I am very unsatisfied with my service I took my car for service on 9/18/21. The advisor Dorothy called me saying my car was ready I went to pick it up on Tuesday 9/21/21 and the same day I had to return it, it was leaking a lot of oil and it was making a noise. I go back on 9/25/21 to pick up my car again Dorothy called me saying my car was ready and as soon as I get into my car the check engine light came up and the check engine visit your dealer message came up.I immediately take my car back to the Lexus dealer and the advisor Alex Cruz said he couldn’t do anything because they were closed. I was very frustrated and upset because I’ve been dealing with this for a week and I take it to the dealer and they mess up my car more. I left my car there and they gave me a loaner. I have no idea what type of “certified” people they have working there on cars because my car only needed the 20,000 mile oil service and after that my car has been having issues and it has not been the same. I just want my car fixed from Lexus in Cerritos, but after this I will no longer service my car there.The GM left me the number to be contacted at however I’ve tried multiple times and couldn’t get through because it’s just the regular Cerritos operator.

Literally called on four separate occasions to try to schedule to have my vehicle serviced. The calls were wrongly transferred & would drop. I’m well aware of how to schedule a service appointment I was formally in the car industry myself. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist. Yes I could have possibly done it via their website but given their lack of professionalism I decided to go elsewhere.

I experienced the worst service. I called the salesman, but I did not answer the phone and left a message many times, but never replied, and the service was late. I found the car bumper broken. But the manager said it was never. I came back with a broken bumper. Lexus Off Cerritos Service Center does not want to go again. I will not ride Lexus from now on. Be careful with everyone who goes to Lexus service.
They give u the 🏃♂️ runaround. 👎 One person tells u something & other say something 🙄 else not 2 helpful.
