with this as I had a rental car but asked that they call to keep me updated and they said they would. I also asked if it were possible to have the oil changed while it was in the shop and they advised they would make sure it was done.I didnt hear from them and called the day before it was to be done again. This time they let me know that they were just finishing up and that the car would be ready later that day or the next day at the latest. I called the next morning and they advised they were cleaning the car out and that I would be able to pick it up at 1:00. I took my rental car to be returned and had them take me to pick up my car. When I walked in the guy at the front laughed and said Your car isnt done. We dont even have it here. I let him know that someone had told me it would be done at 1:00 and asked if he knew who I spoke to or when it would be ready. He was very rude and stated I dont know when it will be done. I just told you that. I left to go back to work and as soon as I was back they called and let me know that my car was ready. When I called to discuss a pick up time they didnt answer.I ended up having to leave it over the weekend and when I called Monday morning to make sure I could pick it up, no one would answer the phone. When I went to pick it up I asked if the oil had been changed. The guy again laughed and said No, why would you even ask that? We dont do that. I opened my car and it was a complete disaster. They had told me the previous week that they were cleaning it out but they clearly didnt because there was still the dust from the airbag and towels in the back of the car.After leaving with my car, I noticed that there was some sort of film all over my windows. I ended up taking it to a different Fender Mender location to avoid having to talk to anyone at this location. They advised that it was an overcoat spray that they had just been careless and not cleaned off. I would never recommend this location to anyone. It was by far the worst customer service experience Ive ever received.

I was very pleased with the service at this Fender Mender, I was misinformed to go to the one in West Ashley, so when I arrived at the one in West Ashley the clerk was not very nice and told me I was wrong on two accounts, I told her the insurance company told me to come in at anytime to get estimates for my car. But kept on insisting you needed to schedule an appointment. Some calling to and from the insurance company happened, and I came to find out I was directed to the wrong place. (Glad too.) So, I arrive at the Fender Mender at Ashley Phosphate they were very polite and courteous, they even had the Enterprise company come pick me up. John was very nice and helpful while I was there. More surprising, the time it took to get my car. I was very happy with the quickness and quality of the work. Im absolutely glad I drove to the one in North Charleston, because I didnt like the customer service at the one in West Ashley. Great work guys! * two thumbs up!*

They fixed my car wonderfully, however when my daughter came to pick my up she ran over a screw in their lot and the worker had the audacity to tell her she had been driving on it for a while. For one, my daughter was raised with mechanics and does a full walk around of her car before leaving each time. For two, the tire was hissing and obviously losing air quickly. So quickly that they even brought out their air hose to fill it up. Yup, driving around with a screw in the tire for some time and it just so happened to choose that time to empty...

Took my car there on Monday the guy forgot to submit my pictures to the insurance company this delayed the process Call wenesday and didnt know who I was .. They SUCK! Poor customer service and over booked.

Nice and friendly service. Pretty quick turn around as well. We did have an issue of having to make multiple trips because we were told car was ready and there were still issues, but they were taken care of quickly and the inconvenience addressed. Would certainly recommend for any body work.

They were excellent and treated me with nothing but politeness and helpfulness. They were able to help me same day and take care of my problem without even having to file a claim with the insurance company and had my car done in under 10 minutes and charged me nothing for it. I was impressed and blown away by their generosity and kindness. Great place! Would recommend them HIGHLY! Even saw a customer from my old place of work there as well and he seemed pretty pleased with the work done on his car as well! ;)

All I can say is WOW they did awesome work. The guy that helped me form the beginning to end was Josh and he was great. I was really nervous about getting my new car repaired because I didn’t think they could make it look new again. Well that they did. They really took care of me and I will use them again if I need to. I highly recommend and I don’t write reviews.

I have a 2003 Nissan Frontier XE extra cab long bed V6 pickup truck. In 2011 the front end, passenger side and engine were damaged badly. I paid out of pocket to get it repaired because I only had liability Insurance for the vehicle and my insurance wasnt going to cover the damage. The job this shop did was the best body and repair job Ive ever seen. The contracted an outside shop to repair the engine, radiator and front bumper. I intend to bring my truck back to this shop to have it repainted with minor body work. Its been 7 years since this shop worked on my truck and I wouldnt take my truck to any other place but Fender Menders !!!!

Great job, even with appearance allowance. I hate dealing with insurance and stuff when someone hits my car, but the geico auto repair express was great, got me fixed up, no hassles, and really fast. Ill go back to fender mender when I need more body work.

All in all, they took care of my Jetta very well. It did take them a little longer than expected, as different parts were needed after the original estimate. However, they returned my car to me spotless inside & out! Very impressed with the customer service.
