I called in this morning, the receptionist was surprisingly super welcoming and bubbly, considering it was 8:00 in the morning. I was delighted by that. Then, I met Ryan Burke for my service on my front brakes. This was an emergency situation and he went out of his way to make sure that this job was done at a great price to me. I am very glad that I went to this dealership. I like how straight-forward he was about pricing, time and everything else. Thank you again!
Ryan Burke met me as soon as I arrived. He filled out the necessary papers for the service that I needed and took the time to explain what was the service about. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. While I was waiting Ryan personally came and advised they had found a nail in one of my tires and told me steps to follow. Indeed a a great asset and very customer oriented.

Awesome experience from Sales to Finance to the Service Dept. I have had bad experiences with past dealerships, which resulted in me not returning for future purchases. Ed Voyles is the only dealership I have come across where everything was hassle free. I was assisted by Lloyd Johnson in Sales, and he was tremendous! No back and forth with pricing. Everything was quick and to the point. I have gotten three cars, and each time, the process took less than 2 hours to complete. I did not have to spend 4+ hours at the dealership as Id done in the past with other dealers. And the Service Dept is awesome. Top notch customer service every time I visit. There may be a long wait sometimes, but the level of customer service they deliver is worth the wait.
Q (Qais) was awesome! He communicated with me the whole time and kept me updated on what was going on with my car. I opted to wait for my car and even though it took a little longer than expected (due to issues with the car, not with the service), I didn’t mind. The workspace with wifi in the waiting area was perfect for getting work done. I will definitely return to Ed Voyles Acura next time I need my car serviced!
Ive been going to Ed Voyles Acura for years, and even though Ive moved out of the area, I continue to return. The service guys are very accommodating and they go out of their way to make sure your comfortable while you wait (I usually work with either Q or Kevin). Im happy to say that other than routine maintenance, I have never had to bring my cars back for the same issue more than once. If I dont get something done when they recommend it, theres no pressure or judgment and I appreciate that too. Overall, great experience each time!
Excellent customer service. Gave me prompt attention, were very clear about collision damage repair work that would be done and then delivered exactly what they promised. Very good on communication throughout as well. Got regular updates, any changes to the timeline were promptly communicated. And when picked up the car it looked great, clean and shined outside - and inside too which was a nice extra touch.
And THAT is why I LOVE ACURA! Service service service! Although Ive never had a service advisor at EV Acura that wasnt helpful, Ive got to tip my hat to Kevin. Talk about taking the time to make me feel special! Sure, the cars great, but its the follow-through and personalized attention long after purchase that moves the needle for me. And that is EXACTLY What KEVIN did! As long as the dealership keeps Kevin and trains their associates to take care of their customers as Kevin took care of me, Ill be a life-long customer of this dealership!
I had the fortunate experience of a drivers side broken latch cable, after the door was shut. Sam Neitzke in the Service department said hed take care of it, that he knew a technician in the Body shop that could get the door open. Sure enough, Sams guy not only got the door open, but the latch was fixed the next day. Sam was professional, positive, communicated with me every step of the process, and handled the job, and my stress, with ease. Id recommend Sam and the Team at Ed Voyles Acura any day.
We had an excellent car buying experience. Charles Duncan, our sales and leasing consultant, went above and beyond to get us the 2021 Acura TLX we wanted, at the price we negotiated. Charles made sure we were comfortable with all the processes from shopping for the exact car we wanted to the financing to the extended warranties. My experience with Ed Voyles Acura is limited to working with the Body Shop on 3 separate occasions when I needed repairs done on my 2018 Honda Accord, but those experiences left me knowing for ANY type of body work needed, this is the place Ill go and will recommend Ed Voyles to friends, family and colleagues. The first repair was done in 2019 when I needed my rear drivers side quarter panel replaced from a hit and run. My insurance company listed Ed Voyles as one of their authorized repair facilities. The quality of the work and color matching was perfect and the customer service outstanding - from the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Meg, then assisted by Martin for my estimate and repairs, I felt was in good hands Last week I needed an estimate for a small repair to my front panel that popped out after I had a run-in with a run away basketball that lodged itself and popped under the bumper. I went to my Honda dealer for the first estimate who stated the entire front panel/bumper had to be replaced despite it being one small spot where it had popped out. Their quote: $1100-$1500. I then went to Ed Voyles for the second estimate. I didnt tell them what the dealer advised or quoted and instead let them inspect the vehicle prepared it may be the same news.. They however confirmed what I had suspected, which was that based on the location, it was a minor issue that could be repaired with a bracket replacement (a 15-minute job). Cost? $53. Scott, thank you again!!! I realize this is a long review with lots of detail but I know that when Im considering shops, the details help. In a nutshell, use this Body Shop when you need work done on your vehicle. I love my Honda vehicle but the bad experience at the Dealer Body Shop makes me know Ill consider checking out an Acura for my next vehicle purchase. Thank you to the entire team at Ed Voyles!

Kelvin and the team did a a great job. This was my first visit but I feel I’ve found a home.I tried to tip the nice attendant that delivered my car after service, washed and waxed, and he said “Sir, you don’t have to do that “, wow!, Who does that? I gave him a $2.00 bill, It was much better than a five or maybe a ten. I said this is a good luck thing, not a tip. He took it smilingly and said, thank you I’ll keep this. Kevin was the Acura rep who helped me with the services I needed. A oil change, fluids checked and a small crack on the windshield. He explained the cost and turn around time for completion. Kevin explained my windshield crack was not a major issue that needed to be fixed right away so he did not pressure me to get it fixed that day. I was very impressed with Kevins knowledge about my windshield and his kindness in answering all my questions. Kevin is a great asset to the Ed Voyles Acura team and he gives you the knowledge you need to make an informed decision about your Acura car problems. Great service from Kevin.
I have always taken my car to Ed Voyles Acura. They always do great work and accommodate my schedule and needs. As my car is a low mileage vehicle they always help advise me on what services may need to be done by date versus mileage.
Had an alignment done as a follow-up to scheduled maintenance that showed it was necessary. Service was performed quickly and Luke discounted it since i had to return for the alignment. I am totally happy with this customer service.
I bought a car from them in 2002 and 19 years later still driving the same MDX.I just brought it in for its free 200,000 mile warranty checkup! It started with an oil change and ended up with that and all new tires too! Got a free car wash with the deal. The whole time I have owned the car I have only had Ed Voyles work on it. They have been excellent in looking out for me and keeping Ole Gray running!

Two stars for the fast oil change. This is the only Acura dealership where they washed my car but didn’t vacuum it (weird cause Al didn’t even mention about wash or vacuum nor did he ask. I had to ask him about it.) Then he mentioned my car was out of alignment and I told him nobody has been able to fix it. Which was even more odd he didn’t even attempt to ask me about it or say hey, maybe we can fix it. Idk. Maybe I’m looking into too much. The service advisor Al said they didn’t have time to fix my sunroof which takes 15 mins. I’ll never come here again. My worse experience at an Acura dealership. I’d rather drive a hour to another dealership then come here.
The entire staff was great and so easy to work with, didn’t feel pushy and were more then willing to help me find the perfect car for me. Charles was incredible and made my experience a 10 out of 10! I traded in my old MDX that i loved for a new one and i didn’t think the new ones could drive better but the new MDX’s are amazing. From all the little details and extra features to the driving and handling, the car is amazing!

I have been an Acura owner since 2015. I have had 2 Acuras--a used 2013 model (2015, purchased from an area dealer) and a new 2020 model (2020, bought at Ed Voyles), and use Ed Voyles for my cars services/maintenance. I had nothing but great experiences with Ed Voyles Acura, both, on the service side and on the sales (used and new car salespeople) side. In my experience, they conduct business in a fair and professional manner. These are great qualities that should come standard in any dealership, but especially in a luxury car dealership.

My second time working with Luke and the team there at Ed Voyles Chamblee. First time was to fix my AC on my 2010 Acura TL, and this time it was to change my timing belt. Both experiences were impeccable. I never had to wait for long. Loaner vehicles were convenient. Luke answered and explained any questions that I had. I will continue to go to them for my cars servicing needs. They also take the initiative to update you as to your cars progress. I dont like unnecessary upselling, I dont like surprises- Ed Voyles does neither here to me. Reliable, friendly, consistent service. Highly recommend.

Al in the service department is very helpful and friendly. I have been a loyal customer since 2016 to this service department for my RDX because of his professionalism and transparency.Update October 2021 - Came in for a tire pressure monitor error on a new RDX I purchased out of state. I was helped by Sam Neitzkem and he treated me fairly, kept me up to date, communicated effectively and was honest. He went above and beyond to check out my vehicle to ensure that everything was in tip-top shape and that the other dealership had performed everything correctly for a CPO. I was very impressed with his thoroughness, especially since I came in on a Saturday 20 minutes before close.

Q was phenomenal! I was greeted nicely, loaner process went smooth, the communication from Q was awesome! This was the first time I received a detailed electronic report showing what needed to be done to my car with prices and the options to decline or request the work. I will continue to have Q service my car. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed or ripped off on bringing my car to a dealership.
I took my car in to my service guy. There were several things that needed to be fixed. He recommend that I get the urgent one fixed first, and the other issues can be done over a period of time. I surely appreciated that, because now I dont feel like he was trying to take advantage of me, because Im a women.
In comparison this meeting was a great turn around. My initial visit didnt appear to inspire me to return but I sent my daughter in on this go round and the services were great and all inclusive. I had an oil change and tires balance and rotated. My vehicle was returned clean and shiny and I truly appreciated that as well, Good job!
Solved an intermittence steering issue, then repaired it that another dealer tried for six months to resolve. It took a very skillful technician to recognize and solved and saved me money I am well pleased.
My salesperson, Bill, talked to me about the new MDX, Atlanta and more while deciding to purchase my leased vehicle. While walking around I stumbled upon what I thought I wouldnt see, a TLX with candy apple red seats and all the tech I could imagine. A real life pinterest photo. While I admired it, Glenn (finance) patiently walked me thru the features and asked Bill to check to see if it was in my favorite Acura color (Grey, like my second TL) and it was. I had to get it and the dynamic duo made it happen! I mean I feel loved in this vehicle, it takes care of me and I will take care of it! Several weeks ago, I visited this dealership for 2 reasons A DRIVESHAFT RECALL AND A DELAY IN SHIFT TRANSITION…..THAT’S IT! While driving out of the dealership I heard a disturbing/knocking noise. I called the service rep while in the parking lot informing him of the sound. I thought it was the recall part (driveshaft) making noise, “settling in,” maybe, I didn’t know. The service rep stated if I continue to hear the noise bring it back on Monday. Monday, I heard the noise, and the car was towed to the dealership. The service representatives stated the sound was coming from the dog bone (motor mount).The noise was not there when I entered the dealership at 8:15 am or prior. Furthermore, I left the dealership with an additional repair that wasn’t needed initially. Second opinion confirmed the exact repair, not the dog bone, but the SWAY BAR LINK—a part adjacent to the driveshaft.Overall, I am extremely disappointed with how the dealership dealt with this matter. I was misinformed of which part needed to be repaired—compromising my safety. I am saddened by this experience; if I trust anyone to repair my car it would be the dealership!
After 20+ years of purchasing and servicing my Acuras at this location customer service has so declined that I will not be returning to this location. I recommend seeking another dealership if at all possible. It seems the pandemic has caused a turning point here. Rather than welcoming the business back and a return to normalcy there is an attitude lacking gratitude for loyal customers

Lee in pre owned is great....Following up on the initial comments, I really like Lee and the dealership all around. Low pressure sales, great product knowledge and inventory. I got a great deal and a super clean certified pre-owned car, its like new but much less expensive!
They are not trustworthy. You will very likely have the same or more problems after their service. If you have to visit this place, I strongly recommend to examine your vehicle throughly on your own after they claim they completed the service. I had to eventually visit another Acura dealer shop to fix the problems. I will never be returning to this place.
Very nice and very detail oriented. I took my Kia there as the Kia place was booked till September. I got an oil change and had a rattle diagnosed. They went above and beyond my expectations! Kevin was very informative with what my next steps need to be!!! Definitely recommend going there!

The reason for bringing my car in was addressed. Various inspections were conducted which revealed potential problems which were also addressed. Thoroughly satisfied with the service I received.
All work was performed satisfactorily (service A, tire rotation, front rotor re-surfacing, rear brake pads R&R, brake fluid R&R). I was a bit surprised with having to purchase snacks from a vending machine. Other dealers Ive used provided snacks at no cost. Compared to todays vehicle maintenance costs, this appears to be a very low cost perk for loyal customers. I have purchased Honda/Acura vehicles since 1985.
Ed Voyles handles appointments just as you would like - prepared and ready to do the work required. Nice waiting room too!

Took my 2000 3.2 in for a recall of the air bag. I have loved this car and took it to Ed Voyles for 10 years of service before switching to a place closer to home. Great Service Experience!I made an appointment on line; got confirmation; recd a reminder of the appointment. I arrived on time; they took my car right in. The service was completed within the estimated time, about 1 1/2 hours. Nice, clean waiting room with TV, snacks & bevs, & lots of magazines!
My experience was awful! I waited nearly 2 hours for concerns ab my USB port for a vehicle I purchased the week before my service visit. I had to text to discover what was the status of my car...only to be told my USB port works fine. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I arrived 16 minutes early to my appt which means that could have been checked immediately! I shouldnt have even been there bc after I complained and asked for a manager then AND ONLY THEN was I told my USB port was not meant to charge, rather the 12 volt port was. Thats something I could have been told OVER THE PHONE!! So, had I not asked for a manager I would have never known that (after my 2 hour wait)! The main reason I even asked for a mgr is because Al McGowan and Mike were smug, sarcastic and rude!!!! Your service is AWFUL and I will not be returning. My sister is on the hunt for a new MDX to trade in her current MDX...she will be going to a different Acura dealership! 0 stars for this place!
Immediately someone walked up to me and asked how they could help me. Free snacks and drinks in the waiting area with TV and magazines. The service is the important part and they excelled in that too.

If you go to this dealership, ask for JEFF KINDEL! We purchased a used car from Ed Voyles last month, and our salesman, Jeff Kindel, was truly extraordinary. My husband drove 3 hours (from the NC mountains) to pick up the vehicle. I was concerned about him having to wait for admin work to be completed at the dealership, because he is not a patient man...you know what Im talking about! Jeff sent us the paper work ahead of time so we could have everything ready to go when my husband arrived. Unfortunately, he still had a long wait after he got there because the guy who processed the paperwork (not Jeff!) was extremely slow. My husband called me, frustrated, in fact, so frustrated that he was ready to drive back to NC in our old vehicle. I called Jeff, and suddenly the paperwork was ready, and my husband drove off happily. We love the car, and we were also very happy with the trade-in price Jeff negotiated for us. Jeff has been readily available to assist with post-purchase procedures as well. Could not be happier with his service!

Everything GOOD while youre doing the process of buying a car. They treat you really good. The agent that helped me with the process even gave me his card to call WHENEVER I had a question. But once you take the car out of the dealer THAT’S ALL. I have call him twice since I buy my car and he always responds my calls with attitude, he speak Spanish and at the moment that I call he acts like he don’t understand me BUT when I was buying my car he undertood every word in spanish right? I hope I finish my lease and never again make a deal with acura because this experience. Please treat the customer right before and after the purchase.
