I scratched the clear coat on my jet black BMW with the rough side of a sponge removing some sap. I had recently bought another car and the dealership referred to me Dynamic, in the Garden Grove location.I had previously obtained quotes of $400 from a guy who works 2 days a week in a seedy part of town, and $450 from a mobile detailer.Dynamic quoted me just $220 and gave me a ride home and picked me up just 4 hours later. My car looked brand new and I couldnt be more happy.

Had my car repaired there noticed paint was way off in matching colors to rest of car car needed some other work done Kimberley said bring it back after other work was done I was a fool and didnt insist it be redone at that time she agreed paint was mismatched and said she would put information in computer so there wouldnt be a problem when time came for repair time came contacted her was informed no information had been entered and would have to travel to shop to look at the car I live approximately 35 miles away life time warranty offered means nothing if they dont honor it go elsewhere just because its on the grounds of a Chevy dealership doesnt improve chances of a quality repair dont believe what is spoken get paperwork

After a really bad morning - found some nice people working in this place. I thought I would probably get charged a lot of money, but Johny was able to have my car better than when I took it in to get an estimate, and didn’t charge me for the time they took on it. The level of incompetence within all levels of this company unfathomable. I had dynamic collision work on my car for a fender bender. Once I picked it up, I drove away and an alert appeared on my dashboard that my car was overheated. It turned out that dynamic collision didnt put any coolant in my car which caused damage to the transmission. After months of trying to get them to accept responsibility, I contacted the bureau of automotive repair and they finally agreed that it was their fault. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where they know what theyre doing. Their manager Kimberly was extremely rude to my husband and I. She never apologized for wasting our time with all her lies.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I took my car to them for a simple door ding with minor paint repair they told me it was going to be done in 3 days and its been 20 days and nothing yet Johnny Is the man of 100000 lies he comes up with every excuse in the book I hope my car comes out good and dont ever go back there again good luck if u do take your car to them... Update. I finally got my car back to my surprise that its worse than when I took it in. Scratches in multiple places, over spray from other cars all around the car my suede seats covered in dust oh and 2 miles added to the odometer.. 580 hp does sound tempting for a joy ride..

Referred by Penske dealership (where I bought my car) messed up 3 times and am STILL waiting to hear back from them on what is going on/when it is going to be repaired fully.I recommend using anyone ELSE but them!

Long story short, said 2 weeks, they had to redo the paint and body work 4 different times. 36 days later still no car after more flaws are found. Will never ever go to or tell anybody to go here. Gives the Chevrolet dealer a bad name too.

I found this place to be a waste of time & a headache. The staff there is dishonest! The staff there lost parts to my car & never replaced them or made it right with me. The work they did was very poor & half did making it look worse than when I brought it in there. I complained daily for them to replace the parts they lost & they refused. I wouldnt recommend this place to no one. These people took advantage of their business being on private property by calling the police to ask me to be removed so I couldnt complain to them anymore and the cop said that if I come back I would be arrested and go to jail. I suggest if you choose to go to these people anyway that you document everything take tons of pictures of your vehicle so that you will have proof to fight them in court with with this leg to stand on they are going to have to make it right or go to court and be sued.
