I cant believe service could be this bad. My car was supposed to be ready today. I have been calling since this morning to find out when. I left 3 messages. The first time I got through, they told me they would call me back in 10 minutes. 1 hour later I call back. The same lady answered and put me on hold again. Another gentleman picked up to tell me my car is not ready. I told him that I wanted to speak to the original lady that guaranteed me my car would be ready today. After a 20 minute hold, I hung up and tried calling back and they have not answered since. It was incredibly difficult to do my job this week without a car and I planned my whole day around me picking up this car. I am at my office, which is an Uber ride away from the shop with no way home. I live pretty far away. At this point, I just need to know when my car will be ready tomorrow. I have an extremely crazy day. I have no idea how Im gonna go without a car tomorrow. This is just not the way to treat a customer.

Lisa and Taylor are honest and delivered more than great quality of work to pull out a huge dent in my Nissan sedan. Quick, professional and reasonable . While all other places I called were trying to scam me on the phone by saying, they were upfront and honest .

Rip off, have had work done there before. Guy removed the dent paintless for 180. They did a good job getting the dent out. Went back today for an estimate, someone swiped the side of my car in a parking lot, same size dent they wanted $799, then he said he would do it for $499. Are you kidding? to strap a machine to the door and no labor. Lost a customer

They did PDR (paintless dent removal) on my car and I went home satisfied with the job they did. On the fifth day, tiny dents reappeared. I also found out that I could not open the fuel door after they worked on it. It was fine before I brought it to them even when it was scratched and dented.The manager said that the paint was damaged and thats all PDR could do --- so why did they try to fix it in the first place? And of course, they would not admit that they have damaged the lock of the fuel door. They did nothing to fix the damage, and they did not redo the dent in the car, not even a partial refund.I would never recommend Unique Auto Appearance / Dent Wizard to my friends and family.

Seemed friendly and they did my estimate. I came back in after I had finally saved enough money to fix my car and they call the next day saying someone did my estimate wrong and it was going to be another thousand dollars! Very upsetting and did not appreciate the inconvenience. Would not recommend.
