Great delivery/follow-up experience with CK and AJ from Chantilly LRJ! CK and AJ had all my paperwork ready and car waiting upon delivery and had me in/out in less than an hour. CK followed up with a call later in the weekend and answered some additional questions throughout the past few days that demonstrate his commitment to the Customer Service experience. I bought one of their Project 8s a few weeks ago. They gave me .6% rate. Paid for shipping on my Fpace SVR from Houston to their dealership and covered shipping on the Project 8 from their dealership to Houston. Richard is the best and prob one of the few car guys who actually worked a deal. They gave me more than a fair trade in value and discounted the Project 8 $40k. Now, I just wish the Jag dealerships here in Houston would act the same!! If I ever buy another Jag or Range, it will def be from this dealership.

This location is closest to my home, but Im just going to start going to the Tysons location. The Chantilly service department consistently keeps my cars multiple days & doesnt call me with a status. I dropped it off Friday, got a loaner, was told it would be ready Monday & I havent heard from a soul. I needed 2 basic service items done. The time before that they had it over a week and I had to keep calling for a status. This practice is very unprofessional and needs to change.Edit: My car has been sitting there since Friday, its 4:37pm on Tuesday & my oilchange still isnt don. I definitely wont be bringing my car back there.

I visit here frequently, but that will stop ✋. Service is a nightmare. Service advisors are nice, but no one picks up the phone when you want to check on your vehicle. I guarantee if you call to speak with a service advisor right now, you will be asked to leave name and number. No one is ever available and a call back is a cross of your fingers. High class vehicle, low class Service

My sales guy was Brad Boyer who understood exactly what I needed and worked with me along with his sales manager David to ensure I left happy and satisfied with the car I purchased. My husband and I were in search of two vehicles and were so pleased that we were able to get an incredible price on the car he had his heart-set on — a 2020 Jaguar F Pace — and the one I fell in love with — a 2018 Audi Q7 that had just been traded into Jaguar of Chantilly. Buying two cars at once is never an easy or ideal prospect, but salesman CK Kilinc and manager Dave McBrearty were incredible in making the process easy. Their knowledge of both vehicles, friendly approach, and helpful, can-do attitude were greatly appreciated. While we never expected to close the deal on two cars at the same location, we are so glad we did! Update: I called Rosenthal Jaguar Corporate and spoke with a Jim Smith. He apologized about the situation and said he would call Richard Grzesiak and the staff to hear what they have to say. He promised to follow up with me tomorrow which was two days ago btw. He admitted that he would never reject service to a customer rather offer alternatives, but couldnt help but defend Richards actions even though they were exactly the opposite of what he would do. This place is garbage and has no oversight! I can coach my kids to conduct better customer service than them. Complete clown show -- visit this place and see for yourself! Better yet, head down to YELP and see what others have to say. If I could give 0 stars I would. Richard Grzesiak, the general manager has clearly forgotten what line of business he’s in. Customer service in the car industry is paramount, and what he displayed in front of his staff was nothing short of a privileged, egotistical, power tripping rant. I went in to service my vehicle and was greeted well by Hue (their only service advisor who is outstanding btw). Having just lost their other service advisor, I noticed things were very tense. Long story short, this GM interjects himself in my service order and complaint about an enterprise car, goes on a rant in front of all his staff and rejects service on my vehicle altogether!! I’ve never seen someone self implode so quickly in front of their own clients and staff especially dealing with a luxury brand such as Jaguar. I won’t speculate on his political views or his impression of me given my appearance or last name, but I’m quite sure that you can make your own judgement. GO somewhere else if you can!! They’re overburdened and not able to retain their staff due to BAD MANAGEMENT. All other staff were great and honestly trying to do their best given the circumstances. I hope this review gives their management insight on what the problem is.

The service department at Jaguar Chantilly is your stereotypical service department. Theyll tell you everything you want to hear before hand your car over to them. Then once they have it, you are at their mercy.They rarely answer phone calls and youll get your car back when they decide they are done with it. Even with an appointment, it takes them two days to even start a routine inspection.Your car is in better hands ANYWHERE else.

I bought my wife a car yesterday from this dealership. Jake was my sales person. I live a hour away and in the day and a half of working on the deal, my guy Jake was very honest, transparent and responsive. He took additional photos of the vehicle to show me details of the rims etc. I felt he took my purchase serious and he worked to earn my business. Knowing how far I had to drive to get home, Jake made a checkin call later that evening just to see if we made it home safely and that I enjoyed the ride of our new purchase. I just wanted to give some insight, I have been in the car business for 6 years personally. I have sold quite a bit of vehicles in my time and know phenomenal service when I receive it. It takes quite a bit for me to take time out of my schedule to do this, as for many of us. I had to tell you about my experience with Jacob Faircloth, he was truly an expert salesman. The man called me, but didnt blow up my phone, made sure I was giving the proper information on the car I ended up buying through him, as well as following up with me for the 2 minor problems (Not his fault either) that are now fixed within 2 days of purchase of my new car. There was 2 hicups, if you will, in purchasing my car involving some complications, through no fault of the dealerships, that they were no only able to accommodate me with but Jake made sure to make me truly feel like a life-long friend, as opposed to just another sale. I cant state the importance of the decision that that played in my car-buying process, but can tell you, I now own a Jaguar iPace thanks to Jacob, as well as his managers, Tim, Thomas, and AJ. I even recommended a friend to them and he is currently puchasing a vehicle. The wife and I were out searching for furniture in the area and we were also looking at new cars so we stopped in to check out a Land Rover. We went in and inquired about it and a lady sitting down said she would get the key and pull the vehicle around. We got in and she said just take it around and come back and see me did ask if she could come along. So we got in the car and drive away, now trying to figure out the different options. We got back and asked about the warranty she says she she not for sure I said I would have to know before make a decision and more than likely no because it didn’t have heated seats but it would depend on the price. It was as she didn’t want to deal with us because it wasn’t a new car. Not a good experience at a very prestigious car dealership. We won’t be back.

My cousin and I visited here a few months ago. We were shocked at how much knowledge Amir had about all the cars. He educated us on the differences between Tesla and the I Pace. Honestly the worst dealership you could ever deal with. I love my car, and Range Rovers, but I cannot trade my car in soon enough to get rid of this dealership. Unprofessional, slow at phone call responses and completing work in the service department, terrible customer service and communication, not helpful in the least with anything. If you can go to another dealership to have service completed, DO IT. Have gone to them multiple times for service and had the same experience every time so it was not just a one-time fluke. AVOID

If we could leave 0 star, we would. The dealership has had our Range Rover for over three months, charging thousands of dollars, finding new problems each time. We have not been offered a loaner and have been lied to about time tables for return of the vehicle every week. Rodents are apparently all over their dealership because each week there are new wires and cables that are chewed through in the engine block. Each cable needs to be individually ordered from the UK, and apparently everything is on back order. Will NEVER use this awful place again. Oscar has been terrible and this is not the type of service we expect when we spend this much money on a car. BEWARE

Outstanding service and great team support! This was the fastest I’ve ever purchased a car within the past 35 years. Paperwork was completed in under an hour. This was due to the fantastic team effort by Sales Agents Margie Calderon and Jennifer Carrel, and Finance Manager Siavosh Kolahdooz. They worked together to show me the vehicle, test drive, cut a sweet deal, pre-process the paperwork remotely, and complete the transaction. I just recently purchased my Jaguar from Jaguar of Chantilly. My sales person was Sean. And I can’t say enough good things about him. As soon as I walked in to the dealership he introduced himself offered me refreshment. He personally pulled the vehicle in front of the showroom, and explained the difference between the models and we went on test drive. He also took care all my transfers paperwork and including financing options- and he made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and as well as with the numbers. And I took the delivery of my new Jaguar he called the next day and offered to assist me with garage opener. And when I say Sean is a rockstar he truly is. Setup appointment for wheel alignment. Described vehicle on phone was told they had all neccessary shims and related parts . Asked again when I brought the car in and was assured again. Ok now car is ready . ( I have forty yeats auto mechanic experience) I read the alignment chart and could see camber and caster had not changed read notes that said did not have neccessary shims.Service writer was ready and willing to charge me for work not done until I called him out. After this I asked if they could get parts and do the job correctly. Was given a ridiculous price .. BEWARE BEWARE, BEWARE

Service center customer since 2014 and my experience has always been sub par at best. In addition to turnover, Service Advisors always seem to be overloaded, under supported and often dismissive. Even the cashiers collecting the Money come across unpleasant most time. Compared to same and other higher end dealers, in my experience, this place misses the mark on what is expected of and from Jaguar.

Drake is highly recommended.I was never really a fan of Jaguar, and admittedly didnt know much about the brand. I stopped by out of curiosity of the F-Type. Drakes knowledge of his cars is impressive and his professionalism and care even more so. I never felt pressured and always felt that he had my best interests at heart. Drake answered all of my questions, and turned me into a Jaguar fan. I walked in a skeptic, and walked out a happy owner of a new F-Type. Poor Customer Service. My family and I visited this location about 1 month ago. We were in the showroom for well over 10 minutes viewing the vehicles and not once did any of the multiple sales people or other staff ever ask if we needed help or was being helped. Brought my XKR in for an oil change and state inspection - serviced it fast and also took care of some other small items at no charge. Left to head home and stopped to get gas when I noticed a large screw in my tire I mustve hit on the way to the gas station. Called Leslie Adams in service to see if they could fit me back in to plug it up. She said no problem - and got it plugged up quickly... for free! Outstanding service!

You get a 1 star rating when you tell me you have a car in stock, but when I show up to look at the car Im told it was sold over a week ago. I specifically gave the salesman on the phone the stock number to verify the exact car I was interested in, so there is no chance this was a misunderstanding. Plus, why is the car still being advertised online if its been sold for over a week? You could also tell by the body language of the sales manager that he wasnt surprised that this mistake had happened... all but confirming that they must do this kind of thing regularly. Bottom line, theyre shady, and there is zero chance Im buying anything from them.

Actually there were no other dealerships in the area that carried the specific 2014 make, model, and trim level that we were looking for, so we drove out from Alexandria. When it comes to pricing, I like to talk honestly and openly about what is reasonable. We had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan Carmichael throughout the sales process, who was patient, made us feel comfortable, and didnt play games with us. Thanks to Ryan, we have a very positive impression of this dealership and we left with a great feeling. There was also a friendly team member in their Financing department that told us a story about saving up money for his first car, however unfortunately I didnt get his name. Had an appointment with Alex...7/22/2017..had to drive 2 hours to get there. HE OUTRIGHT LIED and said another customer got there 5 min before me.to see an Audi A6..they had listed at a very good price...right!!! I did not give them a chance past that point. For a dealership selling such expensive automobiles..and the clientele you deal with...that was not a smart move..and simply rude. I was glad to spend my money elsewhere.

Made an appointment at this place to test drive a used tesla they have. The appointment was for 9am. I live an hour away but with traffic it was going to be 1 hour and 45 minutes. I did not anticipate that so I decided to go in the evening instead letting them know of this at 8:30 am. I arrive at the store around 7 pm after driving 1.5 hours letting them know that I was on my way 2 hours prior to an apologetic sales rep explaining that the vehicle was never charged and that I wont to test drive it. Completely drove down in traffic for nothing. They had so much time to prepare for me. Unbelievable.?

They are not serious about selling cars here. I am a serious buyer and I know what I want. I do not make unreasonable requests. So I was shocked to learn that because of insurance reasons they cant let me take the car to my mechanic shop for a pre-purchase inspection. I have never heard of such. The last I checked I am covered by my insurance company when driving other vehicles so this was like a bad excuse (lie). I was not taking it to a chop shop. Don Allen Service Center has been fixing Mercedes Benz cars in this area for 10s of years. They instead wanted to take the car to Mercedes of Chantilly themselves and have me pay them $320 for an inspection. Really, on what planet did they get the stuff they are smoking?!?!?! Either they have something to hide, serious trust issues with people that like me or they are not serious about selling cars. Oh well, Ill look for a car elsewhere. I just hate that I wasted my time driving there from Maryland. Read the Google reviews and save yourself time, money and frustration.

I have to say this is the most fun cool car buying experience Ive ever had. Every one in the dealership are kind and friendly. The sales manager Drake Cho & sales consultant David Han are the two best people whom Ive ever encountered. Alex Hamdan did an exceptional job ensuring I got the vehicle I wanted, an F Pace First Edition (one of the last to be sold in the states). Very bad experience. We went on sunday evening for test drive. No one is there at front desk. We stood there for almost 15min and no one didnt take care of us until we go and ask someone sitting. They said they are not sales person and called sales person. And that sales person is more pathetic. His attitude and carelessness omg cant describe.Even during our test drive he is not describing or saying anything about car. Just answering our questions that too all single word with attitude, eating chewing gum..I never seen someone in sales, who didnt introduce themselves or even ask our name or anything. Totally it’s a very very bad experience. They are not welcoming or encourging to buy a car. I even wondering how they gave job to such a person in sales.

Bad experience! My temporary tags expired and did not either get another one or my plates. No apologies for the inconvenience. Called the sales person Amir and he would not respond to my text messages. Called the office and they were not nice and did not even apologize. Disgusted!

Worst Car Dealership I have been to... and I have bought 4 new cars!! One star is a very BIG stretch.If you are not Caucasian, dont bother going to this showroom as they dont believe that you deserve their time. Went last year and no sales person would even bother to talk to you even if you stand there for 20 minutes. Dont know why but went there again this weekend and same thing ... and when the salesperson does show up, he seems to be in a hurry to leave and go. The rudest people I have come across in my life, let alone the someone who is trying to sell something worth more than 50G.

I never write reviews but feel compelled to give 5 stars to this dealership because of my business dealing with Manager, Darin Lowedrmilk. My experience at purchasing from this dealership began with a horrific business interaction while dealing with salesman, Amir. Words simply cannot emphasize how rude, arrogant, and abrasive this person was to me and my son and that is while I was trying to purchase a vehicle. Ultimately, I went to Darin and not only did he attend to our purchasing needs but post sales service and follow up has been stellar. I went in to purchase a car and came out with a car and a new friend. I would refer anyone to Darin.

My wife’s and my experience at Chantilly Jaguar was exceptional. I am active duty military from Montana, stationed here. Our car buying experience has been limited to Montana, which if you ve ever been, you know is like a giant small town. You tend to get treated very well and it is obvious the customer matters.We had a VW Jetta TDI that was included in the buyback and we reluctantly turned our car over to VW, which precipitated a search for a new car. We drove several VW’s that were OK, but just ok. It also gave us some experience with the various VW dealerships in the area, a local dealer (Pohanka) had one that met all of our search criteria on their web site and we made an appointment to drive the vehicle. As it turns out they had actually sold the car and it was no longer available, we called the day of our appointment to verify the car was still in stock and we are assured it was. We were then subjected to a huge song and dance how they were sure they could give us a price that would make us forget that the car wasn’t what we wanted.We had never had such a poor sales experience with an auto dealer before. We decided to go back to the drawing board and reevaluate what we really expected in our new car. We are huge fans of the small diesels in cars and appreciate the simplicity, longevity, durability, drivability and mileage these vehicles get. That narrowed our search somewhat as the only diesels with the options and configuration we were looking for were BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Chevrolet and Jaguar. We briefly saw a red XE20D in an airport on one of our trips last summer and joked about getting one of those.After using several car search sites we narrowed the list, we also determined that in order to stay as close to the Jetta buyback amount meant a certified used would fit the bill. That narrowed the list further and the first car we actually could find in stock was an XE20D premier at a Maryland dealer. Even though the car did not have everything we were looking for, we wanted to look at and drive one in person, in lieu of the virtual route. That finalized our search and we added more filters and increased the radius of our search feeling pretty confident that we had found “our car”... at least in concept.The search filters found a certified used that had everything we were looking for at Chantilly Jaguar. It didn’t have a price yet so we put an alert on it, a couple of days later I got the alert that the car was priced, I was out of town so I called Barb and had her call the dealership. She spoke with Richard Grzesiak, confirmed the availability of the car and he answered all her questions about options and equipment on the car as well as setting an appointment for the day after my return. She also arranged a substantial deposit with Richards assistance to hold the car until we could get there. After her conversation with Richard she was confident that this car was the “one”.On the day we drove to Chantilly, we confirmed we were on the way, that Richard and the car were available and set out from Annapolis. Upon our arrival, Richard greeted us at the door and the freshly detailed car was parked out front, warmed up and ready for us to go through it. His knowledge, expertise and experience with Jaguar was evident as he guided us through all the features of the car and responded to all of the questions two people new to Jaguar autos could come up with. Immensely satisfied with the customer experience we had gotten from Richard, we immediately transitioned to the process of purchasing the car and driving it home.In short in every way, Richard Grzesiak met or exceeded our expectations every step of the way, pre sale (holding the car with a deposit... which he had to defend), during the sale and post sale... as we still have the occasional question.I have already referred coworkers who are car shopping to Richard and we encourage you, if you think a new Jaguar (or Land Rover) is in your future that you make sure you talk to Richard Grzesiak.

I bought a certified pre owned XJL Supercharged from Chantilly Jaguar. I live in California so I had to rely on picyures and the salesman for information. When I received the car I first noticed that the car did not have the standard wood on the inside. I specifically asked the salesman (Richard Greasyact) about the wood trim before I purchased the car because it looked like it was black plastic in the pictures he sent me. Turns out he lied, the car has wood delete on the sticker which he forgot to tell me. He also told me the car was only used by their manager and was never eaten in or abused. My wife found used ketchup containers under the front seat obviously lest there by the manager. There are dents in the leather that will not come out either from a car seat or maybe a brief case. This dealer will lie before telling the truth, dont buy a car there. There are too many other Jaguar dealers that are honest.

One of the worst experiences i have ever had people very very unfriendly have xk8 needed back brakes the service person did not allow me 2 used coupon when i didnt want rotors but it said brake service the complimentory car wash was a joke inside wasnt vaccumed wheels wasnt touched stay away the worst of the worst
