I do not recommend the service section of this dealership. I showed up on time for my oil change appointment at 11am. I dropped off the car and had to run an errand. Around 2:30 I called Nicole to check if the oil change was done. She did not pick the phone so I left her a message. Half an hour later, I called again and she answered this time. She said that there are two cars ahead of my car and did not apologize about the delay. She did not care and was very rude. When I told her than I have an appointment at 5 pm, she said “if you don’t want the service you can come pick up the keys at the front”. I went to the dealership to pick up my car and she was there she did not bother to apologize about the extremely poor customer service she provided.Jeremy called and said he can offer me the free oil change but I thanked him and refused that because customer service is very important for me, I’m not looking for freebies.If you’re looking for good customer service avoid this place.
2 or 3 years ago I would have said 4-5 stars, but there quality changed quite a bit. Depending who you get on the phone you get different answers, and there is more promised than delivered. Unfortunately I have to do my service through them to not loose my warranty, otherwise I would go somewhere else. Sorry. This is how my steering wheel looked when I got the car returned - I almost felt Im inconveniencing them to please clean it before Im leaving... very disappointed!
I mistakenly booked service here (I have a Toyota), and they immediately drove me to my corrected appointment. VERY nice people!
Great service. Extremely helpful, gave me a loaner when my issue was going to take all day and werent pushy about returning it when they finished up early. Vacuumed and washed my car afterward. Only place Ill take my Kia for service in the future.
Worst service ever, dont buy from them ever.. they were super nice before buying the car, post that they are very very bad, car has so many issue and they did not want to do anything about it, they keep saying it passed emissions and inspections and that what they care about.
Purchased my wife’s new van (pre-owned) from Ourisman Chantilly Kia. Overall it was a pleasant experience with the Sales/Finance Manager Daniel Carrico being an important part of my decision.
My visit in April 2021 was the most pleasant car buying experience I ever had. Caroline Condon the Sales Consultant was great, also Gary the Sales Manager and Tyler the Business Manager they worked hard to get me an unbelievable deal!!
Very easy to deal with, safety conscious. Courteous sales staff. Not too much haggling which I hate. Knew what I wanted and got it. They got me thru the process relative fast and even offered to be my own personal Grub Hub so my sons she had to wait outside could get dinner. Good dealership where I didnt feel pressure or like I got screwed on the price. Very happy.

Good customer service. But long wait when getting your vehicle serviced. So either have them give you a rental or have someone come with you if you have things to do besides sit for over an hour.
The service here is the best out of three toyota dealerships Ive been to. The staff are friendly, and the manager walks every service customer to their car, to make sure they are fully informed about their car features and happy with Toyota, not only Ourisman! Excellent time waiting for car servicing, as the coffee & donuts are well stocked!;-)
The sales woman was kind of flaky, and dressed very inappropriate and even flirted with my husband in front of my face. Only after a Male employee took over did we feel comfortable.

I had the greatest experience Ive ever had buying a car at Ourisman Chantilly Kia. I worked with Darius, Tyler, and Daniel. I have very specific religious beliefs surrounding interest, and Tyler in particular worked very hard to accommodate my beliefs to help me buy the car that I wanted. I believe that, in the end, I left with a great deal at the price point I was looking for while still keeping my principles. Tyler, Darius, and Daniel were helpful and communicative and helpful all the way, and I like my particular circumstance was respected rather than looked at like an annoyance. The salesman working with us was nice enough and spent time showing us the vehicles we were interested in but the price was higher than another local dealer. They kept their offer as it was so we walked away. Ultimately we got a better deal for a the same model with better options. Just shop around before you go so you know what the price should be.

I was back for a service appointment, that was part of Toyota Care. They were happy to see me, even though it was a free service. They also did an update for the Bluetooth system. The Service Dept even set my up with a loaner vehicle, even though they only had my vehicle for like four, or five, hours. Awesome place.
Scott handled my request today, everything was smooth sailing and kudos to the mechanics too. Everything was done and Im safely on the road

I received a rejection sticker for a broken fog light yet this dealer did not have the light in stock. They removed a perfectly good inspection sticker before it expired and I had to pay for the inspection, up front. They did offer a loaner for a daily fee! Too bad they could not have ordered the light first and asked me to return for the inspection when the part was available. Not happy.

Pleased with experience but asked 2 have car washed. Asked before pick up if washed, was told yes. It was not washed. Had not gone thru carwash myself because of recall problem. A small problem but disappointing.
Just because they were having a brake special going on, they wanted me to replace my brakes. I had my inspection cleare d and the technician who cleared it said that my brakes are perfect.
A decent place to shop for a car not so much for pickups.
