I would not recommend this dealership to anyone personally. I recently bought a vehicle that had a destroyed transmission. Within, 7 days I had to replace the transmission. The dealer, Juan to be exact had assured me all vehicles come with a warranty and with 100% coverage. They do not care about you or the vehicle once it’s purchased and no longer their problem. Please be aware and think twice before purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. They will leave you with a bigger issue and put a dent in your pockets. They try to use negotiating prices as an excuse to why their vehicles are sold as is and why they don’t care for warranty issues after purchasing the vehicle. Just please be aware of this unreliable and dishonest dealership.(If I could put zero stars I would) !

Couldnt even locate it despite getting there using google maps, no board or sign identifying their office. When contacted, was told they only accept appointments and the car that I had gone to see wasnt at this spot but somewhere else. No idea what was happening there. Had to leave there itself

I saw the perfect little car; a “Kia Forte, 2015.” I made the purchase from the two gentlemen that I’ve contacted about the inquiry. I was skeptical about the price I found online for my 2012 Nissan Murano, but Im glad I found this place. Alex was my sales representative, he took care of everything for me, even when I didnt have all the money at the moment, they put on hold the vehicle for a few days for a small deposit until I receive my check from the insurance company for a total loss.. Hello! I’d like to share my car shopping experience with Juan & bingo auto sales. I’d like to say that I had received great customer service from the beginning to end! Juan was very help, great follow up and all. I contacted them through Facebook. Juan contacted me the same day as well as the next morning to confirm the date and time to come look at their 2013 Volkswagen CC. I loved everything about the car. The interior was very nice and clean. Juan worked out a deal with me and so that I could afford the car plus tag, title and taxes. I am so thankful for that. Juan also helped me return my rental car so that I wouldn’t have to figure out how to return it and pick up my new car. I live an hour away. There was an enterprise location right around the corner. With all of that being said.. If you’re look for a place with professionalism, great customer service, honesty, reliable transportation and great cars.. this is the right place. They also provided me with a vehicle history report that checked out pretty good. I took the car to the dealership today and Volkswagen said that it was great!

Few weeks ago I initially I gave Bingo Auto Sales a great review, 5 stars outta 5 for their quick responsiveness, patience, and professionalism when I bought a 2014 Hyundai Accent from them for $5000. I came with a roommate and we test drove it, and the car appeared to be running smoothly. Everything was all good and I was told the car was in good condition to drive and buy!So a week or two later, turns out, ALL of the tires were completely different sizes so I lost traction, bearings needed to be replaced, windshield wipers were torn, the catalytic converter needed to be replaced, brakes werent repaired for 15k-20k worth of miles, and now one of the bearings came off again and the car is now locked in place, so the car literally cannot move either forwards or backwards. Repair costs in total SO FAR? $4000. Their offer? Send me to a cheap tire shop to get tires for $80 or to go to THEIR mechanic as compensation for this ticking time-bomb of a car.Juan told me he replaced the front brakes and the front tires himself, and that they inspect the engine and transmission. He also told me that it was perfectly safe to drive; when it was not.When confronted over the phone, angrily, (for good reason, Im not a Karen) because they would not even come out to see my roommate and I, who are tiny 130 pound people, in short told us that we were screwed and to go away!I understand that when buying a used car its a hit-or-miss situation, and that there may be a good bit of repairs needed after you buy it. But when a new problem comes up every week, and you know you dont drive recklessly and youre just trying to go to work, school, grocery store, or to drive your roommates who dont have rides to work, then thats a completely different situation.So Im here to tell anyone curious about this dealer to NOT come here as if your life depends on it. I put more effort into this review than an essay for class. Dont come here if you want to be scammed. Im a college student and the scholarship money and money from working that I saved up to try to be independent and move on with my life has gone completely down the drain for this car and these damned repairs from the damage they didnt want to tell me about. I guess all they care about is getting sales during the COVID19 pandemic!Btw, they dont wear masks.

I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata from Juan and Alejandro that almost killed me and my children 2 times my breaks was the first issue! There wasn’t any break pads what so ever on the car, they acted as if the car had just got repair by their mechanic just for me to find out yesterday that it has been some kind of paint like subsidy being poured in the engine and in my coolant I’ve had the car 60 days I only drive it to the grocery stores and to my son doctor app. and yesterday me and my very sick son broke down on the highway and was stuck In a hot car for 5 hrs my son is only 4 yrs old I AM A SINGLE AFRICAN AMERICAN MOTHER AND ALEJANDRO AND JUAN REFUSE TO CARE ABOUT THE FACT ME AND MY CHILD COULD HAVE DIED TWICE, DUE TO NEGLIGENCE AND NOW I HAVE NO WAY TO GET MY SON TO HIS DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS THANKS ALOT FOR TAKING MY $4,400

The cars they sell arent safe and have a slew of issues attached. I know the difference between normal maintaince and a car thats completely messed up. Unless you want to double the price of the car in repairs, dont bother with this place.
