Went to the Budget Auto Painting for a front bumper damage, even though they are not the cheapest, but they would able to provide an estimate very quick and also seems to be customer orientated.2 weeks after I received my quote, I called and make the plan. However, I was told that the price of the parts went up, and seems like the part number on the original quote was wrong. So I went online, and look up the part#, and found that it was a mistake on the original quote, so I had no problem still make the plan to have my car fixed at their facility.It was a minor damage, so only took them 3 days, and the car was ready as promised. Before I picked up my vehicle, I was told that my vehicle would need a ADAS calibration since the front bumper and sensor were disassembled during the repair process, which was a surprise but not too surprise (I was expecting it before the repair, but hoping they can just clear the code). James told me it would be $200 if they have someone over the over to get it calibrated, but I opt out the offer, and took it the a dealership because I wanted to make sure no other system error would pop-up and the calibration would be done smoothly before went on my road trip with the vehicle. After dropping off my vehicle at the dealership, I got a call the next day and was told that the sensor was not connected properly, therefore, they were not able to calibrate the system without taking the bumper off, which would cost my $400. I was very upset at the moment, and told the dealership not to proceed, because I think the collision shop should take care of it. I called James and was prepared to go thought a long process until they would fix it right, and possibly cancelling my road trip. However, James did not even hesitate and told me to bring the vehicle back, and agreed to first reinstall the bumper and all connectors and also have the calibration done at his expense. The vehicle was fixed and done within 2 days, and I picked up my vehicle few days before Christmas.My vehicle looks good as new and I had no system issue after driving 2000 miles on my road trip.In the end, I was very glad they owned up the mistake, without the need for me put up a fight. I appreciate their honesty, and would definitely recommend this shop to my friends.

Took my Toyota Prius C in for a quote. James gave me a detailed quote and the next day I dropped it off. They did exactly what I asked for and when I picked it there were no extra charges. They do good work and the car was ready as estimated. James was recommended by my favorite tire place and I wasnt disappointed. I had other quotes but they seemed pretty clueless and inexperienced. I know these shops can do good work but the public facing side of the business is lacking. I will get more work done at Budget on the future.

Great guys, great customer service, very knowledgeable professionals.

First they lied and said they do all of Dodge body work.They kept my truck almost 4 months .it had power seats back up camera,and they stripped it and put manual seats in a tire to small and took it to more than 5 places to pull the frame out because it got T-Bone on the driver side.They claimed they would fix it but I didnt never get a call back.They even stole my motors under the seats to make them operate.its been a yr. and a half and nothing has been done about it.I dont know who can make Budget compensate me for all the hell i been through

They handled a collision repair for me. They did a lot more than just paint too. The repair took a while, but the problem was with the insurance (not mine). Allstate was awful! I politely asked for communication as to when the talks with the insc were complete, and the staff actually called me like they said they would. Communication is always a plus! The work was quality. They even pointed out some corners that were cut during a previous repair. They corrected those issues too. Theyre open till 6 and on Saturdays, so I didnt lose any work time to drop off or pick up my car. They were recommended to me and Im doing the same!

Upon entering it looks nice! You can see the men working on cars through a big glass window. However, we were definitely pre-judged and offered no help even though We were instructed to bring the car by the day before...which was paid for by tow for absolutely no reason. Very unprofessional. But the woman in the front was very pleasant. Made up for the lack of care and prejudged attitude we were met with by a man named Mickey.So be careful before you chose this place. Very unfortunate because they were recommended to us.

Amazing job one of the best auto repair and body shop in the area

They quoted me a very over priced estimate, but little did he know I have insurance knowledge. A little dent on my fender should not cost over 1000 to replace. The fender is only $284 but The body labor, paint labor & paint supplies cost $800 how is that twice the price of a RT fender. When your a female they think you know nothing about cars, I received an estimate for half the price at another location. People don’t have money to waste on overpriced car repairs. Do your research before you end up paying more than you should.

I went in for an estimate on a nick on my bumper, and instead of getting a huge bill the owner took one look at it, got some special cleaning solution and washed the paint stain right off and charged me nothing! If I ever need help again Ill go here for sure, clearly honest folks running the business.

My car was taken here from Stone Mountain Toyota Dealership. I was in a minor accident the week after purchasing my car. My car was in this shop for 25 days. For the quality I received I would not recommend this shop.

These people told me 600$ to paint my calipers and I told them they didnt even have to take them off the car, I told them I had a 2013 grandsport vette and they were like o yeah 600$
