I have been taking my Audi to Chantilly and David Martin for the past couple years. This is my 3rd Audi I have owned in the past decade and Audi Chantilly always provides top notch care and is always working to make sure I am a satisfied customer. I am consistently impressed by Davids professionalism and the entire team at Audi Chantilly. From the technician videos to the use of technology to make check in/check out fast and easy, I give them high marks.

Prior to the sale, Sally was great to deal with. She was helpful and even stayed late to get me a video of the car I ultimately bought.Two days after the sale I sent a message to inquire about a part that was missing from my car asking to see if it was left in the back during cleanup or for help identifying it so I could try to purchase it. NO response at all. Not even an acknowledgement that I sent a message, no sorry, its not here or I dont know. Literally no response. I guess buying a used Honda from there I wasnt viewed as a high priority client.UPDATE: Got a call about my tags. Supposedly they already called twice and left a message...definitely didnt happen. They tried to save a couple of dollars by asking me to pick them up instead of shipping, then offered to ship them ground. When I inquired about another shipping option since my temp tags were about to expire she then told me there was the option to have them expedited. Why not just offer that up in the first place. I just purchased a vehicle for 30K+ from you.
Overall good service, but there are some vital moments in the experience that you can go above and beyond you.-1StarThank you for washing my car ‘complementary’ it was a lovely gesture. If you wanted to knock it out of the park, you could have done the inside. Full detail isn’t necessary, but I can spend $60 dollars and get my car in relatively good shape inside and out. The Audi brand is premium and suggests that when spending $4000+ in routine maintenance; getting a detailed/cleaned car would have been a nice touch.-1StarOne of my tires had a puncture in the middle of the tread causing a slow leak. As Audi does try repair tires, and I had a balance, rotation and alignment, it would have by nice to know which has the leak so I could have taken it to be repaired with the knowledge. My wife had to pick the car and she felt the experience was very transactional and no information exchanged regarding they work that had be done; just a credit card swipe and packet of paper handed over which contained the details of the service. Take the time to explain everything, or at least ask if they would like a recap of the services. ‘Would you like me to recap the services completed during this visit? There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent car sales consultant - integrity, customer service, and knowledge of the product. This is my third visit to Audi Chantilly. I had a spoiler replaced on the vehicle that my son had damaged. I was offered a loaner. The service was quick and I received multiple communications from my service manager. I would recommend Audi Chantilly for any service that you need on your Audi.
Mike M is a great salesman, very patient, respectful and great customer service overall. I would highly recommend this dealership, we visited BMW in Fairfax and Alexandra. They could not compare to Audi Chantilly, BMW provided horrible customer service along with cocky employees which made our decision to try Audi. So glad we switched from BMW to Audi.
I had a pleasant time here, the staff where very friendly and they drinks while I waited. I also love how I didnt for more than 30 minutes for my car on top of that I got a clean and vacuumed car

The Audi Adviser did a great job of helping make a pretty bad day of events a great one. Flat tire on 66 replaced quickly, car washed and drove home! Thank you Audi Tysons.
Mort did an amazing job helping us find the perfect Q3. He went out of his way to locate the car that matched our preferences and had it shipped to the dealership. Once we arrived for our appointment, our vehicle was waiting for us and had been inspected and detailed. After we test drove the car, the transaction was extremely smooth. There were no excessive pressure situations or financial shenanigans that dealerships are often known for. Once the car was ours, Mort went out of his way to show us how to work the cars various features and helped us set up the Apple Carplay. He was true professional. 100% would recommend.

When I went to Audi of Chantilly with one vehicle in mind a Q5. My salesperson Nasser was extremely helpful, polite, and professional to walk me through the car buying process. At first I was a little unsure about the entire process since this would be my first experience with owning an Audi. My salesperson made me feel very comfortable all the while keeping me informed of the status, and before I knew it, I was ready to drive my Q5 off the lot. I am a happy, satisfied Audi customer. If I were ever to purchase a vehicle solely on a service experience it would be Audi. I had exceptional service. Rolled and out of the service in less than 15 mins. I had a loaner waiting for me right outside the service area. They are a well oiled machine and it was very refreshing dealing with a service dept if a car dealer in such a positive manner.

Scheduled this appointment for a nav map update and standard maintenance service. My service manager, Franco was very professional and courteous. The maintenance was completed without issue, however they were unable to complete the map update and I needed my car, so Franco scheduled a new appointment for me with a loaner car.

Took my 2014 A8L in for 65k service and learned I had more significant issues that would have cost more than $3K. My service manager Jason was all over this issue and took care of everything with my extended warranty company, placed me in a loaner, and even provided video evidence of the issues found.Simply outstanding service all the way around. Super disappointed with my experience recently. I received service coupons in the mail, made an appointment, confirmed details of the offer and brought my Q7 in as scheduled (before work - early hours to ensure they weren’t busy/backed up). Service rep informed me that the coupon was for a different cylinder (4 vs my 6) and inspection (sensor on in the car) would be $42 just to reset. Manager wouldn’t honor the oil change coupon even though I was already there and had the coupons mailed to my home. If they weren’t applicable to my vehicle (only Audi we own) then why did I receive them? Misleading and a total waste of time. Disappointed in the management for turning me away when the service rep tried to make my trip out to the dealership good for something. Not what I’d expect from a high end dealership with such a good reputation..

Started working a deal with Ernest Thursday afternoon from out of state. Got the price agreed upon and had two questions that I needed an answer for before making the non-refundable deposit. Needed clarity on titling the vehicle as I was doing this for my 77 year old mother in law and clarity of the CPO warranty. Before my questions were address I was asked to make the non-refundable deposit and then told someone else was coming to look at the vehicle. Once they answered my question I was told to hold off on the deposit until the other customer had a chance to look at the vehicle - which was the next day. I do not find this practice professional much less acceptable. I see this as putting profit before honor. Karma!

I had a great experience working with Mike Maxwell. He had just the right level of attentiveness: helpful but not overbearing. I ended up purchasing a vehicle and the entire process - from negotiating the price to getting the keys to my new car - went smoothly.
We worked with Sally to purchase a used car at the dealership in Jan 2021. She was very professional and pleasant. Overall we were pleased with the process. However, apparently the previous owner had not disclosed outstanding work needed for the car. I was quite upset when a check engine light appeared days after getting the car. The car needed some minor repairs. I immediately contacted Sally. She and the dealership were very understanding, apologetic and willing to help make things right for us, including reimbursing us for the cost of the repair. They handled the situation extremely well. They proved themselves to be trustworthy and show a high level of customer service. I would definitely work with them again!
Went to buy a used car here and was told about the “ceramic coatings” by sales staff, when asked about the coatings and if paint correction would be included or would i have to do that myself i was told “it would all be taken care of” they also showed the vehicles on the showroom floor and said thats what the ceramic coating was like…. after purchasing the vehicle and the “ceramic coating” i came back to get it applied. the vehicle was dirty from it raining and a small amount of mud. a ceramic coating takes around 10 hours of labor and work yet this was done in 1.5 hours and managed to not even properly clean it let alone correct the paint. i specifically asked because I would of cleaned and corrected it prior. i was lied to and misled when i asked specific questions that should of been answered. i am very disappointed with Audi of Chantilly and would not recommend

I have a 2016 Audi and I took it to get serviced at the chantilly location . Since the service I have only went about 8k So I decided to take a trip to Norrh Carolina; when I got there the car was acting funny. Running really rough and was acting like it wasn’t getting air or gas. So I called and left numerous voice messages with the service rep. He has never once responded back. I have sent an email and he never responded back to me. This isn’t the first time that this service rep has done this type of terrible customer service.Now I have been calling the service rep to find out what did they do when they serviced my car.. I still had the original spark plugs. If you go please be aware of this location. They want payment but don’t want to give you the service you deserve or paid for!

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with buying a car. I purchased my car in January and still have not received my license plates, which they said I would have had a month after purchasing. I can not get an answer from anyone at the dealership and when I do get through they say they are going to fix it then call me back and they never do. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

David in the service department was great. I like that they take videos and send the link so that I can see what is going on. I got daily text updates so I always knew the status of my repair. When I picked up my car Jon was very helpful and got answers to my questions. It was an excelent experience.
The loss of Google Earth MMI display a few months after purchasing the annual service with no software or hardware upgrade avability is unacceptable for an $80K Q7 with extended 100,000 mile warranty purchased in 2017 is completely unacceptable. Same for the rear brake sequel when backing up. These are both engineering design and software flaws that could have and should have been resolved. I recommend the next $80K-$100K be spent somewhere else.
If you seek an unprecedented positive car buying experience, where you dont walk away feeling ripped off or like you wasted time in your life, you will never get back, go to Audi Chantilly, and ask for Mark Cooper. After 30 years of horrible auto buying experiences, Im happy to have found a real exception!!!! Mark and the GM at Audi Chantilly are honorable; they genuinely listened to my budget concerns; there were no surprise expenses at the end. Mark took time to share his knowledge of the cars mechanics/features, ensuring I understood the capabilities of the car so I could get the most out of my Q3. He followed up after the sale, making me feel like I wasnt just a commission, and he made the car buying experience fun by taking photos with their cool DC skyline mural as the backdrop. My only negative, and why Im not giving them five stars, is based on my experience with their finance department, which I have had to keep on top of to take care of a matter that is still ongoing.

Called 2 hours before closing to see a car...and with quitting time approaching, Ian said to come on in! Ian worked with me, and set me up with Wasim in finance! Both people kept my interests in mind and explained the process at every turn. Even when the car was getting detailed and gassed up they both ensured I was comfortable. I would definitely go back!
I had my Q7 detailed after a summer in rural Vermont. Audi Chantilly did a great job returning the car to the same condition when I drove it off the lot. They even returned it early and the cost was very competitive. They were even able to remove 90% of the stain from a large cup of hot French vanilla coffee from the passenger seat. I am thinking that this will be an annual exercise. Thank you.
Sales department was very helpful and professional. Great selection of vehicles.Service department rep was professional, but service and timeliness was lacking. Had my vehicle for two full working days (actually had over the weekend as well, so four days total) and was still unable to properly identify or fix my issue (shimmy, possible bent wheel). Initial communication on vehicle status was also poor; I had to reach out after not hearing anything for a day and a half. Not sure if this was a rep or mechanic issue, but not comfortable taking my vehicle back for service there.
Mike was an excellent sales rep. He understood us and how we process when buying a large purchase. The rest of the behind the scenes personel worked hard to make everything happen.
My first visit to Audi Chantilly for scheduled maintenance plus a few other service items. I arrived at the appointed time and was taken right in. My advisor, Jason Gage, explained my options. All service items were completed as requested and my car drove very smoothly in route home. A little pricey but great service!
Sales representative was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and responsive. Didnt put any pressure to make the deal.I would have rated 5 stars if not for the F@I manager. It was a cash deal so I didnt need to finance and only interested in an extended warranty. She was not helpful and demonstrated a lack of customer service. Her disinterest resulted in her loss as the F&I manager usually gets the commission on the warranty. I purchased a warranty through another dealer.
They cant even order parts correctly had me drive an hour in after they told me everything was ready just to find they dont have my order. They also dont accept cash and customer service is not good.
Have purchased multiple cars here and never disappointed. Mamta is a great sales person to deal with and goes to bat for you. Would definitely transact here again. Service department is slow to respond to emails though.
Before my visit, I did some research for which Audi Dealership we should visit. Audi Chantilly was frequently mentioned online. After determining the dealership, I began reading reviews for a sales person and Mamta was recommended time and time again for the wonderful car buying experience she provides. So I called her and made an appt. She had the cars we wanted to see pulled up and ready to go. I can appreciate her being proactive with regards to our time. We have visited many dealerships recently and have spent hours there. Mamta was very kind, professional, and patient with our questions. She walked us through the whole process and has even followed up with us after our purchase to make sure we were using all our features, etc. We really felt that the staff was very attentive and professional, with a side of humor! Tony really added laughter and a personable touch to helping us leave with what we wanted. We almost settled for a car with less bells and whistles, but he really helped Mamta get us an amazing price. I am very grateful for this car buying experience and look forward to having a great relationship with our new dealership! **Also Diana, in finance was very clear and informative. I felt very confident and clear with every signature made.
Service advisor Alvaro Alegre seemed disinterested in his job and the problems I told him about my car. I am in construction and he took one look at me and I could tell he thought he was better than me and he treated me that way. When I got my car back it still had the problem, no phone call or additional questions to find out, just a surprise that it wasn’t fixed. When I showed the other advisor who was very helpful he offered to keep the car again overnight to fix. Very disappointed in the service from Alvaro, definitely not going back to him.
My visit was for the first service on our 2020 Q5. Everything from setting up the appointment to getting the car back was flawless. Jason Gage was great to work with. He clearly explained the Audi service plan, which I also purchased while there, and had the car back to me at the promised time. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Audi Chantilly for service.

I live in Pittsburgh and wanted an Audi Q8 on the Audi Chantilly lot. My local Audi dealer was having difficulty arranging a trade for the Q8. When I inquired about trade in value on my current car on the Audi Chantilly webpage, Reggie noted that and reached out to see if he could help me out. Within a few hours I had put a deposit down on the Q8 after negotiating a better deal than my Pittsburgh dealer was willing to make on the same car. Within 3 days I was taking delivery of the Q8–which is an amazing vehicle—and heading back to Pittsburgh. Overall, and without hesitation, my experience with Audi Chantilly was fantastic.
