I had a good experience with my appointment for my contacts but after trying out 2 different brands of contacts I have been calling for 3 weeks during the hours they are open and they never answer the phone. I will be going to another eye care place. I dont think that I should have to drive to Walmart just to speak with someone.

Horrible! Website says open till 8:00 they close at 5:00. Second time I went straight after work got there at 4:30 was turned away again because they had 1 person already waiting. Very rude help and not helpful at all!

I got two pairs of glasses and I was very happy with the quality, service and the reasonable price.

Absolutely the worst eye department Ive ever been to. The eye doctor was rude and not personable at all. At the very beginning of Covid I had to wear a mask during my exam, the lens on the scope was getting fogged up, so I couldnt see what he was pointing to and he got frustrated at me. I bought 2 pairs of glasses at $600.00 and I cant wear either of them, the RX is too strong. I cant see out of them. Covid started and we were told not to go to crowed places and when I called back to let them know, they told me it was too late for me to have them looked at. I told them during Covid we werent suppose to go into crowded places and they said there was nothing they could do. I would not go to Wal-Mart again for an eye exam or glasses. Worst eye exam ever.

The worst! Just go literally anywhere else.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses for my son, that was a month ago, 2 weeks ago I called inquiring about the status of the glasses and was told that they had to be sent back to the lab because they didnt pass inspection. As of today I cant get through to Walmart eye center nor the main number for the store, no one is answering any phones. I am going to have to make a special trip to the store which is not close, just to figure out what is going on. I am pretty disgusted with this.

At the vision center close to close. Yes a little late but only there to pick up glasses i already ordered and they wouldnt wouldnt serve me. Great customer service. Should always have somone to be able to retrieve customers order.

What a joke how are you supposed to pick out glasses if you cant touch them this place will never get another penny from me

Staff was friendly and helpful. Turn around time for glasses 8 days. Glasses fit my face very good too. Just getting used to bifocals.

Brought my son for glasses. He already had a prescription from his eye doctor but we picked out adorable glasses for him and they came in decent time.

I went to my eye doctors 5 x they couldnt get it right went to the eye dr at Walmart he was great and finally right strength to my glasses and less then 1/2 the price This is my new eye dr
