George was my estimator and he was great from start to finish. He got what was needed from my insurance company, provided me with regular updates and even went out of his way to provide me with the name and number of a place to have my car detailed once repairs were done. Not only was my car done early, it looks like it did the day I bought it. Im thrilled with the results.

The process of getting a car repair is always daunting - finding a rental, the turnaround time of the repair, etc. Browning made the process quick & straightforward. George was awesome at communicating with me about the repair process on my vehicle. Should I ever have to go through another repair, I will definitely come back.

The work they preformed was top notch. My problem was the communication between them and me. I was told several thing that were not rue and even after complaining to the manager I was not given the correct information. I was first told 3 days to do the work and it took 3 weeks. Cost me more for a rental than it should.

Everyone was very nice and helpful which made the process easier. Everything was taken care of very fast and well done.

Got rear ended and they replaced the necessary parts. Repairs look good and maybe I was hoping to see my car like new (since it’s a 2021) like it never happened but I can notice a little detail here are there (a gap between the rear light & rear bumper). I may be expecting too much or maybe have unrealistic expectations. Overall I did like their service.

Although the damage I had was relatively minor, my vehicle had less than 5,000 miles on it when it was hit and run. This business received me with sympathy and professionalism and put my mind at ease. They proceeded to repair and paint the damaged parts and I am totally satisfied with the work they did. I would definitely use them again and you should feel comfortable doing that too.

I had to have my windshield replaced along with my hood and dash repaired due to something hitting me on the freeway. Browning collision was very professional and stayed in contact with me on the expected finish date and updates throughout the whole process. I would recommend this collision shop everytime and will continue to come back if ever needed.

George was very courteous, patient and helpful throughout the repair process. He got me a loaner so I didn’t have to pay the excess rental charges nor covered by my auto insurance. .

Body shop does great work but sadly thers no parts avalible to compleat my repairs so its a waiting game

I highly recommend going to Browning Collision CARSTAR if you need your car fixed after an accident. My front bumper was damaged after an accident and my insurance recommended Browning. I took my car straight there and I was greeted by George. While he had my car he always kept me up to date. Thank you for fixing my car and making it look brand new again.

This is a high end body shop. They do not fix old cars and only fix expensive cars. Right next to an Acura dealer,which tells you what they fix. High end cars. I wouldnt use this place unless you have the money or an expensive high priced car.

Save you time and go somewhere else. This shop has no respect for the cars they are working on.I now have more problems with my car then I did when it first came in. I have to return for the third time for them to fix the gas mileage sensor. Before that it was the horn and starter. Which wasn’t a problem before.

Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone that cares about their car on a personal level. I took in my 16 Mazda 3 in due to an accident to replace passenger doors and it was a total mess. When I got my car back, bits of outside trim were out of place and missaligned. There was wind noise coming inside the cabin because the doors and seals werent put on properly. I went to MY Mazda dealer in Irvine and the problem was taken care of and I had to pay for new door seals. Id rather pay than have them ever touch my car again. 3 times I went back and they couldnt figure out why the wind noise was coming inside! They dont really care or pay attention to detail to anyone’s car. They are absolutely atrocious and unprofessional. DO NOT bring your car here. I would rather recommend Tuttle Click Collision instead.
