As with most dealerships, the prices are high, but the staff is courteous, friendly, and professional.Their waiting are while youre having your car serviced is clean, well-lit and comfortable. You can work there and wifi is available as are a variety of complimentary hot drinks.High marks.

This is my second visit to this collision center and though the service is good and the staff is courteous, I feel customers wait too much in order to see the person that will review your vehicle for an estimate; and I am talking about the 1st hour of business.

The drop off was polite, efficient, and easy.With such a small office I wish they would space out their drop-offs just a little bit more because of covid-19 but aside from that it was a very good experience.Hopefully the repair will be just as good! 😉

The staff is great! Huge thanks to Jesse. My car went in with major hail damage and collision damage from a gate coming down on it. The car came back looking like new only the side-view mirror no longer moved so I had to bring it back again to be repaired. This is the only reason I have rated 4/5 stars as the problem should have been reviewed prior to me coming to retrieve my car the 1st time. And the car was kind of dirty at the 2nd pickup. But as I said, the damage to my car was extensive though and I am happy with the final results.

We have bought several cars from Curry Honda and have received service from their Service and Collision Centers in the past as well. We brought in our car for bodywork today, and their front desk customer service staff had such a poor attitude and spoke to us in such a rude manner that were going elsewhere to get our work done. For the premium prices they charge, they couldve hired employees with better attitudes. Its not worth it for us to use them when we feel so uncomfortable asking for help. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

Grill and bumper replaced but not professionally done. Do not go here. I had minor accident. hit deer lightly. My car problem oil leaking from valve cover and smell fuel from somewhere under the hood after I have service from this place. I carefully checked was ok before I took my car here.

The staff was not professional, car was dirty when picked up, had another fender bender a month after my first one, went to Acura across the street, like night and day, work was actually cheaper, they listened, and they detailed my car, I recommend taking your Honda to Acura, you wont be disappointed. also, on my second accident went to Honda first, they were gonna buff my trunk, i wanted it painted, they wouldnt listen, went to Acura not only did they paint my trunk, they were alot cheaper, and my car was detailed, OMG

This was a great shop to work with after being in an accident, even considering a few hiccups when parts didnt ship how they were supposed to. The ladies who ran the customer service department were wonderful, and Crystal in particular was especially helpful through the whole process. Even tho I live 2 hours outside Atlanta, I plan to come back for service in the future because they handled everything so well.

I had the misfortune of two accidents in two months (a deer + a hit & run). I worked with Crystal both times, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! She communicated clearly & frequently. She also clearly valued ensuring my car was fully repaired. Everyone I spoke to was exceptionally professional.I was honestly worried about using the Curry Honda Collision Center at first, since I had an awful experience with their sales department. I am glad I gave the Collision Center a chance, since Ive had such an excellent experience.
