I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Lorenzo was amazing and he communicated properly with me. He informed of everything that was going on. The customer service was great. I was already having a stressful week but they made it so much better. Be kind to people because you never know what they are going through and having to deal with car issues just make things worst.
Literally the worst customer service experience of my life. They repeatedly lied to me multiple times about when my car would be finished. About a week has turned into over two, with no end in sight. Seven days ago they told me that the car was repaired and just waiting in line to be painted; today, I went there in person (because their phone system was broken) and saw my car sitting out front with a layer of dust and grime -- as if its not been touched in forever -- with the bumper completely missing -- not repaired at all. The general manager came to talk to me -- his opening statement: So I hear youre angry. As if my justifiable anger is the problem. He proceeded along the same avenue -- defensive, cold, no contrition, no empathy, no humility. As if I were overreacting to the situation. As I told him -- having to wait a little longer for my car wouldnt have been a big deal -- I know shops are shorthanded and doing the best they can; but you blew it when you lied to me (repeatedly) because now I cant trust you at all. Its a very sad thing to see people work with such a staggering lack of integrity and respect.
I tried to use this shop for a re-repair that I needed done. They were completely incompetent and wouldnt put in the claim for my car to be fixed to my insurance. I have had to call and go to the shop multiple times and every time I get another answer on whether the claim is good and I could drop my car off. It has been almost 2 months since I started the process with them so please do not waste your time as they clearly do not care if your car fixed for you or not.
We just came in to clean my sons car out and I think Chelsea was her name she was the blonde lady at the desk well both ladies were very personable and nice very informative with what was going on with his car. Oh and also when my son called the mechanic was also very nice concerned and helpful.. He had a white VW that was in a wreck. Everyone there that we had conversations with were awesome.. Thank you so very much.
Ezzy breezy. That was my experience at Classic Collision. Optimum customer service Brought my car in on Friday morning, process took 30 minutes, retrieved car on Monday, process took 15 minutes AND to top that, I didnt recognize my car at first and told rep that it WASNT my car. Thats because they had detailed it so well that it looked brand new! And the repair was flawless. 😁

I was supposed to pick my vehicle up after 10 days but that turned into 3 weeks and I am still waiting with no communication of what the delay was about. Along with the lack of response when contacted about my vehicle.I strongly don’t recommend this kind of business who doesn’t care about there customers at all!

Of all the Claassic Collisions I have interacted with this one is the absolute worst. The staff and especially Lorenzo were the most inept, incompetent, uncaring and generators of falsehoods rivaling 2020 DC. I was never informed or kept up to date as to my cars status, the fact that the vehicle repair is almost 3 weeks late after a promise 15 day repair. Instead of attempting to give me timely updates all I heard was excuses. I was told Lorenzo would call me twice he never did. I can understand Covid related issues etc., but if it and/or anything is affecting the timeliness of my repair I should know. They completely ignored me and DID NOT live up to one iota of the service agreement, intentionally misled me, never called or provided any data regarding my vehicle online. In spite of my decent relationships with the Classic in Marietta, I will never use Classic Chamlee or never would I recommend this location, total lack of professionalism and insensitivity to the need of customers.

Had someone run into the back of me, their insurance sent me to this place, I was hesitant because I was afraid they worked hand and hand together and might not be A1, boy was I wrong! Lorenzo went above and beyond to keep me updated on the work done and Joe has followed up multiple times to make sure Gieco sent my reimbursement for a part they were unable to or due to a shortage on Toyota part... overall very satisfied and would definitely return based on this experience.

I have been a customer of Classic Collision Chamblee for few years now, fixed 3 cars there and my last one I had major issues with the repair, the paint job was good but the bumper fitting was really off, to make story short I was very unsatisfied with the work and my adjuster just didn’t care about my concerns and thought I was just being picky and said the insurance company won’t pay for a different fit and threat me to charge me storage fees if I didn’t get the vehicle now. I then contacted the general manager of the store Marc Bishop, and let me tell you, he turned me from a costumer that will never be there again, to a loyal customer and will definitely be back. After I contacted the general manager Marc knowing that I am not getting anywhere with the store adjuster and I wasn’t going to pick up repair that I am not totally happy with it, he inspected the vehicle and told me to come back in one hour and he will take care of everything and make things right, and if it didn’t work, he will contact the Insurance company again to request a better fitting bumper and repaint it with no additional charge (which is the employee wanted to charge me again for it). Then he called me back stating he replaced a bracket and did few things that made things the way it should be. I take the time to give him two thumbs up for taking leadership in its best forms, turning a never coming back customer to a fully satisfied customer that will always be back. Thanks Marc.

After reading the reviews I was Skeptical about bringing my Lexus IS 250, I called about a quote, I brought it in My insurance company approved the claim, it was done In a timely manner, BUT the customer service I received was the best part (actually my shiny car was the first thing ) made my car look brand new again, I appreciated being informed thru the whole process, I never want to see them again ( DO to a car reck ) But if i ever need body work done Again I would go back .I recommend them highly 🙏🏾
This place is shady, beware. They charged the other partys insurance for replacement of my damaged rear bumper but they never replaced it. They touched it up and called it a day. A few weeks later my bumper felt of out alignment because of the accident, they couldnt do anything about it. If you want a fair honest repair shop, this is not the one.If someone wants to file insurance fraud against them, I am more than happy to provide paperwork and photos.
Ive used the Chamblee location for several repairs over the years (at least 3 repairs). The team was very customer oriented and Aline kept me updated ever step of the way. I received several updates/statuses verbally and via email. I am also pleased with the final product. Customer service is a B I G deal to me. I would definitely recommend Classic Collision Chamblee to my friends and family.
After an accident it was suggested that I have my vehicle towed here. I am glad I listened. They were thorough when providing the estimate for the required work. They informed me AND the adjuster when there were changes or updates for service. Chelsea provided me with regular updates of the progress, and was pretty close in her estimation of the work being completed. That was great for rental car purposes. All and all, I had a great experience with Classic Collision and would highly recommend them.
Had a great experience with Jackie. He had my car completed on time and even dropped it off to my apartment. In addition to re-painting the part included in my quote, they went above and beyond by buffing out another scratch on my car free of charge. Classic Collision of Chamblee provides a professional experience and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an auto body shop. Note - pricing was very reasonable after some negotiation :)
This is a great store for repair with very reasonable price, with quality of a dealership but the price significantly lower. They have done a great job irrespective of the size of repairs. The staff is very professional and almost everyone I came across went out of their way to help me. The front desk took my messages and communicated with my service advisor when I was traveling abroad, my service advisor welsley would give me updates even when he was on lunch break, keep me up to date on each step of the repair, my service advisor Jose helped me store my car at the shop for no charge as I was traveling and couldnt pick it up for a few weeks. I would try my best to avoid any repairs that would want me to visit body shop, but Im sure that for all my family and friends, I would insist checking this place first.

Unacceptable ServiceWe took our Lexus here for a simple bumper replacement. We used Classic Collision because the Lexus dealership recommended them. Our insurance adjuster inspected the bumper and approved the cost for the repairs. Classic Collision told us the repairs would cost more than twice as much as the insurance adjuster approved.The service tech at Classic Collision said that he couldnt fix the car if the total amount wasnt approved for the repairs. We told him that he could tape the bumper back up if he couldnt fix the car and we would take the car somewhere else.The insurance company approved more money for the repairs, but not the full amount that Classic Collision quoted. Classic collision started repairs on the car. When we picked up the car, the bumper was not fixed properly and there was damage on the backside of the car that wasnt there when we dropped it off.The service tech said he didnt want to deliver the car this way and that this was the best repair he could do with the money the insurance gave him. If they knew they couldnt fully repair the car with the money the insurance provided, they never should have worked on the car.Avoid this place and please do not take your car here. The customer service is horrible and the quality of work is unacceptable.
I just got my car back after being rear-ended and I am so happy with the work they did. They were really efficient in getting my car in and me into a rental, they called me to discuss what they found, and they were quick. Their prices seem very reasonable. Everyone that I encountered there was friendly and honest. I will be taking my car there from now on.

Shady company...I went to Classic Collision of Chamblee on a recommendation from the Ford Dealership up the street. The repair was fine, but the story takes a turn when payment was made.I was hit from behind and got an estimate from Classic for $1,350. I had to run this repair through my uninsured motorist with my insurance co because the girl wasnt covered under the car owners insurance. The repair was made and when I went to pick up my vehicle, the salesman told me I owed the whole $1,350. I thought it was strange because my insurance company only sent me a check for $850. Begrudgingly I paid so I could get my vehicle and I called my insurance company. They informed me that I was overcharged as they had been in contact with Classic and negotiated a price of about $1,100 (less my $250 deductible and my check is $850). So that makes sense.I informed the salesman multiple times over a month and nothing was done. I decided to go see the General Manager. I showed him the paperwork proving my case. He said for some reason the salesman didnt run it through the insurance on their paperwork and that was the miscommunication. He agreed that I was correct and sent the paperwork to corporate to issue me a check.Another month passes and I send the GM an email to find out what is going on. He says he will check, yet I hear nothing. A couple of weeks later I send another email to the GM, no response. I guess I will have to pay him another visit in person. They owe me a little over $250. It doesnt seem like you would be willing to lose a customer and any recommendations that person could make over $250, but I guess Classic doesnt really care about their customers. It is sad that this is the way they choose to operate.I would stay away from this place. There are lots of bad reviews and I shouldve paid more attention to them.
Grant provided excellent service. He was able to overcome the issue with removing the Stone X by working with Nate from Stone X to get the proper tools for stripping the stone x and then working with Nate to apply the proper technique to remove it. It was quite difficult to remove but the final result was wonderful! Thanks to Grant and his team for doing such a fine job of fixing the front bumper, front left panel, and for removing the yellowing on the headlamps on my Lexus. Great job! As I indicated to Grant, I always recommend you all to folks that I know.
Excellent job! Saved me $1000 then going to the dealership. I was constantly updated on the progress of my car. They guarantee their work for the life of the car as long as you own it.
I took my car here after an accident. Classic Collision did a great job of repairing my Mustang. Geico dragged their feet and it took much longer than neccessary to authorize repairs, but that wasnt Classic Collisions fault (the person that hit me had Geico). I would use Classed Collision at this location without reservation. As for insurance companies Ill stick with State Farm.

This was my first time taking my car to your shop and I must say how pleased I am with your entire staff and the repair work itself, Keith and the receptionist was great from start to finish they were acted professionally, I was looking for something to be grumpy about as I often hear about repair garage shops and to my surprise at the end of the day I could not find one simple thing to be grumpy about.I hope there will be no more accidents soon for me but if I should ever find myself in such a position I will definitely come and see you guys. Highly recommended!!! I was in a minor collision and needed my car fixed. I was on a time crunch since I was moving across the country a few days later. Horrible. Classic Collision called me on a Friday and set up an Appointment for me to bring my car in the following Tuesday to be repaired. It was an insurance claim repair. I leave work to drop the car off, an employee comes out, looks at the car to assess the damage and then tells me, we cant take your car in for another month, we are at capacity. He was unapologetic claiming he didnt who set up the appointment because it was Classic Collision who called and set up the appointment after the insurance company made the referral. Bad Business to schedule an Appointment and then when customer arrives for appointment, you claim you cant service the vehicle.

Unimpressed. Took my vehicle here for a front end collision, and it took forever to get any sort of communication. I was constantly told I would get a call for updates on my vehicle and I never did. I had to call them to get the update. Their customer service is awful. I was put on hold multiple times and would say I could get a call back and never did, I even got hung up on too. They were inconsistent on the days on the day I could pick up my vehicle. They told me one day, but kept pushing it back. I would have them told me a later date, rather than the earliest possible time it could have been finished. (and of course I didnt find out about the dates being pushed back until I called them)When I FINALLY got my vehicle back, it was disgusting. There was grease stains all over my steering wheel, gunk all over my windows and the inside of my doors, and crap all over the rubber parts of my window.My vehicle ended up not being fixed properly, and Honda ended up fixing it.Nope, I wont be suggesting this place to anyone.
Took quite a bit longer than they said it would. They contacted the rental car company to tell them it was ready before it was, and before they called me. We called several times to get updates and received no calls back. When I finally got in touch with them, I got excuses and was told that, coincidentally, it was ready the day I called. But it wasnt...ended up being the next day. So now I have to battle someone elses insurance company so I dont have to pay for four days of a rental car because of a mistake they made. All in all pretty unprofessional.
I have waited a LONG time before writing this, but its time. I got in a car accident in DECEMBER 2017. My car was towed to Classic Collision of Chamblee and was originally estimated at a 3-4 week repair time. I will skip thru the boring details of telling you all the back and forth involved but I finally got my car back in MARCH 2018! Granted, my vehicle had a lot of damage but a realistic timeframe would have been appreciated.Make a long story short, I finally had a face to face with Mark Bishop, another manager (don’t remember his name because he never gave me a card) and Beau (the only person who actually returned my calls and tried to keep me in the loop) and they promised to have Enterprise refund the rental car charges to me within the next week as it would be faster than getting a check cut to me internally, that could take 2-3 weeks. That meeting was March 6---it is April 23 and I still don’t have the check in my possession.We spoke a month ago and was told they would just cut me the check because Enterprise already closed out my account and couldn’t make the refund on their behalf. This was only after I had to follow-up a few times to tell them I still hadn’t received it—not them following up with me knowing the situation. At the end of the day, their customer service and lack of follow-up is the issue. I have called another 2-3 times from last week til today with no response still and this is probably the only way I will get an answer. I was insanely patient with not having my car for 3 months but the customer service SUCKS. I know every experience is different, but this is mine.
Absolutely, the worst place to take your vehicle for repairs. From the day they received my car (4 months ago) up until now, the whole experience has been nothing but a nightmare. Not to mention 4 months later, and I still have not received my car back. It seems like every time I call to inquire about the status or someone calls to inform me, there is some kind of excuse as to why it is not finished. Along with the headache of dealing with the repairs caused by the accident, Ive been having to deal with Classic Collision repairing excessive damages that they have made to my vehicle. Classic Collision even told my insurance company that the repairs were finished but guess what, Im still sitting here four months later without my car. I was asked to remove a review that I posted before, and I did due to feeling sorry for the individual who made the request. This one will not be removed. Please think twice when considering this shop for your repairs. I wish I would have.
Worst experience went in first with Geico to get a quote estimate and decided cause we had no where else to go to get the work done with them. They had us fill out two sheets a paper for if we want updates. Never got any updates and a week and a half later and I had to call to get information about the car. The work for the car was estimated to be 4 days. Turns out there was extra damage and they did not contact us about it. I went the next day after I called about the car cause I was left confused and just got two men who didnt know what to say. One who kept laughing and smiling and the other who kept staring. When asked about the updates one told me I work in the back that has nothing to do with me and the other just smiled and laughed. There is a huge lack of communication within this company and lack of customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he was in a meeting so I asked to speak to the next best thing and said there wasnt anyone. I hope this company can work on their communication and customer service skills.

Great job repair the body damage to me car
I brought my car in because of an accident that my insurance was paying for. They took way longer than quoted and I thought everything looked great, except the accord logo on my car mysteriously ended up in my cup holder. When I know I left it on the car where it has always been. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else these people are shady.
The service was fast with great communication, and the final product was perfect. Will definitely use the Chamblee location with Chelsea Harmon again.

The absolute worst. My truck was stolen in October and they have had it since early November to do minor repairs. Originally they said it would take 10 days to get my truck back. It is now three months I still do not have my car, they have damaged it just as much as the people who stole it with their shotty repairs and nobody ever wants to update me or call me back or respond to my texts.
Extremely disappointed with this shop. Woeful and utter failure to communicate and manage my expectations. Completely wasted my time and everyone elses time.I am an out-of-town car buyer and went to great lengths to coordinate getting a car that I wanted to purchase inspected at a local dealer and then transported to this body shop to also have it inspected. I called on a Friday and spoke to a receptionist about this inspection taking place on the following Monday. She placed me on hold, went and spoke to a manager and then came back and stated that they would be happy to assist me, even quoting me the exact price. I offered to pay right then, but was told we could take care of it on Monday when the car came to them.On Monday morning, I reconfirmed the logistics with the local dealer and a general mechanic, who was also doing a full (non body shop) inspection. To confirm everything on Monday morning, I again called Classic Collision and this time a different receptionist answered. She had no clue what I was trying to do. I reiterated that I wanted to make sure the car wouldnt be turned away for non-payment, and therefore, offered again to pay in advance. This receptionist told me that Ken--or Brian, the GM, would call me back. Around noon, I called Classic again and was told that Ken was on the floor, but that Ken or Brian would most certainly call me back. No one from Classic Collision ever called me back.Everyone did their part--except Classic Collision. The dealers runner took the car to the first mechanic. I received a call from the first mechanic and obtained the results of the inspection and paid for this over the phone. The runner then went to Classic Collision and waited for over an hour before being told that they had no clue what the car was doing there and they were concerned they werent going to get paid. Thus, the runner took the car back to the dealer.I called several times that afternoon trying to get an update and finally learned from the dealer that the runner had been turned away. By this time it was after 4:00pm on Monday afternoon.Shameful. On top of that, Ken nor Brian ever called to apologize. An apology would have likely caused me to halt before making this negative review; however, that never occurred.

Work is mediocre. Service not worth one star. I am having an issue with an unpaid balance from enterprise that classic was supposed to pay, over a year ago! Long story short, I have recently spent over $400 on uber and missed several days of work due their negligence despite being told by Mark (manager) that he would resolve the issue and he’s done NOTHING. I can’t even get a call back from anyone at the shop at this point. Blown away by the lack of respect they’ve shown.

I had a horrible experience with Jackie at Classic Collision and the rude front desk receptionist Saleena or Selica. After being in a car accident and dealing with terrible insurance company, yesterday’s ordeal at Classic Collision was totally unacceptable! I wouldn’t advise anyone to go there. Jackie knows exactly what he did and he needs to be truthful to customers at all times. The receptionist acted as though I was calling her private cell and noticeably acted bothered by the calls. Lady you are a receptionist at a company that tells their customers they will get updates daily which they did not do. If you can’t handle your self in this role, you need to find something else to do with your time.

If you are considering bringing your car here for repairs, stop now. I did a good amount of research considering my insurance companies preferred repair shop list and decided on this shop and it was a terrible mistake. The customer service is absolutely horrendous, no updates along the process and rude staff. Upon inspecting the finished product of their repair work, there were numerous blatantly obvious defects and just really poor workmanship. Car was returned dirty, poorly and lazily painted, parts installed totally incorrectly, damage was missed and not repaired, additional scratches on the car, etc. It was painfully obvious that they took the cheapest and laziest path in repairing the vehicle which is obviously not what you want. Took the car in to another shop afterwards and they were appalled at the work done on it. I really hope Esurance reconsiders who they have as their preferred shops and does quality checks from time to time to make sure these shops are staying up to par because frankly it is embarrassing to endorse work this poor.

Very poor customer service from the start. I had to wait to long for help so ended up going to someone else.
We took our car to the Buford HWY location at the end of 2015. The communication was horrible, except for the female who was answering the phone. She went above and beyond to get someone to help us and take this seriously. We never received returned phone calls from the manager. When we arrived they all ignored us and then one rep walked us to the car and explained it was being totaled out, which didnt make any sense considering the repair - a simple radiator support replacement - was completed. We found the vehicle to be neglected with a window down and standing water in the console. In our opinion this explains why the body shop recommended that Geico total it, because they perhaps knew of the water damage. Geico decided not to total the vehicle after we called them. The shop paid to have a non-working vehicle towed to our home. As of now and for the past several months about 25% of the electronics of the vehicle work. When we transferred possession 100% of all electronics worked. In fact, it was driven onto the wrecker. There is an overwhelming smell of mold and mildew. This is an extra car for us and we are just now getting to the point of dealing with this. We will be sending the shop a certified letter requesting the repair of all damage due to their negligence. This car was purchased less than a year prior to the wreck and was in excellent condition, even carrying the CarMax Quality Certification. I hope that the shop restores this car to the condition in which they received it in with all electronics/instruments working. If not, then we plan to file suit for our loss due to the shops negligence . There is so much more I can say about this shop, but I will chose not to as of now.

The customer service was questionable at first, thinking I would be ok because I was referred by a Lexus dealership, my car was in good hands. Thats where it all went wrong! I hoped for good customer service, actually when I pay, I expect decent customer service just like the vendor wants to be paid! Well I paid as expected for horrible service, lack of follow-up, dirty car, excess parts not for my car left in my car, more damage to my vehicle than the original accident caused, poor attention to detail, spilled paint on my headlights, trunk not put together (lights hanging off, carpet not put back down), strips around doors not put together right, over spray, scratched tint and more... I could go on... so this was my first experience so I calmed down and went back for correction... the new general manager seemed to be very concerned as a new leader, he was very attentive to my situation and vowed to get it correct... Now, they (Classic Collisions front office team) lost my key fob to my push button Lexus and they couldnt start on my vehicle in a timely manner and never bothered to follow up with me that key was lost and new keys had to be made. I know I gave the key to the lady in the front who rarely pays attention to detail. When I call back, everyone including Patrick wants to be hands off and no one truly helps me with the situation of not having my car and Patrick was the first person to cause the customer service poor rating, he didnt handle my car properly the first time, so I would hope that he would pay more attention this time around. NO!!! Then I am told my car would be ready Thursday a week and a day later from bringing it in, only to be told my car wont be ready until Friday. This has been the ABSOLUTE worse experience in my natural life of owning a car and dealing with incompetent people who dont value customer service for 100% of their customers! I would never recommend someone given my experiences. I would not wish this on anyone. The new general manager needs to consider the team and if they want to be there. With this performance I would not think you will be successful as a shop general manager. (Only get business of past reputation and not current performance) I hope the best for your future clients but for me you FAILED ME MISERABLY AND COST ME MORE MONEY when it was not my fault! Shame on your business and leadership!
This was my first time taking my car to your shop and I must say how pleased I am with your entire staff and the repair work itself, Keith and the receptionist was great from start to finish they were acted professionally, I was looking for something to be grumpy about as I often hear about repair garage shops and to my surprise at the end of the day I could not find one simple thing to be grumpy about.

Had very bad experience there. Wouldnt recommend any one to do there. I took my car there to get fixed and ending up having problems that I didnt have before the accident. There excuse was that the parts are worn out.

Miscommunication to my car repair. Keep changing the completion date 3 times but don’t notify until I contact them. I’m so disappointed.

Vehicle was promised to be done in 5 business days. It took 8 and the cost went up by 20%.
Asked to make an appointment to get interior doorknob quote. Lady at desk said to come on in. I arrived and was told the guy was gone to lunch, I would need to come back in an hour... this is why I asked for an appointment.
