This review is for employee Michele Greene the shuttle driver. I was in a panic state trying to find my home/work keys. Michele was very helpful, she pulled over so I could safely look for my keys, she then suggested I call the service department and have them look, thankfully they were recovered. Michele Greene excellent customer service and kind-heartedness really put me at ease. Employees like Michele are exactly the reason I still take my car to the dealership for service. Thank you!

Very disappointed about toyota maintance service, this is the second service I attended, the fist at Glendora location (they remove the air tire caps and didnt put it back, when get home I realized that 3 caps were missing, probably not a big deal but is concerning to know how negligence they are in external things anyone can see not mentioned the ones you cannot see).Second experience, I decided to go to another location (Cerritos) due to the bad experience I had at the first location (Glendora), unfurtenaly they miss to place the next oil change sticker and also forgot to set up the next maintenance notification, then they gave me a car wash pass to take it at big penny, the worst I ever had, never will take my car again. They seems to be little things but I had High expectations, specially when you pay an arm and a leg on the toyota care packages the sell you when purchase.

I bought a used Sienna and they gave me 3 complimentary oil changes. The 1st time I would say, no complain, good service. 2nd time, the lady that answered the phone when I tried to book the appt told me it was impossible they could have given me 3 free service and that she didnt see it in the system. Kinda rude they way she said it. Good that I still had the papers, so I didnt trust her and decided to book my appt online and took my proof that it was 3 total free oil services at the time of my appt. The 3rd time I took it, which was yesterday Sat 3/20/21, worst service ever. The lady that took it in when I arrived, seemed like she was having a really bad day and was rough. After I paid, I went to the waiting area. There were some ladies that from what I hear had been waiting 20min already to have their car back. They asked a passing employee what was going on, and he went to check. Other employees were passing by, but no one would approach me to get my car. When the guy helping the ladies returned with their car, he was about to leave when I stopped him and I asked him if he was going to get my car. I told him Im here waiting too. When he arrived with my car, he just stopped, got off, left the door wide open, and left without saying a single word to me. RUDE, RUDE RUDE. Shame on them..

Mechanic very honest and nice customer service. Orange county dealer mechanic wanted to ripp me off .Gave a long list of unnecessary repairs. I had a second opinion to confirm the estimate.Not everyone is stupid. I did my homework and save lots of $$$.Cerritos dealer my favorite one.

I had the most amazing experience at the Cerritos AutoNation Toyota. I bought a pre-owned 2015 Toyota Camry. When that vehicle turned out to have some problems, I was able to exchange it with another and better unit two days later, almost with no questions asked. I am most thankful to Danielle (Internet Sales Manager) who went out of her way to be very helpful in spite of the fact that she was juggling several customers at a time; James (Sales) with his unlimited knowledge about cars which was invaluable; Bassam (Sales) who was my first contact there; Pedro (Sales) who was very helpful and Alex (Finance) from whom I got a really decent interest rate regardless of how we got there. I visited Toyota of Cerritos for a recall on my airbags. While I waited, I decide to use their shuttle services for a trip to the park. I fill out their shuttle form providing my name, phone number and address of the destination. A male then calls for me and two other customers and we all enter the shuttle. Since the park was down the street, just a couple min away, I am the first to be dropped off. 30min or so go by and I receive a call to my cellphone, its the shuttle driver asking me if I need a ride back to the dealership. The signs at the dealership say that shuttle services are for dropping off only. I began to feel uncomfortable. This man was calling me from his cellphone to my personal cellphone. I refuse the ride.Today I receive a text message from an unknown number. And it is the shuttle driver once again. From the same phone number. This time asking me how I am doing.I contact Toyota and speak to the general manager, Kevin Nadiere. Who apologizes, takes note of my contact info and tells me he needs to first find out who this driver was. I thank him.A couple hours later I receive a call from a SERVICE EMPLOYEE,Dennis who is calling on behalf of Kevin Nadiere. Dennis starts explaining that they spoke to the driver, the driver has been with their company for many years and nothing like this has ever happened before, it was all a MISCOMMUNICATION and he will no longer be contacting me. A miscommunication??I do not have faith in the adequacy of their management team. I no longer feel comfortable in trusting Toyota to maintain professionalism and I especially no longer trust them with personal information.I will not be returning for ANY service or for ANY future purchases.

Of course I recommend the place the service and the experience of Arum Sharma in the purchase of my Tacoma was excellent, if you have plans to buy a new car or truck ask for Arun Sharma( Sales & leasing representative He will always have a good deal for you.not yet is time make the service to my truck, I hope it is not a headache like many places, but if this happens I will edit this comment and help to take your decision

I never provide any feedback the past but on this case I had to make an exception because of the great experience we had with Auto Nations Toyota in Cerritos.Dealing with the salesman about the price the car was very easy. We informed him on what we can afford and he accommodated us.The salesman was very informative about the car that he is trying to sell us. He provided option comparison between different models. He provided me and my wife basic overview on how to use the car before we drove off. He also offered his assistance with any future need that we may have.The salesman has great salesmanship, good manners and trustworthy throughout the process.BTW, the financial officer that assisted us also provided us with great service. He explained to us all the paper work prior to signing. He provided us information about the additional services they provide to make sure that we have peace of mind in any future maintenance and support we would need for our new car.I will recommend this dealership and will not hesitate to go back of a next purchase.Good Job Auto Nations Toyota of Cerritos!

Received a recall notice in the mail that I needed a part replaced and that it would take 2 hours. I set up an appointment and showed up. When I got here I was told that the repair would take 3 hours. In the end the repair ended up taking 4.5 hours, so if I were you I would take the day off if youre coming in for service just in case. Everyone was super nice too.

Justin, Sam and Moon gave us the best first car buying experience ever! They were very attentive and worked very fast and diligently to get us the car we wanted and at the best price. As soon as the car literally got off the delivery truck Justin notified me right away so we wouldnt miss out on the car we wanted. We got the Toyota Highlander Hybrid Blue Pearl and we love it! After buying 1 car over 6 years ago from this dealer and having a decent experience (aside from having to wait forever, this just seems typical), we decided to go back. Everything was great, till we had to sign papers.... Whatever position the guy has that has you sign documents and tries to sell you a warranty was a scumbag. He tried to scam me into buying Gap insurance, after repeatedly telling the guy No and him lowering the price, he told me he would give could sell it to me for $0.02 a month (Ya i know, those things that are to good to be true, probably are).... I asked him why he would do that, there was no benefit in it for him to sell me a product that low. He told me he was just paid by Toyota to sell products, and thats what he was doing....So...I said, fine, 2 cents, nothing more. We go to sign the paperwork and it turns out he was really trying to hide the cost of $7+ a month for the Gap insurance. After catching this, he changed his tune, no more talk, no more trying to sell me on anything, just sign here, here, here and here, and got me out of his office as fast as possible. Im assuming he was either embarrassed, or pissed I caught him red handed because he forgot to collect our down payment. Lucky for him, he remembered right before we drove off.I wish i could have written a good review because the sales person we had, was amazing, kind, knowledgeable, and best of all not pushy... even let us leave when we told him we wanted to go discuss our options (and we came back, imagine that!).I hope this was an isolated case, but for me, I wouldnt recommend this dealer, Ive had better experiences.

The service dept. is so slow and thinks you don’t know anything about cars, they try to make you spend unnecessary money on services or parts when you have a warranty on it. I would will never recommend this place 👎

I received the most professional customer service. I was updated timely and consistently with the progress of the car. Most of all, Oscar gave recommendations for specific and necessary repairs. They had to change the water pump because it was making some noise. Best part is : it was covered by my prepaid maintenance because my mileage was below 60K. Thank you Oscar so much! This is not the first time Oscar helped me. He is always calm and professional!

Santa Monica Toyota told me I was $10,000.00 under what I offered.Guess they were wrong!I called AutoNation Cerritos and was so lucky to reach Ray. I told him what I was looking for and how much I could afford. He had the car ready for me when I got there, the paperwork was quick and easy. The finance Manager, Carla, completely rocked it. She made that process quick and easy too. She even went to the trouble of hunting down the best extended warranty at a fantastic price. I recommend them so highly. I was in and out of the dealership within 3 hours. Daniel (the sales assistant) helped me hash out all the details from color to model and make so my car would be available clean to go. AutoNation people are not rude nor add any pressure or stress to purchasing a car. They greet you with a smile and refreshment, this put my dad more at ease with a coffee in his hand. I had work done on the weekday, expecting it to not take the full four hours but it went over the expected time and I had to go check in, even though they stated they will call when work is done.I also ordered a part. They said they will call when part arrived. I was expecting a call when it arrived like they mentioned but two months later and no call, so I went down to ask if the part I ordered came in, it arrived long ago but they failed to inform me weeks later.Besides those issues, good place to buy and take your car for recalls.

I was very impressed by the service provided by the service writer. He is definitely an asset to the dealership. Joe was able able to negotiate the price for an electrical job and make the customer happy. Joe is an example that there are people who are considerate of others. Sam Rafek and his team had us waiting 3 hours just to see Sam to sign the deal. We kept asking how much longer and we were mislead and were told we were next. This team lacks on communication and not organized at all. Daniel gave us the run-around as well. They both just said sorry not there fault and just pointed the finger at each other. Its crazy and disappointing of coming to this dealer to buy a car .

The Manager Danielle was absolutely amazing, she worked very hard on helping my wife and I have the best overall experience. James did an excellent job of walking us around our new truck and explaining in clear detail how all the apps worked etc. The finance manager was very nice and at no time pushed anything I did not want. My experience with AutoNation was great. They had great follow-up with assisting me in getting the exact car I was looking for. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The only thing I wish was better was that the car had been on the show room floor and it was not cleaned up very well for delivery. I noticed it was a bit dirty so Brian sent it back to be cleaned up a bit more I picked it up at dusk and could not tell it was still dusty until I saw it the next day in the sun light. But over all I would highly recommend the sales team.

Went into the dealer to research the new Sienna. The salesman was nice, but has limited knowledge about the car (I knew more from reading articles and reviews). His supervisor was super nice and gave us a great deal. The finance guy was also great. Walk out with a great deal and happy.It took a while for them to deliver the new car. The supervisor noticed a damaged side mirror and promised to order a new one. Its been almost 2 weeks, and they couldnt promise a date when the mirror is available. Upon delivery, no one walk through the car and process the checklist with me. No explanation of features inside the car (Subaru dealer does that and even setup Bluetooth for us).Would have given 5 stars if not for the salesman, mirror, and final delivery issue.

Had a wonderful experience buying my car here. Both my husband and I felt our sales associate, Greg Baldwin, was knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time with us. We never felt pressured to buy anything. In the end, we decided on the best car for us, which was the Toyota Prius V. We went in ready to negotiate prices, but when we found out that they had no haggle prices, my husband was actually quite relieved. He appreciated prices that were set and fair. AutoNation was FANTASTIC! Bryan was our salesman, and talk about an enjoyable experience, this was it. There was no hassle, and we received everything we wanted. We came the first day to look at cars, and then a few days later after working out the details, we drove out with two very nice 2017 Camrys. Thanks AutoNation, and more importantly thanks Bryan!

My experience at AutoNation Toyota was excellent! It was my first time at the Service area. When I bought the car there, I was shown where I would take the car for service and the lounge area where I could wait. When I went for service, I anxiously went to the entrance and was immediately waved forward and then graciously and patiently told I was in the right place. The young lady who took care of me and the car was great and I have absolutely no complaint on how my service experience was handled. I will be back for the next inspection!

My experience yesterday at Toyota Cerritos was wonderful! I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours. I had the 45, 000 mile check and some other things needed to be done as well on my car. The waiting room was very comfortable and i was able to get some work done of my own.My Customer Care Advisor was, Al Shekeb. He was extremely professional, helpful and very informative. He explained everything that needed to be done on my car so that I understood it. Out of 10, I would give him an 11. He went above board as far as representing Toyota of Cerritos. I will request him to be my Customer Care Advisor from now on.

Great service with my truck. I had a lot of catching up to do with struts and shocks and some recall work. The truck rides and runs like new. Sabrina was great to deal with as a service rep. I will be going back again and again.

I went in with a very bad attitude and upset about how my purchase process started. I met with David Gray and he, along with others turned my life experience around with a life changing deal. Me and my family were very happy. This is the best place to purchase a vehicle PERIOD. The GM is a great guy as well. He is hands on and involved as well as interested with the customers happiness and outcome.

I just bought my Toyota Camry from AutoNation Toyota Cerritos. The experience was amazing. The sale manager, James gave me a great deal and sale rep Jonathan gave me good customer service. The financial rep Alex was also very nice and patient and explained all the options I had in detail.

I chose to buy my truck from here because they offered me the lowest price in a 100 mile radius. Aaron Samuel gave me a quote via email and that was the same price I got when I showed up to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. I had great attention and quality care with Mariana Barrett at Cerritos Toyota! After my truck was done being serviced she personally came and got me. In the past I had had trouble because no one returned my call to set up a service appointments so Mariana gave me her card for future calls for service appointments. Great job.

After reviewing many Toyota dealership, we decided to go with this one. Though AutoNation is huge, I believe that each individual dealership still have their own way of customer service.Well, to sum up our experience, first half was smooth and easy, second half was tough and rough. Salesperson did exactly what they were hired to do, explain the car functions, test drive, and go over pricing details. Now, as we move to the finance department, it was a long, dry, and exhausting experience. Well before all that, I do appreciate the fact that they read reviews. I left my experience on one of the reviewing website and they did get back to me. I was quite impress that they took the time and called. But my expectation was set too high. While they did call me and talk with me about the review I gave, but the things they were saying just goes one step further to prove that they do not listen to their customers. The person offered to take my car back, but I DO NOT have a problem with the car. The big issue I had was the customer service, the quality of it. We waited there for about 2 hours sitting down without a person coming by to let us know what is going on. We sat there until the sun went down and the accessory shop closed. Not a single person walked by and asked what is going on, there were a couple workers even watching the NBA. Well, pushing those aside, the call they gave me after I purchased the car is just awful. If you manage to read my review, then please take the time to ask for me opinion as well. The finance person called and said that we will take your car back, we will take your car back. Once again, the problem was not the car but the service! After I reiterate this many time, the person goes oh okay, i will talk to my manager and give you a call back real quick.I believe the call came in sometime Saturday afternoon between 4-5, Today is Thursday, and they have yet to give me a quick call back. just lovely.

I had a great experience at this Autonation in Cerritos. Kent was very personable and made sure that I got everything I needed. He was very attentive and patient with me. When it comes to buying a new car we are very careful about who we deal with, this is the second purchase weve made through AutoNation so to me thats says a lot about the company. Our salesman Jonathan Ortega was there to help us and show us everything we wanted to know and show us things that were very helpful to know, great person. Eric McKenzie the Customer Financial Services Manager was great also, he made sure we got the best deal possible and took the time to go over everything about the warranties and their advantages (no hard sell). Would we buy from them again, most definitely and would we recommend them to friends, again most definitely. A+

John was very helpful. He made us feel comfortable and tried to give us the best deal for the RAV 4 that we like. He tried to negotiate the discount with his Manager. Although we did not get the discount that we wanted, he tried to help us so the processing of the paperwork would be less stressful.

We loved the buying experience and we love our new car. Greg Baldwin, the internet manager, was very informative and straightforward. He gave us really good price with no hidden fees and no games, just what we were looking for. Mike Duffy, the finance manager, was courteous and kind. Both men made us feel right at home through the buying process. Greg was with us every step of the way and when all the papers were signed and done he helped us to set up our new car! He personally set up the mats and the cover for the trunk and helped to connect the blue tooth and showed us some cool features we did not know this car had. He even helped us to reconnect my phone to our old car while we were waiting for the papers to be ready for signing, so we didnt waste a minute!
