Very personable and professional place. The whole staff was extremely kind, but Andrew Ko deserves some additional praise. He wrangled the liable insurance adjuster for OEM Japanese part(when used parts were estimated for) and made sure they paid for the job to be done RIGHT. He ensured that my vehicle would be ready before my vacation and even stayed late on a FRIDAY so I could pick my vehicle up. Oh, and he also picked me up from the Enterprise rental spot and drove me to my car. It’s so rare to find a place that understands the uncertainties of day to day living, and when I do, I very much appreciate them and sing their praises. Oh, and the work was top notch! If you have body work that needs doing, check this spot out! You won’t regret it!

I have to say, I didnt expect the service that I received from Carlos at Certified Collision Repair. My repairs were done very quickly (1 week), and they went the extra mile with washing and waxing my truck, cleaning my wheels, and cleaning out the bed of my truck. I will definitely use them in the future. Thank you!

This photo is a comparison before and after the repair of the engine hood. Due to the improper repair method, the hole position in the micro-recess of the cover hole is completely damaged, and the paint process is the worst I have ever seen, and the service staff will only constantly pass the buck.

CHEERS TO ANOTHER EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE THESE GUYS GREAT! I had my door repaired and the process was so easy. Carlos is always incredibly kind and stays on top of keeping customers updated. I dropped off my car on Wednesday and let Carlos know that I was heading out of town for vacation on Thursday so I would be leaving my car over the weekend and picking it up on Monday. Carlos left me a voicemail on Friday letting me know that my car was repaired and ready for pick up once I got back on Monday. These guys are so easy to work with and hands down the best experience Ive had in Atlanta.

I recently had took my car to Certified Collision Repair to have hit and run damages repaid on my car. I took my car to Certified Collision Repair 5 year ago, after being rear ended by another driver. They did an excellent job and were so easy to work with.After my car was hit and ran, I knew I wanted to take it back to Certified Collision Repair. Ive had not only one, but TWO, amazing experiences using this repair shop. The staff is always friendly and pleasant to work with. I scheduled an appointment for the rental company to pick me up from the repair shop, but the rental company never showed. The owner happily dropped me off at the rental company that was a couple of miles down the road. It can be a nightmare to work with an insurance company and ensure you receive the correct value for the damages needed to be repaired. Carlos, the office manager, worked directly with my insurance company to ensure that the damages were fixed and covered with my insurance company. It was such a relief and one less thing I had to worry about. When I picked my car up last week, IT LOOKED AMAZING. These guys always do a great job and are so easy to work with. They really go above and beyond.

I had very nice experience with this people the service was provided on the spot while I was talking to owner. From 10 -15 minute of conversation, I got impression of frank professional who was not thinking just to get my money, but to build up a long time relationship with “walk in client” …He did not charge me a penny, considering the job to be too small, which was an evidence not just decency, but honesty also.

We sent our SUV in for repairs from a collision with 2 deer. There was damage to the front and driver side of the car. Certified Collision got the repairs done very quickly! This was the first insurance claim I’ve ever had to file, first time I’ve ever had to take a car to a body shop. I’m really glad I chose Certified Collision to take care of this for me. They handled the process for me, making it incredibly easy and as stress-free as it could possibly be. I dropped it off with them, they called me a few days later and said it was ready. The car is 12 years old and I swear it looks like it’s never seen pavement before!Since this was so easy and they did such a great job I left our other car with them to help me out with peeling paint. I was hoping after two months of the Insurance company take so long to respond with a check on repairs on my can that the shop would not lied to me about the full amount in pays outs. Sucks was hoping to see a little bit of money saving.
