FOR EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, BETTER ASK FOR DION! My dad and I had been to SEVERAL dealerships, and I’d never drive off the lot with anything!!! My dad always found something wrong with the salesman, BUT NOT DION! I don’t normally get around to writing reviews, but I am moved because of his amazing customer service and product knowledge. Tell me a salesman that you know who still reaches out two years later, just to say happy birthday and it wasn’t AUTOMATED!! He genuinely loves what he does! I recommend you ask for him. He will take great care of you in your search of a new whip! As a matter of a fact, I recommend that you purchase from this dealership specifically because they work very well as a TEAM. If you can impress my dad, it really means something. Thank you and Good luck!

This dealership was awesome!!! the manager Michelle and the young man Leonard who sold me my jeep rolled out the red carpet for me. I have purchased 7 cars in my 56 years of living and have never had such a great time and it was fast. I usually spend all day but it took only a couple of hours and I was driving away in a brand new beautiful jeep!!! I have a friend name Robyn that I referred and she says she’ll be down within the next few weeks!!!

I was able to buy a new car from this dealership. Jamil and Joe was the sales persons I talked to the most while I was there. They was very nice. Really the whole staff there was nice. It was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had at a dealership. I recommend everyone to but a car from this dealership. Worst car buying experience Ive had, i paid for Texas tags and they processed Georgia tags. I asked them to process the paperwork correctly, and since Ive bought my car in April, i still havent gotten tags. They ignore my emails and messages now and its like pulling teeth to get anyone to respond. I do not recommend this dealership at all.Edit: To respond to your message, the fact that it took capital one contacting you guys to get any response is hilarious. Also, you responded here before contacting me on whats going on, youre literally trying to save face rather than deal with the problem. Only proving my point. I informed your tag processing person on the correct address, maybe if your employees were trained and not having to ask customers on how to do their own jobs, youd have a better solution to this rather than typing here. Ill be contacting BBB as well to have a neutral party involved.

I wouldn’t touch this place with a ten foot pole. Everything seems great until after the fact. They work out shady deals that I have witnessed first hand. They do not care for your best interest. They will do anything to make a deal work, even if that means dragging their customers through the mud. “Oh, your upside down in your vehicle? Oh trade it in and we can help you get out of that and put you in a new vehicle!” They won’t tell you that they’ll slap an expensive extended warranty on top of it to make the deal worth it for them and “give you more than what your vehicle is worth.” On top of that, I was told I was receiving six oil changes only to find out that wasn’t true and received a bill for $157 for the service. Landmark made it right by honoring what they had told me. However, I’m still out $157. Moral of the story, do not deal with these people and go elsewhere so you can deal with honest car salesman and an honest finance department. Two deals with these people and two bad experiences.Response to owner: yes, I would like you to honor my oil changes to be used at a different dealership. I was told I could at purchase. This should not be a hassle on me. I do not live close to your dealership. I would prefer not to deal with you guys anyway. I see way too many negative reviews about servicing vehicles at landmark and it’s not a place I care to bring my vehicle to. Write me a check for my six oil changes?

By far the best car buying/trade-in experience ever. My wife and I were in search of a Jeep. When we arrived to the dealership we were approached by Joshua Shaw and the rest is a Cinderella story. He was super awesome with helping us look at the Jeep’s they had available and was able to listen to our wants and needs of the Jeep and was able to be the middle man for the Jeep actually speaking for it as the Jeep had already spoken to us. We weren’t able to make the purchase that day but told Josh that we would come back next week to take it off the lot. Josh didn’t make any promises that the Jeep would be there but gave us his card and told us to reach out if we had any questions! Next week rolls around and I reach out Josh to let him know that we are ready and heading his way…. Don don don!! As I am headed in Josh is letting me know that the Jeep we wanted was gone!! 💔 still we rode up there with hope that we are leaving with a Jeep. Josh then told me that he was out with another client but already told his coworker Angelique that I was coming in and gave her all the information that he and I shared! Another perfect hand off! Angelique was so awesome, she knew her share about Jeep’s as well and was as great as Josh was but those Jeep’s were going like Hot Cakes! Angelique and Josh were able to get my family a brand new Sting Grey one touch 2021 Jeep Wrangler 😍😍😍 we freaking love our Jeep and we are so Grateful to have worked with some great people!

Never bringing my Jeep here again for service again. I got my Jeep in 2015 from the dealership in Morrow but have moved since then. I dont understand how I can bring it in for regular maintenance and get it back with it in worse condition. The 1st time it was a regular tire rotation and alignment. Got it back and the alignment was completely off. They kept telling me it was my tires then told me there alignment machine wasnt working. A few months ago I took it in for a check engine light and speed sensor replacement. I got it back within a week i found out the technician did not put a caliper bolt back and left me stranded to fix myself and mess up my rim. When I took it back to show them they took no initiative or responsibility. I love my Jeep so much but they kept messing it up so Im not going back there Ill just drive to Morrow.

I had the worst experience with an advisor named Dan ! I had an issue witha blow out my truck and had it towed specifically to landmark because I had good experiences in past but over the weekend I can see why one person can make you throw the whole business away. I bought my vehicle brand new and paid extra for upgraded warranty long story short all Dan had to do was call mopar and get authorization for tire but he refused and held my truck for ransom unti I paid 650 dollars in which I did I called mopar and they explained to me how Dan dropped ball and that I am fully covered, but I have to wait 60 days for 650 dollar refund . I am so upset I don’t feel like a valuable customer just a number. This will be my last dodge product ….update!!!!! Coming

Honestly if you’re looking for a new car this is the place to come, Andrew our sales person was very helpful and did everything to get us into the car we wanted. Mike the manager (Anthony Bourdain doppelgänger) went above and beyond to meet our requests. And financing was made easy by Tim, he was very knowledgeable and made us feel like we were in good hands. Overall it was a great experience.

Worst experience ever at the service center. Service techs were extremely unfriendly, I could never talk to anyone when I tried to call to get an update on my car, no one ever called to give me an update, I physically drove to the dealership three times to get an update, after having my car for two weeks they said they didnt have the right tech to complete the job and I need to go somewhere else.I highly do NOT recommend.

As a first time truck buyer I drove every full sized truck on the market and reviewed every financing option.As far as full sized trucks go, none of the others compared to the Ram. The technology package is superior, build quality is superior, the driveability is superior and the financing options are superior.Ask for Jameel Bazile when you call or email, he will totally hook you up. I did run into a small issue regarding the batteries that control the automatic start but the team was able to quickly resolve and get me on the road quick. This place is a complete scam. Highly recommend avoiding at all costs. We dropped our car off and it took 5 days for them to even look at it. When we finally got the pricing back, I did a little research and they were charging more than double what another Jeep dealership would do the work for. I then went to go pickup the car without any work being done and they charged a $154 to just address the problem. The place is an absolute dump on top of it. Don’t bother.

I did not enjoy this experience or service. I was told my car would be done by the end of the day, but it was done three days later. It wouldve been fine if they were upfront with me on how many days it would be in the shop for, but they werent. Additionally, they did not call me to update me on the progress of my car, I had to call them every time. There was no communication or transparency with this service, which was incredibly frustrating. On top of that, when I went to pick it up they decided to leave their garbage in my vehicle. So overall, not an enjoyable experience.

Terrible terrible service! I have had my truck at the service department at Landmark for close to a month. I had to have it towed in while I was out of state. I had tried calling many times with no response for the first week or so. Finally, they said they had diagnosed the issue and were fixing it. Again, very little follow up call/texts not answered. Today, when I was thinking it should be close to done, I found out that the parts are not going to be in for a few more weeks. We are due to move before then. The lack of communication and general unprofessionalism is unbelievable!

Joshua Shaw made the car buying experience one of a kind! Beyond the plus of him taking the time to come in on his off day, he also did not treat this as just a sale; He put me as a customer first and helped me to weigh my options coming out with the best case scenario for me which isn’t always the case with car salesman. He was very knowledgable, every vehicle I had a question on he had an answer to and more. I can only speak for one member of the staff, Joe Scanzano, but I was blown away by his professionalism, class, and kindness through the entire process. This is the Worst, most Unprofessional place I have ever experienced. My daughters car has been at this place for 4 months. Went in for transmission service. I had to call every two weeks to check the status. The tech said they would keep me updated, but I had to keep them updated. They never returned phone calls. After they said they fixed the transmission, they had to go in a take the dash apart to replace a knob. They sent me a picture of the disassembled dash, I guess to show that they were working on it. They again said they would call back when finished. Never got a phone call back, so I called them. They said they are still working on it two weeks later. Two more weeks pass and I get off the plane and go straight to the dealer. I request the Service supervisor, and he comes out with this nonchalant attitude and tells me the Tech who was working on the vehicle was fired. The car has just been sitting and no one attempted to follow up, even the Supervisor. I asked him can he give me an estimate on time of completion. He responds I can not give you an estimate; because he probably didnt know what was going on in his own shop. So, do you only have one tech to work on one car? I saw a lot of guys at work when I observed the bay area. I asked him to give me a phone call once completed. He never did. My daughters mom get a phone call that the car is ready. She gets there and the Service person gives her the keys to go find the car ( WHO THOSE THAT). After searching for the car for minutes, she gets in it and do a test drive. The check engine lights come on and the damn car is doing the same thing it was doing when she brought it in. She had to leave the car again. She get a call almost two weeks later to come pick it up. Again, the service person gives her the keys and she has to go and find the car. As a professional, especially in service, you want to make the customer happy. I never had to deal with a dealership where they make you go look for your car. She gets in the car and this time it doesnt start. They have to jump off the battery and its sputtering. They said it was due to low gas. By the way, when it was dropped off, it had half a tank of gas. The car doesnt make it a mile before she has to bring it back. Now they said they cant look at it until she buys a 245.00 battery. I usually read reviews before I bring my vehicle to a get serviced, but I was out of the country and the mom dropped it off. I asked for the number of The Service manager, which I havent received a call back from yet. They would not give me the number to the General Manager; said he wont be back til next week. I really wonder does the General Manger knows what kind of ship he is running. I will give a honest review about my experience at this location. I had an appt Tuesday to drop my car off at a dodge dealership for service after recommendation from a non-dealership repair shop. I chose this location because it was closest to me. I gave two stars because in person the service reps were welcoming and attentive to my repair needs...I dropped my car off because I knew it was not going be done the same day (no biggie). I called Wed and Thursday multiple times to get in contact with the service reps (usually it is only one point of contact but in this case two people helped me which isnt the norm) and left voice mails. Friday I decided to go back to see what was going on with my car and why I havent heard from anyone. The service rep checked on the status of my car and said it hasnt been seen yet but will be seen today. I respectfully expressive my grievances on the lack of communication which the rep apologized for; afterwards I requested to retrieve my car which was done without issue. Usually people will rant on how horrible a place is when they are inconvenienced which yes, I was inconvenienced--BUT-- this is a very busy location and it is apparent that the service reps AND auto technicians are SWAMPED. It does not excuse the lack of communication but if the manager is reading this review. SHAME on you for overworking your employees. Please hire more service reps and especially auto technicians because they can only do so much. Im not sure if you are cutting back on staff due to the economy etc...but your productivity is being effect greatly due to this intentional oversight. Do better.

I had a wonderful experience at Landmark! Joe and Henry took time to walk through and explain all of the features of the Grand Cherokee and were patient with ALL of my questions. I went in with no intentions on buying that day, but after the top notch experience, I left in a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I am confident in my purchase due to the attention and time that was given to me by the wonderful staff! I was given top dollar for my trade and treated like family! They even gave me a phone charger to borrow when my phone was dying! We were at the dealership after 10pm and the staff never complained!The dealership was neat, clean, organized, and inviting! I would NOT hesitate to buy from Landmark and deal specifically with Joe and Henry again!In addition, the finance manager (whos name has slipped my mind) was kind and helpful and thoroughly explain and answered questions as well as gave me information on how I could save on interest!VERY IMPRESSED with the entire experience!

The service department does good work but the customer service experience is horrible. We came to pick up our car after the oil change service only to explain multiple times that our lease agreement includes oil changes and be given an invoice for 130.00 after the service person Donovan said he “couldn’t find” that information. we brought our information to verify, he disappeared for 20 minutes all to come back with the keys and the receipt to sign because he was able find it. He was not very personable and his jokes weren’t funny he was attempting to cover his rudeness. The customer service experience could be a lot better

I planned on visiting at least 3 dealerships on this day. This was my first and only stop. I know you are supposed to search around and dont buy at the first place you visit, but when I tell you Rev, Hodari Hamilton was not only very professional and good at his job, he made everything so comfortable with purchasing my new Jeep.. From the moment we walked into the dealership to the ending of signing the papers. Everything was a easy process.. I would definitely recommend doing business with Rev. Do not recommend this location for service or parts. Came to pickup my aunts car that was serviced two days ago, no one was found to assist me, two ppl blew me off before a third paged the cashier who had been MIA for over 30mins. Then, after they finally workout someone to help me, they discovered they literally LOST the car key. I waited 90mins all in all just to grab a car that was completed days ago.Im sorry to those here that were helpful, but this is not a place to come for attentive service.

My boyfriend had his new charger broken into so he took it to the dealership so he could get it fixed. Took them over a week, which is fine. But when they called him telling him it’s ready to be picked up he went to get his car And when he got there his new car was parked in the back under a tree where sticks and twigs fell all over it and bird poop all over it. They had no respect for him or his car. Which is very disrespectful! They should’ve respected him and took care of his car. Not give it back to him in horrible condition.

Ive been hearing about the lack luster customer service of dodge over the last couple of years and how its gone down.I hate to say it but everyone here looks and acts like they absolutely hate being there. From the service advisors that take their time, to the service technicians all the way to the sales staff, no ones seems to want to be there or care and it just brings down the feel of the entire dealership. Im in the market for a new vehicle and really have had my heart set on a dodge but after walking in I really am reconsidering.It brings the question of if theyre like that and give off that mood of I dont care how would they treat my vehicle as a customer, you hear horror stories all the time and my visit didnt give me confidence.

I came in for an oil change today at Landmark Atlanta for my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon.. The service consultant, Amy referred to me as “Ching?”. I corrected her and told her, “No, it is Chang”. Then during checkout, while looking at her computer with my account pulled up, she asked is it “Ying or Yang?”.. I called her out and said, “This is the 2nd time. I didn’t say anything the first time. My name isn’t that hard.” Her response was “I’m sorry I didn’t mean anything by it.” If you’re in the service department, either get the name right, learn to read or when in doubt, a “sir” would work..🙄 #LandmarkJeep #LandmarkAtlanta
