Went down to look a van they had. Was planning on buying. Once I got there van was not clean needed tires. I was still ok with that at that point until we tried to finance van. Guy told me and my wife they was no way to get it without putting down payment on it he said everyone as to put a down payment down. We told him we had never had to before. So then he was going help with down payment which meant not only would we have bank loan but would have to pay him also. At this point I told my wife I was done. We left and I called another place and bought one over the phone. Freedom called me within 5 minutes and said oh we can do it now without a down payment and we will give you 6 months warranty. Funny how they couldnt do it when we was setting in front of them but could after. I will never be back there.

I purchased a 2007 Honda civic for a really great price from this dealer and I am very happy with my car and still runs great with no issue. I went back to this dealership couple more times after I bought my car, they helped me with oil change and some other optional services. To be honest, I dont usually write but this place is really deserve it. The whole team are great people and they really provide great customer service and they make sure you are happy with your deal. The best customer service I have ever received. I called regarding one of the their car and I was wondering to get more details about the car condition and history. They really did great job over the phone and emailed me all details, including carfax, photos, service history and more. When I visited their place and tested drive the car it was exactly in very good condition as they provided the details. Usually, I am not big fun of leaving reviews on google but this place really deserve it. They are very cool and friendly team and they make sure you are very comfortable with your car buying. I am very happy with my car and it has been more than a month that I did not find any issue yet.

I cannot describe enough how great the customer service is at this car lot. I bought a 2020 Toyota Corolla used and it was in excellent condition. Before I arrived, I was told the car would be ready for me (even though I said nothing about purchasing) which is above and beyond already! they waxed the car in and out, it was cleaned in and out, I mean literally.. the engine too! I was allowed to test drive the car without there being a salesman with me in the vehicle for a more comfortable and realistic drive! I was told if you see any issues with the car that they would have a mechanic on the spot come check it out but I found nothing out of the ordinary. I was able to negotiate a price cut, I was offered water without asking, I was given the entire carfax in advance, I didn’t feel any pressure into buying a car, everything was extremely natural! I was so satisfied with the customer service from my salesman, his name is Harry that I am coming back to purchase another vehicle! By far my favorite experience I have had buying a car, give them a shot, and be honest, they’ll work with you all the way through.

Freedom Auto Sales is one of the best car dealers that I’ve worked with. Gave me a great deal of 2005 Ford F150 I said I take care of the tags but when I found out because of the Covid that I couldn’t get an appointment at the DMV until January I called them up and they said bring it on up will take care of it. Harry was a great salesman didn’t pressure me into anything I’ll let them know how much money I had to spend and what I was looking for and I lucked out they had one I was looking for at a very reasonable price. Harry was a perfect gentleman during the whole thing very professional. Manager was very nice to me and worked with me after Harry got me the vehicle they were expedient so no long waiting times at regular dealerships. I would say if you can and looking for a vehicle give them a call first.

I would have given this place a 5 star rating as there were a couple of minor complications on both side that prolonged the initial process of buying the car. With that being said, I enjoyed my experience as we were able to overcome those obstacles in order to complete the sale.I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Elantra Limited that had all the features and even some I wasnt even expecting and for the price I was looking for. Wazir and Harry were very accommodating and looked out for me at each step of the sale and registration of the vehicle. It was a team effort in a way that was reminiscent of a sports team and also in the military. That was something that made it worth the travel to and from Chantilly, VA by way of Columbia, MD.I can vouch that these guys are the good guys and will treat you right.

Bought my daughter a late model used car. Car was good. Price was good. Months later there was a problem with part of the car that was painted prior to our purchase. Since it had been a number of months I thought for sure Freedom would tell me they couldnt help me. Not the case - they stepped up and took care of the problem without any hesitation. I was informed that the car i bought was in a small accident even it did not show on the carfax but after i bought it. There was a couple of things wrong with the car so i took it to an auto shop where they told me that the car had been in a very big accident and that it Is going to need a lot of money to get fixed. I personally have had a bad experience with one of the staff working for this dealer. He was very rude to me and hung up the phone while we were talking. I do not recommend dealing with them.

Bought a nearly new Nissan Frontier here. The prices for truck was lower priced here than at comparable at larger dealerships for the same vehicle. The salespeople were friendly and there was no pressure.I would have given 5 stars except that the online description of the truck was not accurate. It showed options that the actual truck did not have, such as heated seats and sunroof. (If it did it would have been a real steal!) Intentional or sloppy? I dont know. Fortunately they were not options I was looking for though it did motivate me to visit their lot.Someone here complained about getting a less than complete Carfax report. All they needed to do was click on the link on the website from their smart phone for the full report.Financing was easily done by phone with one of two well recognized companies. State Farm for example does auto loans as well as insurance and financed my loan in about 30 minutes.For those who do their homework, they can make an informed decision and feel confident here for their next car.

I contacted Freedom Auto Sales late one Friday afternoon to inquire about an old F150 they had listed online. Joe answered the phone and was very helpful in addressing my questions. Fifteen minutes later I was there for a test drive. This was an older car (15 years old) so there were bound to be some mechanical issues. After a short test drive I mentioned the few things that stood out to me and Joe said hed have his guys take care of them as soon as possible (without a deal in place, mind you). So things were off to a good start. The next morning I called to see how the repairs went and, to my surprise, Joe had receipts for some work he had done to the car overnight and that morning. We settled on a very fair price over the phone, contingent on a follow-up test drive. When I arrived the car was ready for me with the services performed, as we had discussed. Everything was in really immaculate shape for an older vehicle. About 20 minutes later we were done with the paperwork. All in all, it was an extremely smooth transaction without any major haggling or upselling. Joe knew what I was after and worked to get it done. I really do look forward to working with Joe in the future.

We needed a new car for our shop and gave them specific details on what kind of car we were looking for. They did not have what we wanted on their lot but were very helpful in working with us to find the exact car we were looking for. They went out of their way to fulfill our request when they didnt have to. Everyone was very polite and nice. Didnt expect this kind of service from a dealership, but was extremely satisfied and thankful that there are still businesses like this one that really care about you and go out of their way to help.

Do not buy a car here! They are scammers!I bought a car here and after a few months I have a big issue with the car that could kill me but I was blessed enough to not get involved in an accident. I took the car to the certified dealer and they told me the car was “fixed” by a non professional mechanic. First of all, they did not give me the complete Car Fax report and they did not disclose any information about any repair done in the car before or by them. The owner assured several times that the car was in perfect condition but of course he was lying. After my car was repaired by a professional, we got in touch with the owner and he requested the car details, once we reached him he was very rude and used inappropriate words with my husband and was not responsible for the car issue. THIS DEALER IS PUTTING PEOPLE’S LIFE AT RISK.

I did a thorough 100 mile radius search on-line using CarGurus & PenFed buying group, and visited several lots. The deal that I received at Freedom Auto Sales was by far the best deal that could be made within 100 miles of where I live. The 2020 Equinox LT AWD, previously own by AVIS, had only about 7,000 miles on it. It was in perfect shape inside and out. Of all the dealerships I dealt with the ‘Dealer’s Fee’ was the lowest and there was no surprise ‘Freight Charges’ added onto the backend.Pleasant and easy to work with is how I would define the sales staff. Without reservations I would recommend Freedom Auto Sales.

Very friendly, kind, and honest and well priced! What more can you ask for right? I originally came to look at a Toyota Camry, but I decided not to go with it and instead found a Chevy Malibu they just brought in same day! They werent pushy and when I asked them questions they would give me straight honest answers, and if they werent sure they would tell me that, and offer to look it up. Since the car was brought in that morning inspection wasnt done on it yet, they made a quick call and had the inspection done right then and there! To top it off, my check didnt clear because of an error on the part of my bank, they were very understanding and let me mail in the new check. Thanks again guys, Ill be back the next time I need another car!

I would be aware of the finance manager Rebecca Salyer as she has many felonies for larceny, look her up in loudoun county court case files. But I gave one star as she will get you an inspection sticker if your car won’t pass.

I went there to buy a car which I was looking for it in the past two months, but I was afraid of getting approved for a car loan because it was my first time to finance a car with the bank. Fortunately I went to this dealership and met AJ and the finance manager that they helped me a lot and got me a really good deal with an excellent rate. The car that I bought it is my favorite and absolutely great price. The behavior of all employee were very warmly and great customers service!

Thanks to them I had the greatest first car buyer experience. No hassle, no pressure, and various options at great prices. The whole staff has great customer service. Joe is the one who took care of me though. He explained all the paper work to me and the paper work process was not long at all.

I would highly recommend this dealer. After we bought a car (for a good price), we were given a free loaner car while they fixed a small tear in one of the seats. While they were working on the car, they noticed some major mechanical issues in the engine, which they fixed at no extra charge. Wazir is very honest and helpful and I plan to return next time I need a car.

If I could award more stars, I would. I have been buying cars for more than 40 years and have never had a purchase go so smoothly. Joe and Wazir are so knowledgeable and patient, they went above and beyond in providing outstanding customer service. I researched the web for months, so I know I received an excellent deal on my 2017 Taurus. After driving the car for a day, I noticed a few minor problems. I called the office and Joe immediately said, Bring it in, well make it right, and they did! I have been driving the car for a month and I could not be happier with it. I highly recommend Freedom Auto and I cant imagine purchasing a vehicle anywhere else.
