Staff is very dishonest, untrustworthy, and does not mind misleading the costumer if it means making them more money. I brought my Mercedes in after buying a brand new battery from them a few months back because It still wasn’t working. They took a look at the battery and told me I needed to buy a new starter from them, so I did. At this time my battery was actually in backwards and they didn’t tell me. Not long after I had to come back due to issues with my Brand new battery again. Now they are telling me that I have to buy another battery from them full price, because the battery has been in backwards this whole time which drained it faster. They could’ve told me this the first time I had them look at the battery, but chose not to so they could make another sale, knowing that I would come back soon with a dead battery. They are taking no responsibility for this whatsoever. I would not recommend this place.

Most helpful, had the part that I needed at a very fair price . Amazing customer service! Not only downloaded and printed for me information I needed to change the part out with, but also loaned me a flashlight as it was getting dark. I had to call the next day with an additional challenge. Ken patiently talked me through it over the phone There isnt any reason why anyone should not patronize this locally owned established, and knowledgeable business. I know I will not even consider going anywhere else.

The man was very unprofessional. He cut the brake lines on my vehicle, told me they were broken, and then tried to get me to pay for new ones.

They had a part I was searching for online, their price was about the same.

Im not typically one for reviews but I just dont want anyone else to go through what I did. The customer service was by far the worst Ive ever experienced anywhere. The man at the counter made me feel like crap. He wasnt making eye contact with me at all as I was asking questions and seemed as though he hated his job. I felt as though I wasnt being listened to. They came off as very rude and did not seem very concerned about me, the customer, at all.

I went in the parking by accident I was going park to reverse to leave but the angry old white man smacked my window telling me to leave which I was already doing

I have been a hesitant customer (because of the price of the dealerships),however their service is terrible. every time i go in for service the problem is never resolved. ken the owner says he wants to know the problems but never resolve them. (ie.check engine light, convertible top, etc.)too many to list. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM. scratches on my cars and i own 5 mercedes. dirty door and floor carpet is to be expected. parts not put back in place. old parts put on and charged as new.

I moved to Georgia from Kansas two years ago and had been dreading the day I would need to find a new Mercedes repair shop. I knew there would be nothing like my good old family owned mechanic shop I used to go to. To my surprise, I found one that I would say is even better! Couldnt have been happier with the service, pricing, time and friendliness of Ken and Clay. They didnt push any un-needed repairs and worked to find me used parts to save me some extra cash. My first trip there they identified a break like housing problem, exhaust problem, multiple sensor problems and cleared the cluster of lights I had shining on my instrument panel. While I opted out of the exhaust repair (rusted and some brittle metal makes noise when the pipe vibrates) they got me out the door for $250 after tax. Car runs better than I ever remember and it cost as much as Mercedes wanted just to look at it and tell me whats wrong. I usually never leave reviews (unless somebody really makes me upset) so hopefully this is a testament of how much I appreciate The Benz Store. As long as Im in the Atlanta area, I will be a customer.
