Pleasant staff. My car battery was under warranty and they replaced it after proper testing and receipt verification. They have curbside pickup for orders and their staff seems knowledgeable. Y tambien hablan español aqui.

They have a bunch of kids who have no knowledge and customer service skills who work there. Terrible terrible location. Management needs to work on educating their employees and giving them proper customer service training. I went in there and all of them were just congregating in a circle and talking to each other avoiding the customers. Worst service.

The Spanish staff on the mid day shift act like they only want to help the Spanish people. I asked 2 staff members for help finding an item and they only said its on aisles 2. The only person to actually help me was a black guy cause I guess Im black..he tried to help me find the item I was looking for..

They were open on Easter Sunday when other auto stores were closed. The staff were helpful and I was able to swap out my filters in the parking lot.

Due to COVID-19, understandably the employees cant come out to run a check on your Check Engine light but the young lady inside to my surprise offered to let me borrow their device, step outside, and do it myself... Great Customer Service!

They usually have the parts I need but theres usually a line of people waiting for assistance, I have to assume that its probably due to the high volume of customers but Im happy with the service

Needed a portable jump starter. Front desk employee had her mask under her nose. 8 people in the store had no mask. Two coughing. The only portable jump starter i saw (before i ran out holding my breath) had the seal of the box broken but was sold as new merchandise. Don’t go if you don’t want to give grandma Covid

They have the sweetest staff! Genuinely helpful and not trying to push anything on you. As a woman, I feel I can trust them. Thats a big deal where anything auto related is concerned!

Somebody new was working and there seemed to be a lot of confusion as to what they will or will not do. I purchased the battery and then the manager said that they dont install batteries in VW JETTAS. Lots more commotion and then an employee stated that he could install the battery. A few minutes later, he installed it and I was on my way.

Loved the selection but the customer service was like talking to a brick wall....20something zombies....that act like robots.....a friendly reminder call or text on delivery of ordered parts is not at all too much to do.... you guys dont have to be like Walmart ....I hope to see a change later this year...

They Advertise they can check your engine light but the excuse now is covid19, put on a mask and gloves and do what you Advertise.

This store is always busy. Most of the customers tend to know the items they need but a good majority do not, so the return line is always long. Great service when staffing is on par. Phone rings a lot.

Pedro & Carlos were more than helpful. This is the fourth Auto store I went to tonight. Nobody wanted to install a battery in the cold. I was already stranded in the cold for almost 2hrs with 3 kids. I didnt want to go thru that again in the morning before school & work. Other locations claimed they cant go outside after dark or that there were only women there & they dont do battery installs. Pedro was friendly & professional. He installed the battery very quickly to help me get my kids home safely & out of the cold. Carlos helped him to speed up the process & not once did either of these men complain. Would drive the 30 min again if needed for excellent service!

Wow. I thought I was in a nightclub for a second there. Music was blaring. A couple of very young employees working behind the counter. Not once did they ask me if I needed help or if I was looking for anything in particular. Due to the lack of customer skills, not engaging with the customers, and loud music. I just walked out. I wont be back to this location.

I would like to give a three plus positive feedback to Mr. Carlos Rodriguez. He was so nice to find the right break light bulb & replace it in a strong cold wind of today March 5, 2020.

Took a elderly neighbor to get a switch and the employee told her all she needed was the rubber fitting for the switch. Excellent service!!!

The woman here who helped me was very knowledgeable, not only of my specific vehicle needs but of her customers. I have always appreciated Auto Zone and the service and knowledge here was spot on.

My car was a total mess before Chris took over!! He really took the time and effort to get everything right and listened to our every need. He was quick and efficient in changing my battery and ordering us a new alternator. He was friendly and incredibly pleasant to work with. He really made my and my boyfriend’s day better. Definitely will be coming back to this Autozone because of Chris!!

Went to autozone today for windshield wipers, William assisted me right away, he was very friendly and helpful in helping me choose what would work best for my car, and he even put the wipers on for me.

Chris was amazing and helped me change the headlight of my vehicle. He walked me through all of the steps in doing so. Hes very personable and great at his job.

If I could give less I would. Bought a jack and the hydraulic didnt work. Been trying to get my money back for three days and was told each time bring it back because they didnt have enough cash. Took it just this morning and told the same thing about not enough cash bring it later took it back and first the manager on duty was rude and unprofessional, didnt have customer service skill the first. Protocol is just that so why are workers lying and wasting customers time. So not professional and then he gets mad because I snatch my receipt off the merchandise I just bought that was defected and been lied to for three days. Store needs new leadership

Once again AutoZome got me out of a tight jam. On the road with a 27 ft RV and my passenger wheel hub goes bad. AZ has the parts and tools i need to get the job done in half a day. Hilda was excellent in handling all the items I needed.

I called and they said they were open until 10pm. I can at 9:37pm and they didn’t let me in. They’re very unprofessional at this location.

Mr. William and Filberto was very professional and help me when the other auto zone in Brookhaven did not. I needed a battery replacement and the managers was very helpful. I would recommend this store and I will continue to visit this store. Beware of the Brookhaven auto zone. They are lazy

I usually stop to buy deodorant for my car but this time I need help with wipers, they help me, even help me install it for free. Good service every time.

I purchased an alternator and the 2 halves of the case were not aligned properly when it was assembled so my bolt stripped out. It was a big hassle because I was working on my car after store hours on a Sunday night and I had to take off work on Monday to finish the repair. I ended up buying an alternator at NAPA that looks like its better quality and works perfect - even came with a test data slip in the box. Im shopping at NAPA from now on.

This is where I get all my parts got 5 cars all paid for ..old models so you know you have to be a manly man and fix it your SELF...the dealers will well you know the rest..

Visited to have a battery tested and purchase a new one. One of the managers was extremely rude and forced me to wait while he tended to about 6 other customers because he assumed I was not there to spend any money and only wanted to take advantage of the free services (little did he know we were prepared to spend $100+). Horrible customer service. Save yourself the headache and go to a different location where the employees care.

Replaced my cars’s (mercedes) driver side low beam headlight here. I just saved $200 dollars as they charged just headlight price and no labour charges. The guy was really helpful and told me that no need to take out the bumper in order to replace it. I was in and out within 20 mins with new headlight.

The asian guy was very helpful. My upper radiator hose was cracked and he went ahead and helped me. Even though he is not a mechanic, he still tried to take care of me. Store is a little messy but great customer services.

I cant fault them really for not being a 24 hour one so Ill let it slide. But my gosh does the line feel like it moves like molasses there. Each time I go whether theres one or numerous people in front of me it feel like takes forever for nothing sometimes. Not only that but some people just walk up to the counter from outside the line and theyll be served like theyve been patiently waiting. Ugh, I just want to get it and get out. Writing this review it made me drop them a star cause I remembered they ran out of the headlight I wanted that I found out after I waited in line forever. In short, dont be in a hurry here and get the basic stuff, none of the nicer stuff cuz theyll be out of it

Short Asian guy (dont know his name) the one that drives a BMW Z4 always has an attitude when ever I go in. Asked him a simple question about STP Octane booster with MMT and replied why do you need it, thats not going to help your car. Any question you ask, he always answers with an attitude.

This is by far the worse store eeeeeeevvvvvveeeerrrrrr. Dont come here or any other auto zone. They rape you of your pockets. Buy a new part & if it doesnt work 2 days later without usage they wont accept for return even though their receipt says so. And someone hung up in my face. Their rude and disrespectful & Ill never do business with them again. Its also imperative to get someone who speaks English. And the manager DAVE SUCKS!!!

Called ahead to see if they had an item in store, left me on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up on me. So I called back, did the same thing. Completely unprofessional.

A shorter Asian gentleman was supposed to help us change our headlight. First he went back inside to help service other customers, which was fine, he then came out with a bad attitude and claimed he couldnt replace the front light on the car and asked a mother mechanic how much he charged for the service. He said $20 which was rediculous because this is a service autozone was supposed to provide for free. Instead of going to grab another associate who could assist us with the repair he just left. NEVER coming back to this location. Disappointed in the lack of customer service this employee displayed.
