The exam was fine and I was happy with my glasses, at first. However, they do not honor the promise to repair glasses free of cost. They tried to charge me $80 to replace a lens. Thats more than I paid for the pair! I expected to pay a fee but that is outrageous. Save yourself the frustration and just order your glasses online.

Experience was really quick which is great for my schedule. Price is reasonable and staff were friendly. I have went to this location for years and have never been dissatisfied.

Was able to schedule an appointment the day after finding out I needed an eye exam. Staff was pretty quick and friendly and got me everything I needed. Lots of store specials as well. Would definitely recommend if you need to get your eyes checked out quickly.

Complete scam. Gave them my insurance information in advance, they were fully aware of what insurance I had, but didnt feel the need to check it or let me know until after services were done. Took my co-workers insurance which is the same as mine but not mine. Interesting. I paid for the services, but its unprofessional that it wasnt checked beforehand, I wouldve gone elsewhere. I will not return here and Ill make sure people know about this.

I scheduled my appointment online. After a quick confirmation text message and a couple of friendly reminders it was time for my appointment. I was met with much courtesy and got into an exam room in a timely fashion. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable. The exam didn’t take long and very soon I was trying on my new contacts. Once the prescription and fit was double checked, I was on my way home. Very pleasant experience.

I really like the staff here, they are very friendly both receptionists and the doctors. The man that handled sending in my prescription (tall with a beard) was really nice and helped me out any way he could. Highly recommend!

We come here every December for the $1 eye exams and they are always so nice and do what they can to get us in and out. The optometrists themselves have always been extremely nice and willing to explain things. I love coming here they work with my 4 year old daughter so well. And we don’t feel pressured to buy glasses there. I have recommended them to several people and they will continue to have my business!

I just moved to Tennessee after college and wasn’t sure of a trustworthy eye doctor to go to. Someone I work with recommended VisionWorks, so I figured why not, and gave them a shot! They were able to get me scheduled practically the next day. With my insurance, I would’ve paid a $30 copay but the woman there informed me they were running a special for those without insurance which would save me $25! I figured they wouldn’t be able to give me the cheaper price while also using my insurance to order contacts, but they didn’t mind at all. Later on, we had a mishap where my contacts were lost in the mail. I simply had to call and explain I never received anything, and they immediately re-ordered my contacts. Although it took longer than I had originally expected to get my order, they completely fixed everything and even gave me FOUR extra BOXES of my prescription contacts for my troubles. Thats 24 extra contacts! It was incredibly nice of them, and overall ended up giving me over $200 in savings by the end. Highly recommend the lovely staff working over in Bristol!

Been going here for years. It doesnt get any better. The eye doctor is extremely professional and carefully guides you through the exam. No surprises at all.The entire staff are helpful and courteous, obviously taking pride in their daily tasks.Highly recommended. Walk-ins welcomed, too.

Ive ordered contacts from this office several times now. The last order took almost 6 months to receive. I just ordered again was told that a box came in Wednesday but nobody can look to see if my order is in it. Last time I order from here.

I am giving this office 1 star just because one of the staff members is friendly. I usually do not write reviews but I am still sitting here in the waiting room at 4:56pm and my appointment was at 3:00pm. I have been given no explanation as to why I have waited 2 hours or been apologized to for having to wait. I work at a very busy physicians office where we see 50-55 patients in 8 hours. We have a daily goal of having our patients wait times less than 5 minutes and daily meet that goal because after 15 minutes of waiting, you lose a patients trust. You have already given them a negative experience before they even see a nurse or doctor. The physicians I work with would never allow this to happen. It is now, 5:03 so I have waited over 2 hours at this point. In my opinion, this is absolutely unacceptable.

Extremely friendly staff, very knowledgeable in each step of the process, very accurate at describing each procedure, one of the best selection of frames I have ever seen, reasonable prices on lenses and frames and a great deal on buy one get one free pair. Highly recommend to everyone, next time I need more glasses will definitely be going back to Bristol to get more.

Nice folks. Doctors and equipment seem to be up to date. I like that you have the option to have the doctor examine the internal parts of your eye WITHOUT DILATING YOUR PUPILS. Prices are competitive in this area.

The service is great. Always has been. My husband, my two sons plus myself has been going here for years. Not one bad experience.

I’m an older person. I was rushed, talked down to, and pretty much dismissed when I had a question. Any comment I had was met with condescension. They maybe cheaper but that doesn’t count for mush with that treatment.

I have been bringing my kids here for their eye exams for a few years, and have always been extremely pleased with the service we receive.

This place is “friendly,” I’ll give them that. When my glasses broke, they taped them back together temporarily for me—but my complaint is in regard to this: if you get a warrantee on your glasses and come in to have them fixed, they’re going to tell you “lol it looks like you don’t have a warrantee.” DO NOT purchase a $30 warrantee when you get your glasses because they will literally tell you that you don’t have one when you come back to replace them if they get broken. This has happened to me not once, not twice, but THREE times. I switched eyewear providers. Also, their “20% off discount” is nothing to get excited over. You’re going to get the same discount or even better at other stores. I got a 40% discount at LensCrafters.
