He stayed very informative throughout the entire process and even called me regarding any concerns I may have. I’d say that is customer service to the max! Every employee was welcoming and professional. They were patient and explained every part of the process to me, and gave me daily updates on my repairs. They even stayed 10 minutes late on a FRIDAY so I could pick up my vehicle at a convenient time. Highly recommend.

Eurotech did an outstanding job with my vehicle repairs. They were very communicative on what repairs needed to be completed and also completed the repairs flawlessly ahead of schedule. They also contacted me through out the repair process keeping me up to date on how my car was doing. Their customer service was excellent and the quality of my repairs were perfect! I am very pleased with the entire repair process completed by Eurotech.

My car is only a year old so naturally I was upset when a construction company truck did not properly secure their materials and a two by four went flying out and hit my hood. Took it to eurotech, staff was extremely friendly and accurate. Quoted me a price and it is the price I paid, no surprises. Car looks brand new again.

I couldn’t be more impressed and satisfied with the service provided to me by Eurotech Refinishing and Collision Inc., and a special thank you to Lesley Rojas for treating me like I was her most important customer! This isn’t my first time bringing my wife’s or my car to Eurotech and I wouldn’t take them anyplace else. In particular I like how they kept me informed every step of the way on my car’s repair, which led to a worry free, thorough, and faster than anticipated experience…yet again! Thank you again and as much as I hope I never need another repair, I look forward to having it done at Eurotech!

Carlos did a great job of updating me on when the parts were ordered. He always made sure to update me if delays were to occur and made sure i was contacted so things could move forward. There were a few insurance hiccups but it was able to move smoothly due to the honest work of this company. I highly recommend this shop

Received service for a part replacement. The issue is particularly with the individual that answers the phone for the general number of the establishment. She is rude, seems too occupied to be bothered, and unprofessional. Both myself and a relative called on separate occasions asking to be connected with a Lesley. Each time we were given a hostile tone, no greeting whatsoever, she asked repeatedly “Lesley? Who’s Lesley”, she put me on hold for 10 minutes before disconnecting the line entirely so I called back and abruptly asked to speak with Lesley to which she immediately transferred me with no hold. She is one person and while the rest of the experience was just fine with others, those brief phone calls were very unpleasant.If she is the first person a customer needs to speak to and is a reflection of the brand the dealership should reconsider her role. Maybe keep her away from people since she can’t really be bothered to be decent to them.

*copied from my Yelp review - gotta support good business!A couple months ago I (2012 VW Jetta) got backed into at a parking lot. There were a few dents and paint scratched off on my passenger side, rear panel and bumper. Fortunately the person who hit me claimed fault and their insurance AAA recommended Eurotech as one of the locations to get repaired.I arrived around 4:30PM on a Friday (30 mins before close) and was promptly served with great energy from the front desk (I apologize as I forget the ladys name) and ultimately Carlos. My temperature was checked, there were plexi glass up, and hand sanitizer available. A really clean place overall. Carlos walked over my car with me and explained the steps necessary to ensure a safe and full repair. The following Monday I dropped off car and was also fortunately allowed an Enterprise rental (great service btw) through AAA.Initially the repair was supposed to take six business days, but Eurotech did a thorough assessment and found internal damage that I obviously would never have found. This extended the repair by an additional two days. They updated me promptly and of course I accepted (granted I wasnt paying for it). A few days passed and I continued to get texts, emails, and even calls (plus voicemails) about the repairs. I called once more when I was supposed to receive my car by Friday of the week, but they still needed time to repair it. Of course Id rather have quality work than rushed, potentially damaging, service and so I obliged for an additional business day (aka Monday because they arent open on weekends). Carlos informed me they needed this additional day so they can make sure my car was aligned - cant argue with that you know! When I got my car back, the bumper was replaced and the side panel fixed. Plus they washed my car and shined my tires!Im no car expert, but I know my car well enough to know it rides well and of course looks better now. Eurotech even assured me with some warranties for the service they provided. Cant beat that!TLDR- Great service, even greater people- Consistent and early communication- Will come back if I have problems again- Will recommend to family and friends

Absolutely the best service and customer care, have been a customer for over 15 years and more than a dozen cars from minor repairs to collision work. Our family has used Eurotech for our $200K R8 to our F150 over the years and the quality has been on point. The team at Eurotech understands quality. I drive over 45 miles to continue to do business. Mr.Costa has been instrumental in the personal care and attention to all my vehicles.

Eurotech did not work with me on estimates.I asked for a revised estimate with a response it is too small of a difference. This costed me losing my car to the insurance company. Bad customer service...Adding unnecessary work bumped up the repair cost. I worked with insurance and got my vehicle blue book increased. If your shop would have taken those repairs off, my car probably would have been repairable! It is not your call to determine if my car is repairable or not...I was working with my insurance! They said I could work with the repair shop to correct the costs. The only thing wrong with the car was the bumper and a corner panel...iI give a rating of minus 10!

If I could put no stars, I would. I went in on a Saturday to get my initial estimate, the person that helped me was nice and cordial. I took him to my car and he noted everything. He then said that the damage to the bottom of my rocker panel was not part of the loss. Really? How can he subjectively dismiss the damage to a brand new car that has never been in a traffic collision before?I tried to look beyond that and gave him the benefit of the doubt. I tried to arrange for a Friday drop off because I have meetings at the beginning of the week etc. The guy said ..well it is State Farm Policy to not take cars on the weekend. I said Really? He did not know this, but I already spoke to State Farm and they said that they do not have a policy to not drop a car off on Friday. Come to find out that it is Eurotechs company policy to not take cars over the weekend because they do not work over the weekend. And if they hold cars too long then they get dinged for holding cars too long. I called him on it. He quickly dismissed what he said then transferred me over to the receptionist to Schedule me. Very misleading and very poor customer service.Why would you say that the damage that a customer is telling you is not part of the collision? Was he present during the accident? Did he know the circumstances? Is he forensic engineer? Could he have deduced all that just by looking at the damage for a few seconds? Wow. Thats amazing. Must be a genius.Also why couldnt he have just said Sir I am sorry, we cannot take cars on Fridays because we do not work on the weekends and the insurance companies hold us accountable for holding cars and not working on them. That would have made more sense instead of saying that it was an insurance company policy.Needless to say, I took my car somewhere else. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If this is how they treated me, how do you think they would treat you?All use at your own risk. I ended up going to Sunset Collision in Signal Hill. Much better customer service and they took my car on a Friday.

Great Job! However, before you finalize payment make sure your vehicles body repairs have been completed.I recently took my car for dents and scratches, and they still somehow forgot to paint 1 part of the damages.Its not like it was something minor to have missed it either! Having to leave that part behind, calling them to get a status and going back to put it back on was very inconvenient. I shouldnt have been going through that trouble after they had already kept my car for 8 days when I picked it up.

Had them repair my Cadillac ctsv a year ago. And so far no noticeable fading, chips or rust. Car was t-boned. They replaced the b pillar from the floor up along with 2 doors and repainted half the car. I have had detail professionals try and find the damage and the could not. Also great customer service.
