These people are a joke! After 10 days, still no shipping info on my in-stock order. Customer service states they are waiting on the warehouse to provide shipping info, and that they would contact the warehouse. And they would provide me an update from the warehouse. Still waiting on that update. I have never waited more than 5 days to have my order from Lens.com. I guess I should have spent the extra money to order from them again.

Ordered these contacts on 8-16-21. Showed to be delivered in 5-10 business days. No updates showed until I contacted them on the 20th. I was told they were being processed at this time. That’s 4 business days in. Yesterday, the 26th, I contacted them again and was told they were still being processed and they would look into it. That would be 8 business days to this point since the day after ordering online. I was sent a message they were shipping out today, 9 days to date and that they would be delivered this next Wednesday. That’s going to be 12 business days! It took 9 days to ship them out?! So if you are okay with getting them whenever they feel like getting around to it, then this is the place for you. Regardless of how good a deal they give for some contacts, I find it a poor practice to not be more punctual with having the product in your hands by the date they say they will.

Order on 5/24/2021 and everything was going good. Then I get a email on 5/26/2021 that the contacts would not be able to go out until 6/15/2021. We were okay with that date because it wasnt too long. I called just to check on them today to make sure all is good for the 15th. Now they are telling they will not ship until 7/3/2021. I even asked if we could part of the order shipped. Nothing.

First time I have ordered from WebEyeCare. When I submitted my order I incorrectly typed my prescription. Customer service contacted me right away and cleared it up. After that there was a little hiccup with shipping but who hasnt had a package lost while in transit? I called customer service and they once again helped me out and took care of my issue. Worst online service for lens I have had in 15 years. Couldnt fill the order but ran my card- 3 weeks later couldnt find the prescription. Which had of course by then expired. I get an exam to find an email the next day that they were shipping order. 24 plus hours to respond to every email- restock fee- on and on- run find another

What a complete joke! I was told that the contacts would arrive to me by the 10th- even though they were backordered. Here it is - August 10th and I have no contacts for my son to take to college. If I had known this was going to happen, I would have gone elsewhere. What a complete hassle! You cant get through to a live person. After 15 min on hold, they dropped my call. Im speaking to someone on the live chat and she cant tell me anything.

I should have looked up the review before I place my lens order with them. It seems like I am not the only one having the issue here. It takes forever for them to process your order and have it shipped out. First time ordering from them and it would be my last time ordering from them as well.

My initial order was easy to place, but I ran into a snag when there was a discrepancy between my prescription and my previous order. My first conversations did not prove helpful, however, subsequent emails with Marianne were much better, and not only was the issue resolved, but they offered 2-day shipping to make up for the delays.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have dealt with in a long time. I ordered contacts on November 27 and today is December 22 and I still dont have them. The problems began when they emailed me after the order to give them my doctor info. I emailed it back the same day and after a week, they still had not processed my order. I called to be told that they could see the email and would process the next day. 10 days after that I still had not heard anything else or received a tracking number. After MANY unanswered phone calls, no return calls to my messages and no reply emails, I finally resorted to their text option. I finally got a tracking number in response to the text on December 14. It shows my package should have been delivered on December 16 but that it has not been delivered and is still with the post office and today is December 22 with no additional updates. I have reached out to the company multiple times and all they will say is shipping is delayed due to COVID and I just have to wait. They refuse to refund me or resend the package that is clearly lost in the mail and meanwhile I have been without contacts for 2 weeks!!

Anyone who thinks this firm is great needs to look at reviews. They don’t answer “any” phone calls, nor do they return phone calls after you leave a message. DO NOT ORDER FROM WebEyeCare, Inc. I asked very specific questions prior to ordering about how long it would take the order to be processed and shipped. They have not fulfilled what they claimed. They shipped the package via Mail Innovations which is the cheapest and slowest route. My package sat for over 40 hours, then its taking 2-3 days for the package to travel 147 miles (2 hrs 10 mins). WebEyeCare blames UPS/USPS, UPS blames WebEyeCare/Mail Innovations and NO ONE can tell me when I will receive my order! Best part is I ordered an item from another company on the same day and that package was delivered an hour ago! If I could give zero or negative stars I would.7/31/20 Update:The order was placed July 21st. It shipped July 23rd despite me being told it would ship on the 22nd. I ordered contacts for my son May, 29. I sent his script and I received an email that the order went through. My card was charged the very next day. (May 30)..I had not received anything to say they were shipped and my order says processed so I called to check on them June 10th. I was told they were not sure why I had not received them. I was told they would look into it and send an email or call later that day. No call. I then recalled then next day and again was told that the supervisor would work on it and they would give me a call. They told me they were very sorry there was no call the previous day. Again they never called. When I recalled tonight I was told that they would report it to someone and they were not sure when I may receive and answer but it would probably be after the weekend. (it is Friday), At this point my son is out of contacts and I have been charged almost 300.00 and cannot even talk to someone who can answer my question or refund my money. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Fast, my contacts came lightening fast. However, no case or saline solution, no bonus or anything. Just a small case even would be nice to come with the order, but their lightening fast delivery is pretty awesome, so if you need contacts RIGHT AWAY I suggest using these guys.

Be careful with their advertised pricing. They give you a low price and no shipping in the google search. Then when you go to checkout, they add a processing fee. Looks like i tried to order $122 worth of contact lenses and the final total came to $148. When i looked at the details, they had no shipping charge, but included a processing charge of $26.

Webeyecare is the worst online retailer Ive dealt with in my life.For all those who have had a good experience the first, consider yourself lucky and avoid them as my first experience was also positive.I placed an order and had my credit card charged immediately. I got a confirmation email and everything but after 10 days, I had still not received my contacts or a status update. I had to call customer service and ask what the problem was. I was told that I was missing my apartment number and that was why they hadnt shipped it. If I never called in, I wouldve probably waited forever.I was then shipped incorrect lenses and then given trial lenses of a discontinued model as a replacement. I called their after hours service people and was told that it was impossible to be sent lenses without the original packaging (lie).Received a follow up call from another rep that said that indeed what they shipped were trial lenses from a discontinued model which I did not pay for.I asked for a refund and was denied.

When I contacted customer service, the rep Shane was rude and acted like they were entitled to take that long to ship my order. I asked to speak to the supervisor. I have found it useful to check first for the best rate before I order, as it may change depending on how you enter the site -- if you search for sale with the name of your contact lens brand, ads pop up with the best prices and you can click from there to get a better price sometimes than just clicking on an email that they push out to you.Full disclosure -- I received an email that if I leave a review (does NOT need to be a positive one), I can get $5 off my order. I was order #1185407 -- but truthfully, I did not have any problems and I paid less using them. Perhaps if there had been a mess up in the order, their customer service wouldnt have been helpful (as some of the other reviews indicate), but I have never had a problem with my orders.

When I heard WebEyeCare from my brother in law, I decided to try ordering online and the product was shipped and delivered fast and in good condition. I like that the price is reasonable compared to other sites. There was a time that my prescription expired and I ordered another pack of contact lenses and they informed me in a timely manner that I have to send them a new one. They cancelled my first order since I was not able to send them the new prescription and they refunded my money easily. I am not sure about expediting the order when you fax them a copy of prescription but I guess it is worth trying. But all in all I have a good experience with them in terms of good service and the product I use.
