Recently purchased a 2014 X5D sight unseen as I’m from New York. When I arrived the car was actually in better condition than I expected. Made the trip home with no issues and it’s still going strong. His communication was good, he had the car ready for me even when I was early and was very friendly. Title was mailed to me and got here just in time for the temp tags to run out. Would purchase another car here in the future.

I would avoid this place at all cost. Very sketchy. I went to test drive a vehicle and wasn’t sure if I was going to purchase because of some issues with it. An employee told me he would take care of the issues and when it was ready I would be contacted. I was told it will be ready by the next day. The next day I receive a text that the vehicle is ready. After making the 1 hour drive there, NONE of the issues I was told would be fixed, we’re actually fixed. I was deliberately lied to. Why tell me the vehicle is ready and make a customer drive 2 hours round trip for nothing?? The employee told me to return the NEXT day and it would all be fixed. At this point I didn’t believe him and wasn’t making anymore 2 hour round trips. I did purchase the vehicle because I needed transportation and the issues didn’t prevent the vehicle from driving. I even had to pay extra for the fixes that NEVER happened. Then after the temporary tags expired after a month, I reached out to check when the plates are coming in. I was told that since I did not pay sales tax at the time of purchase, I am on my own for paying the sales tax and getting the plates. This was never communicated to me. Also I am pretty sure the check engine light and other indicators were manually cleared before purchase. A few days after I bought the vehicle, multiple dash warnings came on. Please please PLEASE avoid this place at all cost. You will be lied to and scammed. I now have to contact my lien holder for their policy on Lemon Protection.

I was shopping for a vehicle online and came across a beautiful looking 05 Ford explorer sport trac. Since i wasnt able to see the vehicle in person i decided to have a 3rd party mechanic check out the vehicle first but before this was done I placed a $1000 deposit on the vehicle to hold it. Once the deposit was made i made several calls and also sent several messages all of which went unanswered, a week later I was told they were moving from one location to another and was very busy but he was glad i called because they lost my number of course the 48hr deposit refund was now in question...over 1 week later the car was finally dropped at a local mechanic less than a mile away and they found several things wrong with the truck....and I quote...the oil pan and or rear main seal is leaking, trans was replaced, the vehicle will need front and rear brakes. Front pinion seal is leaking, transfer case is leaking and possible rack and pinion. There are no dash lights, no odometer and the radio doesnt work. The power windows work when they want to. The paint is peeling and the trailer plug is not secure. The headliner is coming down, the right front axle seal is leaking, both lower control arms and ball joints need to be replaced. The front tires need to be replaced and all major fluids need to be replaced....un quote....other than that the vehicle was just fine. Needless to say I decided not to purchase the vehicle. When i explained my reasoning for not moving forward with said purchase i offered to split the difference with titan motors and they could keep half of the deposit since the truck was off the market for 3 weeks of course they declined. Morally speaking the correct thing to do would be to refund 100% of the deposit and apologize for attempting to sell such a lemon and attempt to make things right but thats not who this company is. I inquired several times as to the status of the refund the last I heard they are still discussing it...of course that was over a week ago and i havent heard a thing since. Im sure just like in the beginning they simply lost my number. At least if nothing else they are consistent.

Highly recommend Titan Motors!!! I recently bought a used car and it’s been great. Beyond satisfied with my purchase. Buying cars is always a stressful experience and you’ll often find yourself worrying about being scammed or tricked. My experience at Titan Motors was the complete opposite! Honesty, integrity, and extreme care. Save yourself a headache and trust them with all your car buying/selling needs.

Extremely poor customer service. Today I was by the dealer that a car was available for me to purchase. I confirmed and it was agreed I would be there in less than 30 mintues. Same day and less than 30 minutes later I give them a COURTESY call to let them know I was on my way. I receive a text car is SOLD instead of a phone call!!!!!!! I understand the business first come first served. I called to confirm the car was sold and was possibly interested in another car. But I get yelled at by the manager FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. You people already have a BAD reputation being car salesman and I CLEARLY see why..COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY ARE PROUD OF IT.

Buying from afar made easy. Purchasing from 6 hours away isnt ideal, but Enayt had the truck my son wanted at a price that was reasonable for an 18 year old to buy on his own (after selling his current car of course!). Enayt worked with this anxious, nervous mamma from afar and met us on his day off when we traveled to pick up the truck. Paperwork was simplified in advance and original documents provided during our visit. We shared great conversation while there, and felt an immediate connection that put our 6 hour drive (facing 6 hours back the same day) stress at ease (I hate I-81 almost as much as NoVA traffic!!!). Since our return, the truck has visited our local mechanic for a once-over and it checked out very solid with many newer maintenance items having already been taken care of. Minor costs went into a few things, which is to be expected anytime you purchase a used vehicle. Enayt has followed up with us since, which is a rare quality in customer service in todays world. Overall, extremely satisfied. This comes from someone who works in a customer service based industry whos motto is to always treat others as you would want to be treated. Had a great experience got my sons first car a Toyota scion a few weeks ago.. pricing was good and they got us outta there pretty fast.. after taking the car to a dealership to do a once over there were no major problems.. overall Im happy about our experience if they were closer to PA I would get my next car from them

Keep in mind this review is coming from someone who has worked in sales a long time, including auto dealerships.Titan Motors is strictly the ONLY place I go to when I need a car. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I feel like I can let my guard down at a used car lot for once in anyone’s lifetime. There’s a level of integrity with their service that is unparalleled. They see you as a hard working human being first, not a customer they want to rip off. I have left jobs elsewhere because of this reason, I can never rip someone off and I thought I was the only one. They make sure the car is taken care of BEFORE you drive off the lot and they never lowball you on a price. Please, do yourself a favor and if you are considering a trade in, trade here. I can’t believe how much more money they could have made off my Accord but they chose not to. I didn’t even have to negotiate, and I’m a dang good negotiator. They give you a price that’s fair. Every other place I went looked for ANY excuse to knock off a few hundred here and a couple thousand there because of “scratches”. The car was in great shape, low miles, serviced and other dealers wanted it but were penny pinching and gave us attitude when we asked for a respectable price. They immediately stopped taking us seriously. But then I went to Titan Motors and the *initial* offer was $4,000 more than what the other dealers offered. I was shocked. And the manager was so nonchalant as if his generosity and honesty are routine for him..not common at used car lots. Titan Motors is special.

I went there since I found a car I liked to purchase. When purchasing the vehicle I confirmed with the seller there Enyat Babe that the title has no issues and the paperwork is complete. When I went to the DMV after purchasing the car there was an issue with the title not having a valid lien release. After a lot of back and forth and going to the dmv 3 times Enyat was still insisting that the paperwork he gave me is correct and the DMV is wrong even though I asked him for the latest lien. He went and got me the old lien release after 2 months of waiting. Then after arguing with him again that I need the latest lien release he was asking me to pay an additional fee for a contact he has at the DMV that can finish my paperwork and hand him back the title. Of course I refused and went ahead and contacted the necessary people to get that lien release myself through the bank. When he found out I contacted them without quote Taking his permission I was met with him calling at me screaming and calling me a hypocrite and cussing. When I tried to explain my reasoning he hung up in my face and this isnt the first time he did this during this process. Steer clear from this dealer he has no idea how to run a business. Once he has your money he doesnt care and is always using religion to act righteous when he is in fact in the wrong.

Dont buy from here 1st I put a deposit on a truck, then it starts to make nosie on the parking lot of the dealer. He said it was a sensor, that was on the way, then it turned into the timing chain at that point I said I dont want the trick. Then all of a sudden 3 days after we speak they dont give refunds. What!!!!?? The bank is taking care of it dont buy from here

Horrible customer service I called to inquire about their vehicle was very rude hung up in my face and when I called back to ask for the name of the salesman said that he had another call on the line and just left me on hold for a very long time I think its safe to say with an experience like that over the phone what in an in person experience would be like.

I have been here twice and they took great care of my car. The first time my car was overheating and they were able to get everything fixed. The second time I got an emissions test and they were super quick! I like how nice everyone is every time I visit. I will definitely continue to get my car serviced here.

Me and my wife picked up a used suv from Titan and it seems to be a reliable vehicle. We were able to make a deal that made everyone happy. The salesman also brought the vehicle to get 4 brand new tires put on with an alignment and also a fresh state inspection. All in all it was a good experience and there was nothing frustrating about it. Definitely worth checking them out if youre looking for a decent vehicle and good service.

I had a Groupon for interior detailing services here and Im so glad I went. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and even included cleaning my engine and buffing the exterior of my car, even though it wasnt included in the package. I have a small dent in my car that I have been getting ridiculous pricing for and he said he could fix it for a really good price, ill definitely be coming back here for it!

Vehicles listed as no collisions, however there is obvious signs of after market body repair or replacement, frame buckling/misalignment, and aftermarket painting (colors did not match factory hue perfectly if scrutinized).Vehicle details did not match photos taken (example: reported sun/moon roof in details, while photo shows a solid canopy).There is virtually no customer parking, as the inventory is questionablely literally jam packed, meaning a vehicle would need to be pulled out of its spot in order to be inspected. To make things more confusing, there are about 8-12 similar used car dealers in the same lot, each with 40-60 vehicles, so browsing and asking questions would require hunting down the correct dealer.

Definitely a great place to go if a car is needed, whether used or new. If they dont have what youd like In stock the salesman will actually find it for you. I purchased a used vehicle and they did the inspection and everything prior to me taking it home. Also the vehicle cost a bit more than I had but they worked something out with me and I was able to get it. Thanks for everything.

I had very bad experience on my car detailing visit. In the office he had notice posted no checks were accepted, and he want to charge 2.5 % extra for using credit cards. as per his Calculation he will charge 5$ for 104$ invoice. He didnt mentioned any of those rules during drop of or at the time of appointment. I negotiated in all aspects, for win win. Attitude i felt was LOOSE, LOOSE. I may not able to comment on quality of work, since this is my first time doing car detailing. I dont have a good feel.

Do NOT trust this dealer. Bought the car I had wanted for years from them and it was nothing but a nightmare to fix. I spent well over $1500 in the first couple months. They had replaced the motor and didnt tell me and the one they put in had metal bolts in it. Yes I took it apart because I had so many issues with it. DO NOT BUY.

I would have given zero stars here if I could. I purchased a 1999 Porsche Boxster from Titan motors in mid August of 2018 with 88k miles on it. Aesthetically, the car is in very good shape for its age but, looks have nothing to do with the mechanical issues that have unfolded, one after another, since I purchased this vehicle less than 800 miles ago. First issue, just after purchase, the latch for the convertible top fell apart in my hands revealing incorrect, non OEM replacement screws with different head configurations as well as a dome light that was held in place inside the latch housing with a black zip tie. A 12 year old would have done a better job on this repair. The dealer blamed sub standard repair on a vendor of their choosing, not my problem but, I had to repair this myself by tapping new, correct OEM replacement screws into the frame, that was my problem. Thats a fairly small thing compared to what comes next. While driving the vehicle a couple of weeks later, the clutch pedal went to the floor rendering shifting gears impossible. The entire clutch mechanism needs to be replaced, thats the disc, pressure plate, throw out bearing as well as the hydraulics related to the clutch and the clutch master and slave cylinders. Estimated cost of repair? $2,750. I have been driving manual transmissions since I was 15 years old and Im now 58 so, I know my way around all kinds of manual transmissions. Im having the repair shop do a detailed break down to make sure that there are no other half assed attempts to cover up or hide repairs that should have been addressed prior to Titan motors selling this vehicle to an unsuspecting buyerRUN, do not walk, from this business. Its very apparent that they are not on the up and up.Response to seller: I said the vehicle was in good cosmetic condition for its age. I had no way of knowing that, in 500 miles, it would need an entire clutch package, disc, pressure plate, throw out bearing as well as clutch master and slave cylinder, wait, thats not all, the front sway bar link was broken, the coil and spark plugs needed replacing, the cowling was clogged and holding water, why didnt they address this when the top was replaced? You showed me some list of bogus repairs from a company having zero familiarity with German cars, again, of your choosing that addressed absolutely NONE of these issues, then you handed me a singed titled that had been incorrectly filled out with your name in the buyers signature spot. Now, Im out 5k on repairs and cant even drive the vehicle until I have a new title and its legal. RIDICULOUS.Note to anyone buying from this seller: YOU MUST take any car you are considering purchasing from this seller and have it evaluated by a good mechanic, particularly the German cars, BMW, Porsche, etc. There is a good shop on the other side of the building that has competent mechanics who are German car specialists. It will be money well spent on your part, Caveat Emptor to anyone who considers purchasing from this seller! Everything the seller has offered up in response here is nothing more than lame excuses.

Due to their incompetence it took nearly 5 months to get things settled after purchasing the vehicle. The 3 week old inspection sticker on the vehicle was found by the VA state police, to be faulty. Car required quite a few expensive and extensive fixes to drive safely and properly. Found out 5 months after purchasing the car that they never properly registered the vehicle and thus gave me invalid plates and registration. Never reimbursed me the money Id paid for the registration and taxes either. Gave the bank incorrect car information nearly forcing me to buy additional mandatory insurance that I didnt need. Took 5 months to get the title from them. I found them extremely difficult to work with throughout the process.

They gave me cheap unreliable tires and one just bubbled and is ruined. it makes me wonder what else they cheaped out on. They did a lot of work that Im going to have to check now

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer and I am very please with the service Ive received thus far. The proprietor, Enayt, is a very nice guy. He was a good guy to talk to. He processed everything promptly and professionally.The vehicle was very clean, the service was awesome and they worked with me to get me on the road.I had written a check off of my checking linked to an investment account. All literature concerning the two accounts said funds and transfers were immediately available so I was hoping for a 24 hour turn over from my brokerage account to my checking. I learned it is universal, that once stock is sold, it takes three full business days for the funds to settle for transfer, and therefore; be available to transfer to the checking even when in one entity.I purchased the car on a Tuesday evening. I wrote the check then. I found out about the lag in fund transfers early Wednesday morning. I rushed to explain to Enyat that the funds would not be available until the following Monday, hoping hed at least work with me. He was instantly and graciously forgiving; he immediately told me it was not a problem; hed hold the check until Monday and that he hoped I was enjoying the car, which I was! Thanks Enyat!Regardless of the great customer service and cooperation, Titan Motors sold me a very clean, very nice used vehicle. I will be telling my friends and family about my experience for sure. Ive bought used cars in a few different countries, so my tolerance for used car dealers is pretty low. (Truth be told, its pretty much the same regardless of country, culture, language, etc -- must be something inherent to used cars themselves.) That said, I was happy with what I got at Titan: easy to talk to, no rush/pressure, answered my questions, and actually had a good side conversation on South Asia.(I put this review on Yelp, but am reposting here to Google.)The warehouses that house Titan and probably a dozen other dealers is a bit of a maze, but resist the temptation to think of them as one big lot. We went to a couple, and theyre all different.We worked with Enayt at Titan Motors, and hes a good guy -- not that used car kind of good guy, but a genuinely nice person to talk to. I broke one of my cardinal rules of car buying and bought it the same day, and whats more, when it still had some body work to be done (which he got done the next week, exactly as he promised). Maybe Im a sucker, but I had a good feeling about the guy -- and thats not something that happens much these days. I had given him my honest best price for an Infiniti, and he met me fair enough -- no let me talk to my boss, no cajoling, no weirdo comments about my wife liking the car. It was more like buying a car from some guy in my neighborhood. And, I think hes got a good eye for selecting solid cars to sell.Id have given him 5 stars, but I never trust 5 stars reviews myself.If you go, ask for Enayt, and tell him the man from Okinawa sent me. I hope he remembers -- and takes care of you.

Let me give you a bit of backround here.They had a car that i wanted, i just bought a 2001 VW passat, and i really must say, the service was great.It was quick and very painless ( i paid outright for it), and went off without a hitch.I honestly wish grocery shopping was this easy.I would reccommend them over any other used car dealership in the DC area, just on customer service alone, not to mention they will work with you if you need something

Customers are in for a very sour surprise and experience.The (owner) operator - one Enyat Babe - will ensure to sell a bag of goods, all while being fully cognizant and intending that whatever customers buy is not what can be termed as reliable product.Furthermore, any repairs made were made after the complaint was filed, and ultimately forced the auto buyer into signing a document thatshows the dealer as a Good Samaritan, by denying access to the vehicle by not giving back the key to the owner who had payed cash for the damaged vehicle.

So i wrote a review last thursday about my truck...i gotta say it did take 2 days but i passed and get my repairs done for less then 500 dollars....at 75 dollars for labor rate they did a very good job!! im very happy and i will continue to go them for future car repairs..from what i understand they also do tranny work to for less then these other shops(1299 i think rebuild) ....i dont know why these other people had such bad time there????i will say, that 2 days or day and half was kinda long for a rack and pinion and exshuast pipe but if i had gone to another shop they would have charge me 2000 dollars, and i couldnt buy the parts from another shop..so i saved a lot of money!!1thanks titans!!

Terrible experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. Titan motors manager, enyat babe stated that the company had no checks to issue a refund. Therefore he is a lying bastard.

I had an awesome deal.

I went there for car wash. Such a disappointment! One guy did the whole wash, there was no finishing to his work. Never going there again.
