Best car buying experience I’ve had in my 67 years by far. I’d been looking for a Z4M coupe for about 18 months. I called Chantilly the first day this car was listed. I use my gut when deciding to trust people, and I instantly trusted Tony. 5 minutes later I had bought the car. Everything was handled seamlessly via E-mail and wire transfer. After the sale was complete, Tony told me he forgot to mention he had just fitted the cars with a set of new Continental tires! If Tony says it’s a good car-believe him. I just received my dream car through shipping arranged by Chantilly, and it’s so nice I’m almost afraid to go near it. I hope I can do more business with them in the future.

I must begin by saying that I am quite a difficult customer requiring a specific budget, many options on the vehicle, as well as a remote customer 1700+ miles away from the dealership. Ive actually had my car for a few years now and I must say Im very impressed. I had very specific wants for a lci e90 335i, and these guys had the perfect one. I recently bought a low mileage 2012 M3 from Tony at Chantilly Auto Sales. This is the third car I purchased out of state and it was also the most efficient. The car is in excellent condition, as described, as thoroughly photographed on their website. I used the previous reviews along with my initial and on-going contact with Tony to determine if I was willing to buy the car without first traveling to see it in person and have not been disappointed. Everything was done by phone and online from the comfort of my home office.Tony installed sticker new, premium Michelin tires but didnt even mention them until I brought it up. Lots of dealers try to sneak past with lower quality and/or older tires, missing keys/fobs and mats. I received all of these as well as a full set of manuals, copies of the CARFAX and Experian history reports, and a bottle of touch up paint. Tony arranged transport for me and the car was delivered to my driveway neat, clean, full of fuel, and with that rumble that an E92 M3 should have. Its a gem. Yesterday, I received the title (two weeks earlier than expected) and the only problem transferring it was that I thought I was missing one of the documents. Tony picked up on the first ring of my call, told me what to look for, immediately texted me a picture of his duplicate copy, and after I found it right where he had originally included it in my complete set of paperwork I was done and shortly after driving home with my permanent plate. I highly recommend you get in touch with Chantilly if they have a car you like.

One of the most satisfying car purchases I’ve ever made.______________When I recently saw, advertised online, exactly the kind of used car I was hoping to find (an early Honda Accord EX-V6 with low mileage), I nonetheless felt hesitation about responding to the ad...because it was being offered by a dealer. For many years, my preference had been to buy a used car only from a carefully-driving, conscientiously-maintaining private vehicle owner.Because of some really bad “dealer experiences” (a long time ago, but never forgotten), I anticipated the possible downsides of going to a dealership to ask about a used car: the most distasteful to me, personally, was the prospect of having to fend off misleading claims or mild manipulation from a tone-deaf, fast-talking salesman. The advertised car might have hidden flaws; the positive description in the online advertisement might have been exaggerated...just not for me. But I was really interested in this particular car, a scarce variant of the Accord, so I responded.And what a truly pleasant surprise!My whole experience in contacting, then visiting, the dealer’s office (Chantilly Auto Sales); then checking out the advertised car and test-driving it; and finally, purchasing it, simply could not have been better. I was looking all across the country for a very specific spec car for a long time with no luck when one day the exact spec popped up at Chantilly Auto Sales. I was super weary because I live in MA so couldnt check out the car easily, small used car lots can give mixed results and there was an accident on the CarFax.I reached out anyway for more information and Tony was fantastic to work with. He went over the whole car and sent me detailed photos of any damage, scratches or imperfections he could find. He also sent videos of the car running and driving and answered all questions I had. He even gave me quotes to ship the car up to MA.Instead, I decided to fly down to VA and drive the car home and Tony communicated with me every step of the way. He had some dents and scrapes fixed before my flight (which was a tight timeline) and the work came out great. When I arrived at Chantilly Auto Sales, Tony was even better to work with in person. We were dealing with a global pandemic, my flight got delayed and flash floods in the area but Tony was professional and helpful.I’ve driven the car a couple thousand miles already and zero complaints. You never know what you will get with a used car but Tony and Chantilly Auto Sales did everything under their control to represent the car accurately, keep a line of communication open and ensure I was happy with my purchase.

Great experience. Tony was fantastic! I bought a used Prius sight unseen due to the pandemic. Tony dropped it off at my house for me and I took it for a quick drive before signing the paperwork. This afternoon I had the pleasure of purchasing a pristine Camaro SS from this dealership;Yes I said pleasure. The staff treated me like I was buying a McLaren! I’ve never been to a dealership where the car actually looked better in person than the ad, well that was the case for me. Shaq (owner) was just incredible to deal with, and made the deal possible. I had some unfortunate personal life events that did affect my credit negatively. Shaq was able to work with me and get me into the car. Looking at a car in Virginia when youre in Upstate NY during a pandemic is quite a daunting task but it has been one of the easiest purchasing experiences Ive had with a car in years.When I drove down to pick the c63 AMG up it was beyond what I had expected, was detailed to perfection and was exactly as described.
