I’ve been a patient of Della Porta for a few years and wouldn’t recommend anyone else for eye services. She’s very thorough and the ladies at the desk are very pleasant. I have serious headache issues and was recommended neuro lens and wow what a difference. They have tremendously decreased my headaches. Thanks so much Della porta and to the ladies for always helping me choose the right glasses.

This was my first appointment with Della porta eyecare. I had a great experience. I enjoyed my eye appointment. If u buy transitions eye glasses expect to pay 598.00.

They’re horrible. They talked me into a more expensive lens than I wanted, and told me if I switched they would refund the difference. After 3 times of them not getting the lens right I switched to another lens. Now they are refusing to refund the difference. They lied right to my face in the office. Terrible.

I had a great experience visiting Della Porta EyeCare. I have been going to this office (and its predecessor) for the last 30 years and I can honestly say they do an amazing job. I moved to NYC 10 years ago and I still come back to see them for an appointment when I am visiting family.Dr. Della Porta is kind and knowledgeable and takes the time to explain to you anything she is doing or answer any questions you have. Her staff was very helpful (and honest) when I was trying on frames to pick out new glasses. I would also be remiss if I didnt give a special shoutout to Liz who is simply amazing.

I had my 1st visit a few months ago and was kind of blown away on how Much more they did to check my eyes than any other place Ive been the staff is phenomenal great people I will never go to another eye doctor again. Dr. Della Porta is very concerned with your eyecare she always has a smile to share. The staff is great too you might walk in as a stranger but when you leave they make sure your family. I highly recommend this practice for all ages. My daughter likes going to the eye doctor now.

I recommend Dr Della Porta very highly. She gives a very thorough examination, is such a wonderful and caring Dr. I was so happy with my visit and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Not always the way unfortunately in other offices. If there were more stars to add, I would definitely rate my visit with the highest satisfaction. I have been going to Dr. Bartles for years. He is a great optometrist and always up in the latest science relating to eye health. He is a very nice man who never rushes through his exams. I trust him implicitly. His staff (Liz especially) are all great. Liz always tries to find the best options for me with regard to insurance to get me lowest cost. I would highly recommend Dr. Bartles.

Dr. Della Porta was amazing. It was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had . Everyone was so kind and great with follow up . I highly recommend this practice to anyone who wants to be listened to and feel as though their questions and concerns are heard and taken care of .

Took my 4 year old to be evaluated after her pediatrician voiced concerns about her vision. The staff and Dr. Bartles were fantastic! The entire experience was fun and engaging - my daughter was comfortable and happy throughout the entire process. Dr. Bartles explained what he was doing and the results of each step. I not only feel a zillion times better about her vision, but feel I learned about optometry. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank Goodness For Doctors Like Him!

I have been going to dr bartles since I was a child he has always been very professional, fantastic and honest. I highly recommend him.

A great front desk staff who help with all questions and make things easier when it comes to arriving and getting in, and then wrapping up and getting out. I called ahead to say I was running late due to traffic, and not only were they understanding but they asked me some of the basic questions you would get upon arrival. This quickened the process when I did arrive 5 minutes late. There wasnt a glitch at all.Dr. Bartles is really professional, excellent at answering questions in a way that I can easily understand and I always feel like Ive been given a thorough exam. I have a history with LASIK surgery, and his curiosity and obvious interest in the topic is apparent whenever I have an appointment with him. It feels like he is personally invested in my health.A very warm office, all staff included. Given the general distaste for doctor appointments, it is nice to go to my annual appointment because I feel like them remember me and treat me like I was just there last week rather than last year.
