I always bring in 2014 Honda Odyssey here to be serviced and Ive never had a disappointing experience. The customer service is always great. At my most recent visit, Jose O. Was super kind and informative and very helpful. The waiting area is always clean and I love the kids area. The restrooms were also very tidy!! Ill be back for my next service for sure!!
Brought my wifes Accord in for service. Although they found a couple of additional issues, they explained them clearly so I was comfortable proceeding with the repairs. The service area is very clean and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Theres a great customer lounge with all sorts of different chairs and tables for whatever you need while waiting. Theres even a Kid Zone.
Jose Ochoa is an excellent Service Advisor. He explained in detail what services my 2011 Honda Pilot needs and when I should get it done.I have been bringing my 2011 Honda Pilot to Curry Honda Service Center for years and I purchased it at Curry Honda in 2012.Thank you everyone at Curry Honda!!!
Best Service experience ever! Had a small rattle that I thought would be hard to detect or fix. Brian did a test drive and found the problem. I was in and out with 2 test drives in under an hour. Jose in service made it all happen. Thanks! Joe
I brought in my CR-V in for my first yearly maintenance, and I was very pleased with the service I received from Curry Honda. My service advisor was Daniel and he was very clear and helpful about the services my car needed. I waited in the clean customer lounge while my car was being serviced, and I was out within 2 hours. I would return to Curry Honda for any future car services!
Love this place they have absolutely the best customer service of any dealership I have been to..
Jose is a great service advisor and helped me with my wife car and my accord last week
Good staff and friendly. Waiting room was comfortable and accommodating. Prices are high for service which one would expect from a dealership. Overall, if you dont mind spending the money, a good experience.
I had a great experience at Curry Honda! They were able to fit me in the schedule for 4 tire replacements on short notice. The prices were fair and the service was efficient. My service advisor Mac was very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. I will be returning for all my future car needs and would highly recommend to others!
The worst experience and customer service I’ve ever experienced dealing with car issues. I went in for a belt noise and ac. After getting a diagnostic they quoted me over $3000 of work that I “needed” to have done. After deciding to just have the ac and tension belt and water pump fixed I was quoted over 2k. Yes the ac was fixed but the belt was not and to make matter worse, my friend called me while in labor for a ride to the hospital and my car wouldn’t start after I took it home.Erin who was the manager that I spoke to didn’t help, wouldn’t assume responsibility and eventually told me they don’t just mess up peoples cars. And Derek who was in charge of service also didn’t admit their mistake, but instead called saying I needed to spend about another $1600 on my 09 accord to now have the starter fixed. Needless to say I asked for them to stop service, had it towed to Far East motors which I highly recommend- who fixed the car for $68. None of the issues Honda claimed were wrong were accurate and now my car perfectly fine again.I’m now in contact with corporate, and was able to get my money back after calling my cc company. Save yourself a headache and take your money and your service elsewhere.
Im so glad that I purchased my car from Ms. SooKHee. She knows the car and knows what she is selling. She recommended and explained details about the car and financial plan with a bunch of her efforts. I appreciated her time and effort so much. If you dont know what car would be good for you, please see Ms. SookHee, she will be welcome you and give you a suitable option! I appreciated her time and effort so much.
Service is quick and they provide advice/ suggestions for maintenance. Also they have shuttle service, large and clean loft area space to wait during pandemic. I would recommend this center for your next vehicle maintenance
Great customer service from Marvin Jones, he was very quick and efficient. Very accommodating and helpful in terms of making my visit easy. I would recommend this location to all and rate my experience a 10/10
Terrible experience for service. A service appointment that I was told would take 2HRS resulted in waiting 3HRS with my car not even being looked at and a total waiting period of 5HRS by the time I left. That doesnt even include any repairs, just waiting for my car to be driven by a tech and diagnosed. I understand they may have been understaffed but the complete lack of communication by the part of my service advisor, his attitude, and hands off approach was unacceptable! I hope he receives the support and training needed so he can deliver a more proactive and solutions based experience to his customers that is conducive to his success.
Jose Ochoa of Curry Honda provided excellent service. He explained in detail what was needed and the benefit of the service. Also the provided transportation that Curry Honda offer while you wait is the icing on the cake.
Curry Honda was great. Great Service Department. took care all my needs. Def recommend going here
Bought my car brand new at curry 8 years ago and have been coming here ever since. Their service is nothing short of exemplary with competitive prices. Have dealt with Rahel and Roman and they come highly recommended.
I thoroughly enjoy the service at this dealership and I I really appreciate the service I have received from Rahel Atsemet. Every time I come she has been thorough, informative, patient and resourceful and furthermore she has been my favorite service advisor over the past 2 years I have come to this dealership.
When I lived in GA, you couldn’t tell me that this dealership wasn’t the best place to bring your car for service and especially with Greg Salisbury as the Director. Then he left and I had to move back to CT, so I was worried that I wouldn’t ever find another Honda Service Dept that I could trust. Well thank God I did find one (Executive Honda in Wallingford CT) because I don’t know what has happened to Curry Honda since Junior is now in charge. I had to make an unexpected trip from CT to GA and unfortunately my A/C starting acting up and since this dealership is where I purchased my car I went there to have it checked out. To make a long story short they told me that I needed a compressor and condenser and it would cost me over $1500.00 to replace the compressor, but that the condenser was covered under the extended warranty. I called my dealership in CT and told them what I was told and they told me not to do anything now, but bring it in to them as soon as I get back home, which I did. Well I did need a new condenser and yes that is covered by warranty, but I did not need a compressor. The suction hose is what was leaking and that is what needs to be replaced for $265.00 + tax. So Junior and his Service Department are telling people that don’t know any better things that need to be fixed that in all reality don’t need to be. This is a terrible practice and needs to be corrected ASAP!!!!!
Sales experience was stellar with Marshall. Service was always on point. But when it comes time to sell the car BACK to them....crickets. And dealers are allegedly DESPERATE for inventory! James Keller would not return 4 voicemails. The general sales manager Bryan Dominick did attempt to reach me once -- after I left a lengthy message that I had some constructive feedback that could be a training and development moment for his employee. Guess thats less important to them than selling cars. So.... I called Jim Ellis and they are on their way with a CHECK to pick up the car! EASY PEEZY!!!! Thank you Jim for restoring my faith in auto dealers.
Great experience buying a used car here. Our salesman Darryl Tyler was awesome! We made a 3 hour drive to purchase a specific vehicle and he had it ready and waiting upon our arrival. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. Thanks again!
We love Curry Honda. Not only did we find the perfect well maintained certified accord, we had amazing experiences with the service team! Our service advisor is amazing and the wait times have been really low. The cost of service is reasonable, schedule is easy and the wait area is very comfortable.
Glenn was amazing. He was attentive, notified me as soon as my car was complete and reached out to follow up. By far the best experience Ive had since going to Curry Honda.
Marshal was the one that help me.Such a great guy and professional. Thank you so much 😊
I always have a wonderful experience at Curry Honda! The staff is always extremely professional and friendly. They are very honest about their work, how long it will take, and their prices! Daniel is an amazing service advisor! Thanks again for the wonderful service on my Accord!
Customer service is awesome! Mr. Rick & Mr. Will are both very nice & makes sure things get done in a very timely manner. I wont take my car anywhere else for my service needs! Great job guys! Thank You!!!
Marvin took good care of us, making sure my wifes car was in great condition for our upcoming road trip. They even called me an Uber to take me home and back to the dealer so I could do other errands while the car was being serviced. Couldnt be happier with the customer service at this location.
I really enjoy my service visits. They always have friendly staff and provide speedy service. The location is also very convenient.
Helpful staff. Good servicing. RONNELL RHODES service advisor is very helpful and explained me everything about the servicing needs. I recommend this service center.
Smoothest service ever. Had to bring my car in for an airbag recall and they made everything easy
I have been a Honda Customer for over 15 years, Sarah Stewart has been my saving grace and a tremendous asset to Currey Honda. Sarah takes care of Hondas customers like they are her family. I love Honda & Sarah ! 💕
Curry Honda Service Dept offers exactly the top quality service that you would expect. On time, clear communication and efficient. Making an appointment over call was smooth. When I arrived for the scheduled appointment my service details were already printed and ready to go. Clear explanation of the charges. Thank you!
Have brought my CRV here a couple times for service and love how the service is. Always very helpful and accommodating. So I decided to buy my tires from them. Mac McIntosh got me right in and out. Highly recommend giving them a try
The salesman I had name Craig H. He went above and beyond to help me purchase a beautiful car. I have received so many compliments. His customer service is awesome, he is an asset to your company Curry Honda!Thank You Craig H. You Rock! And I love my new ride! Five stars doesnt match to the 1000% customer service and care that Craig gave me!
Great service team. Great staff, facilities, and everyone makes it easy. Nice waiting room with various amenities. Worked with Matt twice. Very friendly and competent.
They said1 hour but it took 4 hours for diagnostics test and a sample recall. The cost for repair is much more than other mechanics.I specified the issues on my 2011 honda odyssey, there were no diagnostic tests required, but they performed it and charged me. Be careful with your money. They are just thinking about their business not the customer!
My service advisor is RAHEL, and I would recommend her to anyone that is coming to the dealership, especially first-time customers. She made sure that I received all of the services I needed, in a quick and precise manner.
Rahel ROCKS!, she’s detailed, responsive and understanding. Not only is she relatable she is friendly and gives exemplary customer service. She throughly explains service options and proactively researches possible options to make my service experience swift!
I just had a nightmare of an experience with Curry Honda, please read below:I took my 2019 Civic Type R to get a safety recall (21-022, Fuel Pump Motor Replacement) repair completed on Monday 6/7 at 8 am. I picked up my car at noon on Tuesday, 6/8. Since I had to go into the repair with a pretty low tank of gas, I went to fuel up directly after picking the car up. As I was finishing up filling up the tank, the gas station attendant ran over to me waving his arms back and forth- pointing to the massive pool of gas under my car- causing a strong aroma of gas inside the car. I promptly called Curry Honda, and they towed my car back to the dealership. After expressing extreme disillusionment and frustration with the Service Advisor and the Customer Relations Manager, they profusely apologized and vowed to repair their error. The CRM said they would do their absolute best and shampoo the car and leave it better than how they found it. I went to pick the car up today- Wednesday. 6/9, at 7 am, only to find it not cleaned, with a faint aroma of gas, and soaking wet from being left outside in the rain. Here are my thoughts from this experience:1. Since I scheduled to pick up my car during my lunch hour, I lost that and a couple of hours of valuable work. Clearly, Curry Honda had no regard for my time.2. To botch a repair on something that was not even broken to begin with- worse than any chop shop might do- Curry Honda also clearly has no regard for my money, as I worked for years to purchase my car with cash. Now I have no way of knowing if the repair they did left it worse than when I brought it in.3. This is the most unsettling thought- Curry Honda has little to no regard for my safety or my family’s safety. Somewhere in the slipshod repair that was done, there was a QA/QC process that did not notice that the hose lock at the top of the fuel tank was not properly secured, leading to a situation that could have proven catastrophic for not only myself, but for the other patrons at an incredibly busy gas station. As I sit here in my home office typing this up, directly above where my Type R is parked, I realize I have no way of knowing or trusting that there isn’t gas leaking from my car right now, compromising our household’s safety. Curry Honda has demonstrated, not once, but twice, that they could not make good on their promises- and I’m incredibly unsettled by that now. If you want to take your Honda to a dealer who will do a good job and have even the most baseline level of respect for your safety and life, I strongly suggest you don’t take it to Curry Honda- I know I sure as hell won’t be.TLDR: Curry Honda botched my fuel pump recall repair, causing gas to spill everywhere at gas station, they supposedly fixed the issue but also did not make good on promise to leave car clean. I’m unsettled. Please don’t take your car here.
Jose was very attentive with my concerns and most importantly straight forward with my car maintenance
I bought my car last November and I have been in love with it! The service I received at Curry Honda was great and the people were very friendly and made sure everything was taken care of before I left the lot with my new car. I highly recommend buying from them! Very great experience!
Excellent customer service from beginning to end. I live in Atlanta, and yes I will drive the extra miles to a place where I feel valued. Thanks Honda!
First time at Curry Honda. All of my lights were on and Jose Ochoa helped me with educating me on some things I needed to know about my car. Overall grear experience and I will be coming back.
Outstanding experience with Augustine, the sales rep who sold me my new Honda. Love this car. I gotta great deal on the financing, as well. Highly recommend Honda. Ask for Augustine - not the Catholic saint - but the sales rep over at Curry. He will take great care of you.
We went to the dealership to look at a new Honda Oddysey. We knew that our credit was not great but wanted to see what we could work out. We were completely blown away by the new Oddysey and all of the features. We were shocked by the lack of Oddyseys at the dealership but were aware of the issues. The sales person was enthusiastic and he said that the current situation with a lack of cars was here to stay. He tried to tell us the chips were only a cover to allow the dealerships to be profitable and it would never go back to the way it was. I should have walked away at that point. He also cussed in front of my wife which is completely inappropriate. We test drove it and then went in to see what we could work out. We told the sales person what we were willing to pay on a monthly basis. We were willing put down 25% in cash. He took our information and went off to talk to the finance group. He brought the finance manager and we again told our monthly payment amount. I would have expected the finance manager to have told us that the numbers did not work. I had done the numbers in my head and it did not work but he did not say a word. He said to let him work with the banks. He said give him 15 minutes and he would be back. Thirty minutes later, no finance manager. I went to the sales manager and told him I had to leave. The finance manager came out and told us to come back to his office. He then sprung that the payments would be double what we had told him we could pay. I had built in some additional payment amount but not double. This dealership is no longer good and I will not come back again for service or buying. They are what you think of as shifty dealership
Brought a use honda pilot this pass summer . The salemen was very professional . This is the 3rd car me and my wife have purchase from Curry Honda dealership on peachtree road no issue at all on the honda accord 2002 which we longer have. BUT THE 2013 HONDA SPORT STILL GOING STRONG.
The wife and I visited this dealership to pursue a car for the granddaughter, the salesperson ( Grace) was great in helping us to identifying a car. We were about to sign on the dotted line when we had a conversation with the Manager ( The person who signs-off on the deal). Wow, he was so rude and unprofessional that we knew we could not do business with this person. He showed us some guy who owns some clubs and said he wants a deal too, and we are the best in the area and if you do not care for our attitude there are many people we can sale a car to here in Atlanta. So we said okay good for you, and have a wonderful day, bye.We were able to find the same type of vehicle with 32K miles less for the same price we were about to sign-off on at this dealership.
Had our 2019 CRV serviced yesterday - oil/filter change and tire rotation. Our service advisor, Jesse Smith, was great. Car was ready as promised, and Jesse made sure he was there when we picked it up. Highly recommend Curry and Jesse for your service needs!
This is a long review, but definitely worth the read.My girlfriend took her 2009 CRV to Mavis Automotive in Decatur on Church Street and they stripped the drain plug on her oil pan during an oil change. She didnt realize it was leaking for 4 days and she immediately called them and was told to bring it back in. Not only did they deny damaging it they told her it would cost $900 for them to repair their mistake and she declined the repair. I wasnt there unfortunately. We took it to Curry Honda last weekend where we were told it would cost $1,200 for them to replace the oil pan because they said an aluminum oil pan couldnt be re-tapped and they also said it needed a rear brake job, CV joints were leaking and needed to be replaced, sway bar links were loose, power steering pump was leaking and needed to be repaired or replaced and that it needed a coolant flush and alignment. The estimate total for these repairs was $4,200. I had my doubts there were this many problems with her car because it has been well maintained, never driven hard and she only drives 6,000 miles a year plus the only leak I could find after a thorough look was the oil leaking from the stripped drain plug. We declined the repairs and the Service Advisor did his best to get us to say yes by offering 12 month interest free financing 4 times before we left. My first thought was, they are throwing this huge repair bill in our face hoping we would trade it in leaving them with a cream puff car that has always been garaged at home and at work since it was new and the interior shows almost no wear and sell us a new to boot. Dealers would absolutely love to have her car on their used lot since used car values are at an all-time high. After leaving, I knew our only option would be to take it to a small automotive repair shop in Buford a mile from my office. I have known the owner for 12 years and he is old school meaning he is as honest as the day is long and truly cares about his customers and his 5 Star Google rating tells the story far better than I could.I dropped off her car Monday and the owner called me the next morning with great news and asked me to come up so he could show me what wasnt wrong with her car which most everything Curry Honda said was bad.He ended up re-tapping the drain plug hole and put a bigger drain plug in it which Curry Honda said couldnt be done. The rear brake pads still had at least 40% left, CV Boots were not leaking, sway bar links were not loose, power steering pump was not leaking at all and it didn’t need a coolant flush since it was done 16 months ago. The so-called $4,200 repair bill ended up being $173 and they even replaced two exterior bulbs that were burned out.We are shocked that Curry Honda would operate in this fashion and tarnish their reputation, but they sure did with us and who knows how often they do this. Maybe the technician was looking for some easy money and didnt tell the service advisor the truth which I highly doubt or maybe orders come down from top management to take advantage of unknowing customers. Had my girlfriend been single she probably would have believed their story and put it on her credit card because she knows very little about cars and and trusts most everyone.A repair shop could make a fortune taking advantage of consumers.Everything in this review is 100% accurate because remember, I looked at her car myself when it was on a lift at the shop by my office with the owner who is also a certified mechanic and he showed be every part that Curry Honda said wad bad. Only Curry Honda and their employees know what goes on behind the scenes, but now we do too.Be smart and do your homework before believing what an automotive repair shop tells you regardless of how big they are because the owner of the repair shop by my office sees stories like this multiple times a week and dealerships like Curry Honda have been great for his business. If something doesnt feel right it probably isnt and by shopping around you could save yourself hundreds if not thousands of dollars.
Had a garbage sales experience here with this evening. The sales guy at the first desk was insulting, misogynistic, frankly incoherent, and treated me like I had never owned a Honda when in reality I had enjoyed owning one for 10+ years. I highly recommend Honda, but would never recommend Curry Honda based on tonight. Don’t waste your time here, there are a million other dealerships around.
Jose Ochoa helped me today was very attentive with my concerns and answered all my questions
I’ve been bringing my car to Curry Honda for a while now and I always leave satisfied with customer service. If you don’t want to wait they will Uber you home or wherever you need to go and they will make sure you know exactly what you’re paying for and if you can wait until the next service. I love that they aren’t pushy, it means a lot!
Brought my CRV for maintenance. Great service and overall experience. The car was ready at the time expected. Also, the Uber/Lyft complimentary service really makes the difference.
Brought a 2020 CRV for an oil change and Jose was very helpful and was a pleasure to work with.
I had a great experience purchasing my car from here and the service since I purchased has been great. If you are looking to purchase a Honda car this is definitely the place
I was looking for a car for my daughter in college, and James was great! He has years of experience and was very knowledgeable, and worked to help us find the right car within our budget. Ben was awesome showing us the car and spending time with us. They were so professional, and we trusted them. It was a great experience. I would recommend them if you are looking to buy a car!
Jose Ochoa was very helpful and made sure he could get me taken care of quickly.
I have always been treated very well by Curry Honda and their staff. Ahny Taylor, my service advisor this time, was courteous and kept me advised of the status of my vehicle. It was ready in the time promised. I will continue to be a customer.
Had and smooth and easy experience at Curry Honda. My service was excellent and I would highly recommend their services
Absolutely useless service staff.I’ve been in there once a month this summer because you go in there and tell them something’s clearly wrong, and they piecemeal the repair instead of just doing what anywhere else would do intuitively. They are scammers and they will not respect your time.
Sales Reed Waldman has the personality of a meter maid combined with a debt collector. Only in a pandemic economy where all new vehicles are in such high demand can a so-called salesman like this guy even keep a job. Do the world a favor and retire! The younger sales staff run circles around you anyway. I tried to contact their management team to describe my horrible experience with this guy. As expected, I haven’t heard anything back from them. It appears this level of unprofessionalism originates from the top down. Avoid this dealership at all costs! There are plenty more that sell Hondas in metro Atlanta who won’t treat you like a second class citizen.
The only car dealership I trust! Bought my Honda CRV from Curry a couple of years ago and just went there for an oil change. The service is always excellent and quick!
Worked with service advisor Rahel to have both our Civics serviced here and had a great experience. She was up front about costs and discounts offered, and cars were ready ahead of schedule.
Service department did a great job diagnosing a tricky problem and the service manager, Sarah S., helped resolve an issue with the service advisor in a very responsive and professional manner.
Jesse was my service advisor this morning. He was courteous and helpful in making his recommendations on what service items to consider by priority. This was only a routine visit for oil change, but with battery, fluids, tires, etc. all thoroughly checked, now Im more confident my car will be in good driving condition leaving Curry Honda!Plus the new (probably over a year now) service facility with spacious waiting area that has couches, tables and reliable wifi, making working, while my car being serviced, with minimal interruption a possibility. Overall great experience!
Cannot recommend Jesse Smith at Curry Honda enough! I walked in for an oil change and he was super attentive and knowledgeable. He offered me just what my car needed and didn’t try to sell me on anything extra. The whole process was completely smooth and quick. I highly recommend them for your Honda needs— Jesse in particular! I’ll be back.
I just wanna take the time out to thank Ben Hood for everything, i had a bad experience at precision auto and i took my car here been helped me out with everything even though my car still acting funny, i appreciate the consistency ben gave me! give him a raise! make sure he see this
Body shop maintenance were un professional and don’t have knowledge about car.women (09/21/2021)pick the call in body shop. She need to go school before taking customerservice calls.Maintenance will not tell you what’s car problem. Can’t find the problem but keep changing all parts (all they do is guess and keep changing ur car parts). Don’t go to this bodyshop if u want to fix ur car professionally.
Will update with details on outstanding claim/warranty issue.
I customer service is great but what I didnt appreciate is being surprised by the labor cost. I was given a quote for a few items needed to be done on my car but at no time did the service rep, Daniel, inform me of the cost of labor. I thought that was deceptive and it was a terrible surprise to get a labor cost for $604. Please ask for all costs upfront. I will not use this location anymore because deliberate deception is not the way I think business should be done.
Curry Honda is the best! I have owned several Honda Pilots and didn’t have nearly as good an experience as I consistently do with Curry Honda. Marshall Crawford sold me my recent Pilot and made the transaction incredibly easy and offered me a fair price right from the start, taking all the annoying bartering out of the equation. I did run into a transmission problem within a few weeks of owning the brand new car, but that was capably remedied by the technicians. I always feel like I am in good hands.
I had an excellent experience here at Curry Honda. I strongly recommend this place for all your honda cares.
Great service at a great price. They were able to squeeze me after an unexpected car problem and they made sure I was taken care of. I will definitely be going back to get my car serviced there in the future.
This facility is always nice and clean with plenty of space to spread out in the lobby. They are realistic about wait times but also offer transportation ITP if you need to go somewhere while you wait for your vehicle. Plus, Jesse has been very nice and accommodating. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
Had oil change and other service work fine st curry hinda in chamber ga. Received fast EXCELLENT SERVICE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will cont6to have them service my Honda accord.
Thank you Darryl Tyler for all your help today!! You showed me EXACTLY what I really wanted!! I left Curry Honda VERY happy 😃 #CurryHondaRocks #DarrylTylerIsTHEman
This place is awesome I always get my maintenance done here and they take care of me. Would definitely recommend
I’ve bought 2 vehicles here and still get treated so terrible by the staff. I’ve had my oil pan cover left off and scrapping the ground the whole way home after service. I’ve been argued with by staff when I had free oil change slips. Waited 4 hours for an oil change. TodAy takes the cake though I was scheduled to get my fuel pump replaced do you factory recall. I was told I would be there maybe 15 min. Ended up waiting an hour and then was told they had no rental cars available and wouldn’t for an hour. Even after I made it clear on the say day I scheduled the service that I had work that day and would need a vehicle to drive for the day since it was an all day service. They are never prepared for whatever you are suppose to have done the mechanics are negligent. Buying cars here is great getting any kind of maintenance is a JOKE!
Courteous Staff. High tech and state of the art. Makes me happy to own a Honda.
I bought my car used in January 2021. It was a 2008 Honda Civic. I worked with Joseph and he made sure my car working in perfect condition before I drove it off the lot. I have only had 1 issue with the car a couple weeks ago and I took it to services. They fixed it without me having to pay anything. Awesome service!
Curry Honda is awesome! Emma was really helpful when booking my service and let me know about the complimentary Uber. Jesse went above and beyond to research my car warranty and kept me updated every step of the way. Keep up the great work!
Wow, I brought my Honda Pilot for a recall maintenance….top notch service department. It felt like a Mercedes place with the level of professionalism and cleanliness. Lyft/Uber ride was complimentary to work and back as well.Rahel took great care of my Pilot and kept me informed about the progress aa well. Also, beautiful waiting area.
I was looking for a car to by with my boyfriend he lives in a different state and wanted a basic car. Talked to Jennie for half a day telling her all he wanted. They had 3 cars with different prices she had said it was because they came in at different times and that’s why which is fine then gave us the quote for the most expensive out of the three even when I sent her the vin for the least. And when we said the price was to high and didn’t want anything extra on the car. Got mad at my boyfriend and said she only wanted to sell locally anyways. And then proceeded to text me inappropriate question asking my age and why I wanted to ruin her? Random!
Based on the experiences I have had with the service department, I am pleased. Service is friendly and I like that Uber is provided to where you need to go when service is performed.
The service here is pretty good. They are prompt and courteous. You can be sure that your car is in good hands.
Currys service department convinced my wife to pay for an unnecessary service on her car thats is not part of Hondas service schedule for her car. Sadly, this is a common money grab by dealerships and Curry is not above it. Fortunately, she mentioned it to me and we were able to cancel the work before it was performed. However, when reviewing the paperwork after picking the car up, we found that the dealer decided to add, and charge us for, a tire balance that we did not request. Weve been going there for three years, but no longer.
Curry Honda always is welcoming and efficient. The workers have a great attitude and have full knowledge of the machinery they are working on . Have been coming to curry Honda for 15 years and these are the reasons my family and I have always been coming back.
The customer service representative that attended to me by name DERIC. He is more than EXCELLENT. DESPITE I ALWAYS HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE, MR. DERIC IS EXCEPTIONAL. CURRY HONDA IS GENERALLY GREAT.
Best customer service and vehicle service you will find in the metro Atlanta area. Entire team was friendly and professional from the minute I drove my vehicle onto the property. Your vehicle will thank you if you choose them for your next service...frankly, you might enjoy it too, some of their mechanics and production manager have the best hair I’ve ever seen at a dealership!
Courteous service... all of my concerns about my repair and the service with enterprise was a little slow, but customer service demand was high.I am home and everything is under way working as it should.
Shocked by the terrible customer service. We went in pretty serious about buying a CR-V, but obviously wanted to see it, test drive it, etc. We were met by a sales agent Ayoub who was totally not interested in selling us the car, or perhaps was just having a really bad day. Either way, his only question for us (over and over) was whether we wanted to buy the car right now, even before offering a test drive or showing us our options. We tried to talk to him about financing options, and strangely he insisted that he couldnt tell us anything until he did a hard pull on our credit. It was all around just a weird experience, maybe he didnt want our business because cars are selling super quick right now. Anyway, we went down to road to World Toyota and just bought a RAV4! So excited about our new car!
I purchased my car in 2014 and for the most part I have received excellent and honest service at Curry Honda until recently. In May I had to have a part replaced and needed a rental as my car would be down for a couple of days. My service agent was Rick Zarpentine and he was pleasant, however very misleading. He lead me to believe that Curry would be covering the cost of my rental car as well as up-charged me for my servicing. Beware of this particular service agent and come prepared knowing what the actual pricing is for whatever service that you need. He is a salesman at the end of the day and does not have the customers best interest at heart. Outside of that salesman I have had no problems with Curry Honda.
Great service here and they have the taxi service with Lyft/Uber to drive you back home within a certain radius instead of waiting.
The service is great, i only bring my car here for oil changes because its the only place that will do an excellent job
The customer service was amazing. I am definitely coming back to this specific location for any service or interest in buying a vehicle.
He was ok,he need to work on his communication skills, and customers service skills. I had to follow up with him to check on the car and he is not to much of a people person.
