My car had been hit by a neighbor and was taken here for repairs. I was updated almost everyday and more often than even my car insurance. I want to give a special shout out to Steve he was so sweet and helpful. Truly an angel in disguise. If you need repairs this is the place you have to take your car too. Thank you everyone!

Our car tire blew out on the freeway. Within 2 minutes Craftsmen, Auto Body pulled over and helped up put on the spare tire. I can thank you enough to Craftsmen Auto Body who came to tow my car. He was very helpful and professional in all aspects. Great service!!!Thank you!!

I took may car on March the 20th and it took them five weeks to get my car back. When they returned it the tail light was not working and it is my fault for not inspecting it however you would think they will do their due diligence and be proactive and have some sort of chack list to ensure proper milestones on each car was completed. Obviously no. I call they said they were gonna get the lightbulb.. it turn out the light did not work. I ended having to buy a new tail light out of my own pocket. Extremely dissatisfied with their service. Please do your homework before choosing this guys I mean if you do not have an issue not having a car for that long by all means however I would recommend you take it elsewhere.Mantenganse alejados de este lugar.
