Came by here today for an estimate for a repair job to the front fender of my BMW and some internal work. Catherine was extremely nice and helpful, and even cleaned off the front of the car where there was paint rash at no charge. She was very knowledgeable about what could be fixed and replaced, and sent me an estimate right away by email and let me know it would likely go to my spam (it did). Two other estimates I got just told me to replace the whole bumper (much more expensive). Friendly communication and great customer service. Will definitely use them for the repair!Review: we have got our car back and it is looking great! Very professional communication and service. I think some of the bad reviews may be from previous staff who are no longer there? Check them out as they are doing a great job and are very friendly.
I have been to Global Collision twice and both times the service was exceptional. My BMW came out looking beautifully. Catherine went above and beyond to make sure claims were both taken care of as quickly as possible after having some issues with Company at fault of damage. I was looking for a Repair facility that Specializes in M Series collision repair. After googling what I was looking for, Global Collision Center popped up. I read the reviews and decided to call to to feel them out. After talking with the the Staff over the phone, they made me feel that I had found the Right Facility. They were Right! My wife was involved in a hit and run that caused significant damage to many components on the car. Global fixed, repaired, replaced, and painted the car Back to Factory Specs, probably better than Factory in my Opinion. Im Happy. They were all Extremely Professional and Proficient and made my Car and Myself feel like Royalty. I hope this review helps anyone that loves their car and wants their car to be brought back to life like it was before that Crash! Thanks Global and Mathew!

I have turned to Global Collision center a couple of times when my BMW needed repairs from from a not at fault accident and to replace a cracked windshield. In both cases the workmanship has been outstanding and restored MFG fit and finish.. The customer service however has been very much a mixed bag. My first experience with Travis was about what youd expect, but there was a lack of communication as delays continued to mount. My most recent experience with Harrison was downright poor. Despite being told replacing my windshield would be a same day job if parts were preordered and I drop off my car promptly on a given day. Despite doing as instructed, the same day job took about 4 days (spanned nonbusiness hours over a weekend) due to wrong parts being ordered AND the order itself being incomplete. This should have been realized before the appointment was scheduled. But even then it was likely realized shortly after I dropped off the car. However, Harrison failed to alert me until 2 hours before close of business on a Friday. Despite the best efforts of management, this was quite disruptive to my plans. Should the need arise for their services again, I will AVOID HARRISON AT ALL COSTS. Hes just not reliable as a representative of Global Collision Center.
Suzann was awesome! I absolutely hate dealing with insurance companies and setting up car rentals but Suzann took care of everything for me, and was super friendly too. Would definitely come back for future car repairs (hopefully don’t need to.)

Just recently used this company as it is close to my job. The staff went above and beyond what was expected and in a timely manner. It’s always so stressful having to deal with these important things but it was such a surprise to feel comfortable with a new business. Would highly recommend!

This is the WORST collision center to ever have repairs done. DO NOT! I REPEAT... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE FRAUDS. They always have an excuse as to why the repairs aren’t done at the specified time. PLEASE LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR REPAIRS!!
I was very displeased. My experience with Classic Collision in the past was multitudes better. My car was returned with a small dent and some visible botches of the paint/sanding. Considering the fact that I was already burdened by the delay in the date that my car was supposed to be ready and my return of rental car, I could not leave my car for another day, so I now have to go through the hassle of arranging it to be returned for repair again!!!Secondly, I will say that I know I should not necessarily have expected my car to be ready by the date Travis stated it would be ready, BUT he DID lead me to believe that by all accounts, it would most certainly be ready by X day. He did not clarify or remind me that there was a possibility that it would not be ready, but rather led me to believe that it would invariably be ready by the date stated. I had to rent a car for three days because of the delay, adding hundreds of dollars to my overall cost, which was already high relative to Classic Collisions pricing. I kindly requested for the overall cost of the repair to be adjusted in whatever way they felt fair to compensate for the rental car cost I incurred because of their lack of clear communication, and they refused to even shave off a dime, which seems ridiculous, considering the high rate they charge. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to Global Collision after I get the repair they should have flawlessly completed fixed a second time!!
All new staff, easy to communicate with, they go out of your way to ensure all needs are met. I recently had to communicate with office coordinator Suzanne Galliher who was very helpful. I highly recommend this collision center.

I had an unfortunate encounter with a parking stop that damaged the bumper and both fenders on my 328 vert. A friend recommended Global Collision because he was getting his vehicle repaired there and I have a close relationship with the Global BMW dealer. Knowing the high quality of work the dealer provides I was expecting the same from Global Collision but sadly I was mistaken. The work done on my car is subpar at best the only exception is the paint, they did a good job matching the color. All the body panel that were repaired have large gaps; The ones between both fenders, the hood and the bumper all are large enough for me to put a finger between them. I can assure you that this is not how they were prior to me bringing the car to Global Collision and there was no structural damage in my accident.I pointed this out when I went to pick up the vehicle and the manager told me that the panels line up but they would try to see what they could do about the gaps. I waited over an hour and when the car came back out I could not tell that anything was done.I wish this was just a one off situation but I noticed the same panel gap issue on my friends car that was also repaired at Global Collision.I left Global Collision feeling very disappointed and do not plan to return. I will now have to take my vehicle to another shop to have the panels disassembled and reassembled correctly.The office staff is friendly and professional but that is the only good thing I can say about my experience.Sadly I can only recommend Global Collision if you need a good paint job, nothing else.
I had my car so-called repaired here. A month later I realized that the front rim that was damaged and supposed to be replaced, was merely buffed and moved to the rear. Also, my bumper was not replaced, as indicated; merely buffed. Global Collision and specifically Travis M.(customer service rep.), will have you thinking everything is ok up until the time your car is ready. At that time, normally a month later, they know that all you want is your vehicle back. Next time, not here tho, I will personally visit and make sure they are repairing what they are supposed to. This is a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!
It took a little longer than expected, but everyone was very attentive Travis was always keeping me updated, Will was extremely helpful with my rental, and Harrison did my walk through to make sure I understood everything that was done.
Do not go here, they let our car be taken without our permission, even after i had checked to ensure it was there, drove 70 miles to get the remainder of my personal belongings from my wrecked car, only to find it had been released and was now even further away.... if you like having a really bad day go even worse, this is the place to go
They did a great job on my body work, but mechanically my car still scares me and they are not concerned. I dont think they did a proper alignment and they never checked the cars suspension. Reaching them at you have received your vehicle has been hard, which is the worst for customer service. The person I worked with was kind of rude when responding to having an issue with my alignment by suggesting it was something I did in-between receiving the car and calling. My car looks great, but thats the least of my concern!
Poor expectation setting, poor communication and almost non-existent customer service. Our car sat there for two and a half weeks. At the two week point, called to see what was going on, no return call from account person, then a rude customer service agent who couldnt wait long enough for me to finish speaking before she said thank you for calling... I wasnt even done speaking. They care little about the impact on your life. We will never use them again. Lets hope the car was fixed correctly.
They have all new staff and new management. The did a great job on my BMW.
They get an absolute failing grade for how long it is taking them to repair minor bumper damage and for finishing over two days later than what I was told initially. First they gave me a date of completion. They missed that and said it would be done late the next day or early the following day. This missed BOTH of those dates. The agent said she would call me but I got no call all day. I called at 5pm and left her a message. I didnt get a voicemail from her until 6:35 saying that my car was not ready and would not even be ready the next morning. $756 worth of labor shouldnt take over 9 business days. That is WAY to slow of a turnaround time for minor bumper damage. I will never take my car there again.

I have seen the guys personally and they work hard to make sure that everything car is taken care of and done correctly. You will never be disappointed the way these guys do their job.
Harrison and Tony walked me through the whole disassembly process, they were very thorough and when I ran into problems with the insurance company the production manager will was very patient and had one of his advisors reach out and solve the problem with my rental. very professional and very efficient.
I had my mini taken here after a fender bender on the freeway. I was told it would take about one week to get it in an have it checked out for an estimate. After the first week, I was told it would be checked out the next week. Once again after the second week was told it would be the next week. The first 2 weeks i had to call them to find out what the status was then finally they started to keep me informed of the status. They finally got to it after 2.5 weeks. Unfortunately, it was totalled. I have no idea what quality work they do, but all this time for an estimate on repair work and return of funds is ridiculous.

Good communication throughout the repair process. Staff showed willingness to help throughout multiple issues that I encountered with the insurance company. Based on customer service, I would recommend Golbal Collison. Although I would suggest looking elsewhere. They mark up a lot of items on the estimate and upcharge for labor, which inevitably resulted in the insurance company denying coverage for some repairs that were needed. Be prepared to pay out of pocket for their services.

My friend was told to drive out to this location to get her windshield repaired. After arrival, they told us the insurance claim wasnt filed properly. Long trip for nothing. Try checking before you have someone drive 30 miles. Just saying.
So.e of the quality. Car looks as good as new when done. The staff actually cares about what they do.

I took my BMW M235i to have the bumper fixed. I was leery having read the poor online reviews. However, i decided to give them a shot as theyre convenient to me, use OEM BMW parts and the small number of reviews wasnt a good sample set.I found they do good work. Even a small imperfection in the paint I noticed when they brought my car out (tiny, pin tip-sized, but thats the kind of OCD pain in the butt I am) they buffed out immediately. They also stuck the landing on the promised delivery date. My car looks perfect where the damage was.I was on the fence between 4 and 5 stars because the business front itself is not very inviting - lots of cars in various states of disassembly and the front office is average in convenience and decor.But I decided this was a review of the work, which I can whole-heartedly recommend.

I took my car in for repair from an auto accident on the front of the car but when I got back the passenger side rear tail light was not working; it was fine before they started working on it. I have no idea what happened but they refused to fix it. I will not be going back.
