Communicating back and forth with State Farm was more time consuming than the actual repair!Steve was the first person I spoke to and answered all of my questions, and because this was my first repair ever, there were tons of questions!After that I dealt extensively with Chris who did everything from estimating the damage, facilitating the repair process, and working with State Farm so I didnt have to.I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Fender Mender - Clements Ferry.

I just wanted to say that Steve went above and beyond to assist me. I had a claim that 2 years old and finally had the time to get the repair done. He made it so easy. The work done was fantastic. I grew up the daughter of a General Motors engineer and have been around cars my whole life. I am picky and impressed with the work. The rental car place is right there so I was able to pick up a rental and not inconvenience anyone to pick me up. It was a great experience and while I hope I do not need to use them again; I will certainly recommend them. I still can not believe how painless the whole process was.

Very professional operation. Brought my car in for an estimate, had it in 15 minutes. Had them perform the work and asked when they would be finished. Had the car back on time, received a call when it was finished, and the work is flawless. I could not have had a better experience.

Wow! This place was amazing and loved the staff. I called expecting a wait to get my car in for repairs and was told I could bring it in the same day. When I arrived the manager was awesome and I was able to pick up my rental car at the same location. Two days later I am getting the call that my vehicle is ready. The best part was they were so honest and actually did my repairs for less the the appraiser had written the check for my vehicle. I actually left with my vehicle in perfect condition and received money for the balance that was not needed for repairs. This does not happy these days and I love these guys and would recommend them to everyone for the great job they did as well as their honesty. Thats the way to run a business!!!!!

I needed some quick underbody work after a dirt shield (?) on my Audi A6 came loose due to running through flooded waters. I am always particular where I bring my Audi cars. I stopped in and was presently surprised when Steve offered to bring it in straight away and repaired the issue quickly and for no charge. If I ever need any work done on any of my family vehicles Fender Mender Daniel Island earned my business and respect.

Had such a great experience with Fender Mender. I enquired online, late in the evening. First thing the very next morning I had a phone call from Steve (the owner). He would have had my car in and out THAT day, unfortunately it didnt quite fit my schedule. Needless to say, when I brought my car in, the staff were friendly, personable, professional, and did great work! Got my baby looking brand new again! Highly recommend them!

I needed services done on my car. I went to the shop last Friday and was told that the owner was going to give me a call. I never received a call back, so I called back today and while speaking with the owner he hung up on me. I felt as if that was extremely disrespectful and they would never get service from me. I hope corporate see this message because the owner was out of line while speaking to me.
