This place was amazing! They were out of network for my insurance but they gave me discounts and honestly it was about how much I normally pay for eye exams. I have medical conditions so since I haven’t been keeping up on my eye exams I did the extra test but they told me how much it was and made sure I knew it wasn’t covered before letting me decide.The staff was super friendly and wonderful. I didn’t feel like they were trying to force me to shop there for glasses.The optometrist was so knowledgeable especially when it came to my diabetes and my eyes. I appreciate this place and I will be coming back no matter what about my insurance.

This was the best experience I have ever had at an eye doctors appointment!! I have finally found my family eye care specialist. Everyone from the doctor to the glass and lens fitters we’re outstanding!!

This is the best group of people that I have had contact with lately, They are very knowledgeable and explain every step they take you through. Everyone is friendly and polite and will work with you any way they can. My insurance company highly recommended them and Im so glad they did. Wait time was less then 5 minutes. Absolutely wonderful people working there. The Dr. explained everything about the pictures they took of eyes. Its so nice when doctors have time to answer any questions and take time for their patients

My visit was super easy to schedule - I walked in to schedule it since I was shopping around the Pinnacle already. The team at the reception desk was very friendly and efficient when it came to welcoming me to the office and inputing my insurance information. Dr. Elmore is the most personable doctor I have ever interacted with! Her assistant (who performed all the screenings before my visit with Dr. Elmore) was incredibly knowledgeable and articulate. The whole team got me in and out really quickly while still doing a very through job. Dr. Elmore recommended a more comfortable option for the monthly contacts I was previously wearing and actually SAVED me money!! I can not recommend this wonderful place enough!

Absolutely love love love this office! Dr Ledford is a true pleasure to work with! Genuinely cares about your eye care needs and you as a person. Also this office seems to always have the latest and greatest technology.

This was my first ever eye exam and the doctor/staff was phenomenal! I’m so glad I chose them for my eye care. I was in and out pretty quickly, too. I had to call a few weeks after my appointment to ask a question about my prescription because I wanted to order some prescription sunglasses and they were happy to help! I definitely recommend Dr. Carlson and associates!

There was no waiting and the service was excellent! I appreciated the care and how the optometrist listened to my concerns and helped resolve my eyes. The ladies didn’t rush me in my search for glasses and were friendly and very pleasant! Excellent service overall!!

I love that I was able to get an appointment for an eye exam on Sunday. The staff are so knowledgeable and very nice! Dr. Gilliam is great. He took the time listen to mine and my daughters concerns and they have the most up to date equipment so the exam didnt take long at all. We will definitely go back to Dr. Carlson and Associates. They will be our family eye care provider from now on. I highly recommend!

Appointment was at 5, started trying contacts (for the first time) around 5:30-5:40. I got one contact in and they made me show them I could take it out and rushed me to leave because they closed at 6. Instead of giving me just a few more minutes, like other Dr offices, they wanted me to come back the next day, which is a 45 minute drive back, changing my schedule, and finding a sitter for my toddler during COVID-19. Very poor customer service.

The new office at the pinnacle is very nice and clean. Staff is very professional and friendly. I always see Dr. Carlson and he is wonderful! Highly recommend!

Was easy to setup an appointment during the covid 19 stuff and got in for the exam and out quickly. The doctor was also able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease.

My husband & I were able to get appointments the day we called. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We were able to get our new glasses within a week! We will definitely return for our next eye exams.

Very thorough exam. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Ordered contacts never opened. Can refund me today, because $130 cash would wipe out their droor. And cant put it on a card because I paid with cash. So give me some run around excuse that it will be next week!!! Unacceptable, They just lost 4 patients !! My children will be going some where else!!!!
