I had a very pleasant experience buying a used vehicle at CarPlus. I searched online for the exact car I wanted and this place came up. Scheduled a test drive and knew right away I wanted to buy it.Jerry was very helpful, informative and professional. I was able to finance the car with a low monthly payment. He was upfront and honest about the entire financing process, I never felt pressured or cheated in any way. They even gave me an extended warranty for free. (1 year vs the 6 months advertised)Its always scary reading bad reviews online and thinking youre going to get taken advantage of. My advice is to call ahead, go for a test drive, and decide for yourself. Just because you show up doesnt mean you have to buy a car. You can always leave if you feel uneasy. That was never my experience at CarPlus and will happily recommend them if youre in the market for a used car.

Sam is the most honest manager I can ever met. He helped me with entire process of financing. I found out other dealership I was 4 days ago they lied to me about my credit and the same bank Westlake financial they tried charge me more interest rate. Sam showed and explained me all the details and I m so happy that I met this guy. I will only go to him and will refer him to all my amigos.By the way I bought 2012 f350 super clean with 8% which other dealership offered me rusted truck for more money and 17%Its always good to check all the options

I bought a BMW 2015 from Car plus, with the best price as I have searched around for few months, and am extremely happy. The first thing that confronts you is an overcrowded lot to the point where you have to either double park or park across the street and walk. I looked at a used vehicle that had some pretty glaring issues not mentioned in the ad including a nasty drive line vibration. The other vehicle I was looking at was mysteriously absent despite calling to confirm the day before. This could have been something as simple as an unbalanced tire, but the tech insisted that and the warm AC were normal. All of this could be forgiven if the pricing was reasonable, but I was able to get a better deal at the OEM dealership.

Today, I purchased a 2010 Chevy Colorado at an incredible price. Sam and his team are good people, and they will do everything they can to accommodate you. Even though my AC doesnt work, and my LF and LR brakes are shot, the purchase will be well worth it in the end. Thanks Sam!2010 Chevy Colorado - 67k miles- grand total 8.5k ----- Very happy!

Taking back my critical review, I thought I was being a bit rough.I originally rated this place 2 stars due to the lack of service but now after being there for a bit I didnt realize how busy they actually are. Its amazing to see how many cars they serviceat the same time considering theyre a small local dealership.Theyve replaced my tires for free (and they gave me some really high quality ones too to my surprise) and the manager even offered me a vehicle to use while I wait for the car to be servicedThey definitely did take care of me, although you have to be super patient with them.To summarize my experience here: Theyre very genuine people trying to make a living without haggling the customer. They make sure to take care of you and give you a good price for the car that you purchase. But beware, this is a used car dealership after all so be prepared to take care of your new used vehicle.

BUYER BEWARE!!!After 2 days I was already experiencing issues with my car. They put the wrong size tires on the driver side. Issued me license plate for a state I dont live in. Headlights started to go out after a few months. The hybrid battery is already failing and so is the brake system and it hasnt even been 8 months. Samir is a crook and could care less about the safety issues regarding the car. The mechanics he works with have no clue what theyre doing and each time I brought my car back it got worse. While waiting for service another disgruntled customer came in complaining their car died after a week. Do not trust these reviews as they are from friends and family.

Great service. I financed Mercedes here. All guys were very nice and helpful. They answered all my questions about the process. and it took around 1 hour to fill out required forms. They also do all paperwork for DMV. In addition, they gave me warranty. After some time I got couple small problems in the car and they took care of everything. I went to look at a car. There was a bit of confusion about when the car would be available which left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth- two people telling me different things about where the car was.The car online photographed nicely but when I went to see if there were issues/ nothing major just cosmetic things inside like stains, dirt etc. if they had been in the photos I likely wouldn’t have driven 2 hours to see it.They also let me test drive it alone.that was a first. Overall they seemed nice enough. Not hagglers, but I didn’t like the condition of the car enough to broach that conversation

The worst experience I have ever had buying a car. This dealership is shady, do not do business with them. I bought a car, first there were multiple issues with the car, it couldnt pass States inspection, then after fixing the problems I am 3 week into the purchase of the car & I still dont have a title, worse still they ended up calling the police on me with a false accusation of trespassing, had to pay $410 to get my car out of impound.You dont have to listen to me if you want to be in the same situation. But if I was you knowing what I know now I will not do any business with this scams.

I just bought a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu . I have barely driven the car for a week. The car has so many issues. They said the car was sold AS IS I have repair estimate for about $1400.Also their 5 star reviews are fake. Check the one star review & you will get a picture of how they deal with their customers. I wish I had done it before patronizing them.

Very unprofessional! I did a test drive on the car I saw online. The car had multiple issues, first the battery was flat, they changed the battery, when I did a test drive the car was not driving properly, the shocks was terrible, the tire pressure light came on even though the tire pressure was ok.I made complaint to the Manager Sam and was irritated that I had to drive all the way when they could have told me the car was not ok, or at least fix the problems before I got there. He was very rude & unprofessional.What a waste of time.

The buying experience here was great! They even agreed to get whatever repairs done that my mechanic recommended for the cost of labor. That second part with repairs was not as great. They are not set up to be a mechanic shop. They are a dealership. So they do send cars elsewhere sometimes to get the repairs and maintenance done. The impression I got was that they were super busy and didnt have time to give me the written estimate I kept asking for. And it took longer than expected to complete the work. However, they did give me a loaner car. And they did throw in a couple extra services for free, and charged me reasonably for services rendered. All that being said, I do recommend this dealership. They are very honest and do what they can to please the customer and give them a good deal.

Bought a truck close to 2 months ago and still have not received a title. Was told I would receive a title 1-2 weeks after purchase. Called multiple times and its an excuse after another. Temp tags are expired, inspection is expired (cant even drive the truck because of that) going to have to pay to have the truck inspected again now. Still no title, I guess the next step is to get authorities involved to handle this title situation.

I put $1000 down on a car, changed my mind about it and when i try to get it back Sam told me he could not refund but i can use it to service any car. Ok cool that is fine, I wanted to get my tires changed on a car using the $1,000 credit, he lied to me told me he was going to order for me multiple times. I called him and texted him many times respectfully about it, no response. I even was patient about it waited a couple of weeks I tried to call again about it and now he is avoiding me.

Lets see, I had Frank as my sales rep. I was procrastinated around for a month on a specific vehicle. I was told the vehicle in perfect condition which it wasnt. Then was told to point out what needs to be fixed so i did and was told i was asking to much. Granted most of which needed to be fixed was. I paid the car off in full and didnt receive the title for the vehicle until month and half later from purchase date. Went to register vehicle and couldnt because the vehicle was reported stolen. They had to register it for me thanks to another sales rep Sam and all his help(thanks Sam for all your help). If you do go there i recommend asking for Sam.

Communication can be better, the manager promised the missing car mats when complained, they informed the car mats were shipped but never receivedUpdate: Mr. Manager, Im sorry to disappoint you but you are wrong about the response that youve posted. I have already taken the car twice to the service center- I had to change one of bad tires and also replace the clock spring, and I did ignore all the dents and stuffs when I bought the car- which I didnt complain about (because of the excellent price I suppose). Regarding the discounts you mentioned, when I dealt with Mike I already had price finalized over the email (no discounts was mentioned whatsoever) which is why I traveled all the way from PA- so its unfair to talk about discounts when it wasnt part of the transaction I did with Mike. The long negotiation you talked about, I believe that was because you started taking about some fees that Mike didnt mention- after the price was finalized. No reimbursement was made for the floor mats, no $80 was sent rather you said you had it shipped (I wouldnt be complaining if you had sent it on the first place).

They buy damaged cars and repair them with parts from ebay (nothing against ebay, but when you buy BMW you are kinda expecting nice quality parts). Had to visit them(4hr drive for each side) 3 times for repairs they promised when I bought the car. The people are super busy, and have no time to sit and talk about the issues. and yes, its been 2 months, and still havent received my title. Thinking about it all, I would have had better luck some place else.
