Great place got my car fixed quick in and out 10/10😁💪

I called in May and left name and number with the woman at front desk asking for Dave to call me. I never got called back. Drove down in July hoping to talk to Dave. My car I need worked on is not drivable. The woman at the front desk said Dave would not talk to me about the car if it wasnt on site. I explained I just wanted a ballpark number, on repair, and to know if he was even interested in doing the work. She wouldnt even go ask him to come talk to me. So I borrowed a trailer, and took car back the next day. Another 45 minute drive. This time she said he wasnt giving estimates. I told her she should have told me that the day before. She claimed she did but trust me she didnt. I had to recap the events from the day before for her benefit. I left. Once back in the truck, I called. Ask to speak to Dave, and of course she said he was busy so I left my name and number, again, and ask for Dave to call me. Its the middle of August and still no call. Ive read other reviews that Basically say the same thing. It seems she isnt giving him all the messages. Hes losing lots of business because of her.

Clint is BY FAR, the BEST and most trustworthy mechanic. I bring my car there for even the simplest things because if it is something simple that he thinks I can handle, he will tell me without charge. Honest man, honest work. Very down to earth super cool place.

My family has used David at Stono Body works for years. He has worked on almost every single one of our cars, his work is excellent and for a reasonable price. My Audi station wagon got dented last week and the obvious choice was Stono to get work done. However, after the treatment I received today, I will take my business elsewhere. Upon pulling on the lot and asking for David, his receptionist (who is apparently his sister) promptly and rudely told me that they had a lot of cars to work on and wouldnt be able to see me for 2 weeks. I explained that we had a long standing relationship with David and asked if he had 5 minutes to give me an opinion on the damage to my car, and once again the woman behind the desk rudely told me that he was busy and that it was impossible. From now on my family and I will take my business elsewhere, I will gladly pay a little more to be treated with respect and like a valued customer.

Dave does a great job well worth the cost.

Fast and an awesome job

Horrible experience, spent over 8k dollars, was promised the car to be painted in June of 2017, was told the car needed a new fender and deck lid in December of 2017. Had a deck lid in 2016 and was told it was not needed. When I asked why now, I was asked to pick up my car unfinished with a limited window.

Called and left a message but they never called me back
