Always extremely helpful staff in the service department. I moved further away but I make the drive when my car needs servicing just because of that and also they really work with you to decide the best options for your car. The loaner is always a bonus!

The extended service hours make it very convenient for me. Every service advisor Ive encountered over the years has been great. Ive never had to return due to problems with any service. Estrella Barrios was amazing!! I was nervous walking into the building but she helped me break the ice and I enjoyed the whole process because of her! Between her and Edward the whole process was very easy and I got to take home the best car for me! I am in love with the car and the support they provided! I have a 2006 TL. Still runs like a thoroughbred. I credit this not only as an example of Acura reliability, but also to the service I have received at Pohanka Acura. They do an excellent job of diagnosing potential problems and either fixing them promptly or suggesting when I should have it done. Especial shout-out to their service agents. They greet you at your car and follow up with progress on the service, keeping you informed about costs and options. My favorite is Hakem Gouda, a charming and knowledgeable agent who has never let me down!
Had another great experience with Pohanka Acura in Chantilly. From the start, as soon as I contacted them about the end of my lease options, Tyler was extremely responsive and helpful. He went over all the relevant information to help me find something that fit exactly what I was looking for. When I came in to take care of the end of lease, Tyler was great and made everything a breeze. Phillip was the finance manager who took care of us and from past experiences, this can be one of the least enjoyable parts of any visit to a car dealership. Instead Phillip made the information highly consumable and we enjoyed the conversation all throughout. Great customer service all around. Despite their busyness, German was patient, friendly, and kept me updated. Service with a smile. The cashier and car loan rep were also very patient and helpful, all the days I went. I was even able to swap loaner cars without issue. And of course, the actual service work (AC condenser line replacement and recharge) seems good so far.Waiting area and service area, bathroom was all clean.No hesitation coming back here. Always good service, helpful hours (open late during the week), good communication (keep you updated), and competitive prices (will match and/or give service discount).Great job overall from German and the team there!

TLDR: Dont purchase used vehicle without a return policy. You might just get back luck like me.Employee were overall friendly. Location was very clean. Just learn from me and dont purchase a used car here without warranty/return policy. They provide no return policy for cars sold as is. I asked if I could take it to my mechanic to have it inspected before I purchased the vehicle. No because of liability, okay, I asked them to look at the car for a belt noise. After they inspected it they said there would be no mechanical issue but they can replace the belt for a price. No thanks, Ill look into the belt later. I purchased the vehicle and three lights down the road the vehicle shut off and would not turn on for two light cycles. Eventually, the car was able to turn on with a check engine light and I drove straight back to the dealership to ask for my money back. I did not receive it back because there are no returns only exchanges.They did, luckily, fix the issue that was unrelated to the belt but I believe a simple return policy would have been better. Had they caught the issue the first inspection I would have been happy driving my used car home. Instead, I feel cheated 15 minutes after buying a used car and waited couple hours for the issue to be fixed. At the end of the day, its my fault for purchasing a vehicle here.
My salesperson was Marvin. He was forthcoming and knowledgeable. He actually went above and beyond to pick me up from my home and purchased food for my nephew who had to go with me to the dealership. Marvin made my buying experience very pleasant. The finance gentleman, Phillip, was really fun and very kind to me. Both of these guys were just a great team. We were car shopping for my husband and hit it off with Colin right away. We had planned to test drive 4 cars that day at different dealerships and he understood and didn’t pressure us to buy, but also let us know he would keep an eye out for cars that met our specifications. By the time we test drive the second car we decided to go back. All because of the service and how we were treated. I dont get impressed easily but our experience at Pohanka Acura deserves 5 stars out of 5 without hesitation. John Pokrant is the most patient, details oriented, professional, and passionate sales representative we met. He made our experience enjoyable and easy. He took as long as needed to make sure we (my husband and I) know how to operate the vehicle. He also kept track of the delivery of our car for us and kept us informed. I purchased a truck last month from Gabriel. I was only given one key and was told they were waiting to get the key back from the prior owner (supposedly it was previously leased). When I called Gabriel to find out the status of when I would be receiving my key he told me he would follow up with his manager and call me back in an hour.....its been several weeks!! He wont return my phone calls or respond to my email. I left several messages on the sales managers VM and no return call there either....this is HORRIBLE customer service. Im not asking for much...just the second key that I was promised and that I am owed.
We’ve been dealing with Pohanka Acura for over 10 years and have really enjoyed their services and staff. We are on our 3rd Acura and have no plans to change to another car dealer. They are efficient, realistic in their service advice, and always customer oriented.

I had an awesome experience with Pohanka Acura in Chantilly. When I first see the car that I bought and all the way to the end, Mohamed was extremely responsive and helpful. He took the time and showed me in detail also he was very prompt about all queries I had. I am from Richmond but liked the Toyota RAV 4 from their website and it was the car that I was looking for. So I took a two hours ride just to take the test drive and buy the car. But the entire experience with Mohamed and team was worth the journey. Mohamed made the visit as painless as possible, and it felt more like talking with friends than anything else.
My experience with Jason Smith was excellent. I am immuno compromised and my entire transaction needed to be handled outside . This was handled very professionally and expertly. If you are looking for a new or used car - Jason is the one to contact. The service department is fantastic as I have been taking my car there for 20 years.

Had a great service visit to the dealership. I purchased the maintenance package so i pay for routine service with my monthly payments—definitely worth it! I love coming in and leaving without having to pay for anything out of pocket at time of service. Cedric greeted me warmly, my car was ready exactly when he said it would be, and he even went above and beyond and worked my car into the detail place to have some scratches buffed out which only took an additional 10 min. I love that they have refreshments available and I had the upstairs quiet lounge all to myself!
I just wanted to take a minute and share a wonderful customer experience I had with Nick Shirley. Nick was so patient in answering all my questions. Not only that he broke his answers down for me in a way I could understand. Stepping into a dealership whether it’s for purchase or service is such a scary feeling for me. My experience with Pohanka Acura was not the greatest, but overall turned out okay. I had made previous contact and arrangements on my trade in, my pay off, the car i wanted, since i was coming 2hrs away i needed all the preliminary stuff out the way so i wouldnt be wasting my time, thats total of 4hr drive. Needless to say the salesperson assured me certain things that was not true once i arrived. The finance manager that worked my deal SHE was overly aggressive. Needless to say i left with my own car. That same day i was contacted by the used car manager who apologized for everything and invited me back, so on my SECOND 4HR TRIP, I got the car but not quite the deal i was promised. The new salesperson was great, it made me feel a little better. Will i do business again, no, am i happy with my new car, yes.

Pohanka Acura never fails to treat me like family. Took my 2013 Acura for a service and worked with Nick Shirley. Not only did my car come out like new. But I expressed to him how I was considering a new car and Nick took the time to cover everything I needed to know and talk to me about comparable vehicles. I never once felt pushed and his advice felt genuine.
I always bring my vehicles to pohanka but the last few times I have brought them in, I get told they had to jump my car and my battery died. First time I got a brand new battery and a top of the line one that shouldnt have died within a year. It did and I had a warranty on it and got another brand new battery. I asked if my car doors and lights were being kept on while they are working on it because there is no way it shouldve died. So now Ive had 2 batteries die while being serviced.

This is my second service at Chantilly Pohanka. Once with the day shift(Stephen) and this time with the night shift (Michael). I was in great hands each time. They offered a thorough diagnostic to make sure nothing was over looked. Offered excellent recommendation for repair with great warranty and reasonable pricing. Even noticed my upcoming inspection and took care of that as well. Pohanka Chantilly is the Best Team around!!!
My sales guy Sam was really helpful and did his job as well as he could in my opinion. Philip Flip was the best financing guy in terms of honesty and making you feel comfortable that Ive personally ever dealt with while purchasing a vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and helps you to understand through all of the chaos. The downside of my whole experience was that I was literally at the dealership for 7 hours! That was not good. I understand that the vehicle I wanted had to be delivered but at first I was told an hour to an hour and a half.. That was at 3pm. 3 hours later the vehicle shows up at 6. 2 hours to clean and inspect. Back on 81 for my 2 hour trip at approximately 8pm. 🙄

My service rep was very thorough, knowledgeable. I commented on the fact that I bought my car about a year ago and I have been to the Service Dept three times for routine maintenance check—there was not one time where all I needed was an oil change. There was always something else they recommended. I find this a bit perplexing. A new car! Additionally, upon my arrival and check-in process, my rep asked me if I had a maintenance agreement. I said I did not; he, however, checked my records and lo and behold I had a three year maintenance package and my routine maintenance was all covered. Interesting—why didn’t the other two reps ask me if I had this coverage? My rep said I was the one who had to bring it up. That is totally ridiculous. He contacted the company (Ethos) who deals with these maintenance checks and I am going to be reimbursed for my first two maintenance checks. Upon check in, this type of coverage should pop right up when then check me in. You can’t make this up.

He Patiently explained the car information to me about 6 hours and offered me the car which Exactly what I have been looking for. He was knowledgeable, poised and more accommodating than any sales consultant I’ve ever experienced…. And I’ve purchased 4 cars through dealerships in my lifetime. This young man was so good, I almost purchased a car for myself also!!! Though it’s a bit out of our way, the next time I’m ready to purchase I would truly look into coming here and hopefully working with Sufian again!

I have been bringing my vehicle for maintenance for many years, everytime I come I received excellent service by service advisor Steve and my vehicle is always maintained by James Conaway. I highly recommend them they are honest and perform a awesome job.
Joseph found the deal I needed for my vehicle needs and budget. We worked out the details before I arrived at the showroom. Upon delivery I was in and out in less than 90 minutes.
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in May of this year. The Owners Guide for the vehicle begins on page 1 and goes to page 170. It then picks up with page 275 and continues in sequence to page 306. It begins again with page 203 and continues in sequence to the end of the Guide. I made a call to my sales person to discuss this issue and he did not return the call. After a day I called the Sales Manager that I had worked with and he said that he would get on the issue and give me a return call. After not hearing from him for 3 days I again called the dealership. I was transferred to two different people. The person responding to my inquiry for a new Owners Guide told me that the way mine is set up is the way Acura makes them now (really?) and if I wanted another Guide then I would have to go on-line and order one from Acura. I attempted to do this but there was no link for accommodate my request. I called the dealership again. This time I was transferred only once and I talked to a female representative. I related the issue and she told me that the Sales Manager was on vacation (yet he was going to get back to me soonest) and that she would look into the situation and give me a call. That is the last I heard from her. Today I sent a message to the General Manager. That was this morning. It is now late in the day and I have had no response from her either. So much for service. When a dealership cannot find a complete Owners Guide for a vehicle within one week, nor return a call to a customer after contacting 4 different people it is rather sad. I have not stated dealership names here in order to not embarrass anyone.
Hakam was absolutely great! He was professional, courteous, and went the extra mile of being patient with showing me most (tried to get to all, but even I got tired lol) of the features in my whip! 🙌🏾
I came in late in the evening after being disappointed in another dealership. My experience here was quick and easy. Yong Kim was kind and helpful. I was surprised how well this dealership was willing to work with me. I feel that they respected my budget, and gave me a good deal without any haggling or headache. I am loving my new Acura and I will definitely do business here in the future
Out of all the Acura dealerships in the area I chose this one to call and set up a test drive because I’ve heard such great things about the management and particularly the sales staff. I’d like to mention and thank Sufian Hasani for his professionalism and for going the extra mile to ensure a smooth and efficient process in setting up a meeting and showing the car. I will definitely be in touch with him in the future to purchase an Acura for my family!
If we can give 0, we would. Sufian Hasani is very unprofessional! He lied to us after we told him that the car we wanted and we both agreed on the price, we made the agreement over the phone and numerous emails, he said that the car is available and ready for us. We drove 1.5 hours took leave from work in order to get the car, sign the contract and pay, just to find out that according to Sufian that the car was apparently damaged and he can offer us another car. This is their marketing tactics, very inconsiderate and unprofessional.
My recent experience with the service team at Pohanka Acura was excellent. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and the service & sales staffs have consistently exceeded my expectations.

Although the buying and negotiating process took a very long time, it was well worth it! Upon arrival, we were greeted and acknowledged. Our sales consultant Adib did a phenomenal job of understanding our needs and presenting options. Alex helped to garner our business by adhering to our financial goals. We were even given dinner at the end of the night. Flip was the consummate professional and provided sound advice to my son about responsibility and car maintenance. We drove 20+ miles to travel to Pohanka Acura from an Acura dealership in my backyard and I would do it again in a heartbeat. No wonder they are the #1 dealer in the area.
How do you give a place negative stars? WORST experience I’ve ever had. I have been scammed from Radley Acura and now Pohanka Acura. Beware of hidden fees service advisors will pull on you. I got all of my tires changed from this place and they pulled a bunch of hidden fees. When I confronted them, they didn’t have a single care about it and I warned I would report to the better business bureau, which I will do shortly. They claim they are accredited by the better business bureau but their current policies are not. I will never be going back to pohanka nor will I ever purchase an Acura every again since it’s been scam after scam.
I brought it in for inspection check. it was quick. The only reason for 4 stars is because they said that they also have to performed multi inspection which included topping off certain liquids. Well the next day I used my wiper fluid and the left side was empty. So I am assuming that they either didnt do the multi point inspection or they were in a rush and didnt get a chance to top of fluids.
I came in with some questions regarding my next vehicle purchase and Nick was able to answer a bunch of questions which really helped me out! Great professionalism and service
I brought a 2022 MDX from the dealership and my sales associate, Joseph Rinchuso was great. He helped me get the deal that I asked for and he went out of his way to teach me all the new features of the car. Thank you Joseph!! 10 out of 10!!
