Great customer service, bad customer performance.This location claims to test all their items, but I have had to return a 4th Xbox One controller in the same day. 4 controllers were obviously not checked and tested.

Great store had lots of classic retro games sega genesis mega drive, nintendo nes,super nintendo. I was actually looking for colecovision games.

We love going to game exchange, friendly people when every we come threw the doors. 🙂

Excilent selection of movies.Quite a few retro games, although the prices will be high compared to online options. However, they are more reasonable than other local retro games dealers and flea markets.They also gave me quite a bit more than I expected for my old DVDs.They have a few other small sections such as trading cards and collectable merchandise for various medias. A large selection of POP figures and even a small collection of vinyl records.They have a section of books including manga and game guides but the quality of these varies from good condition to falling apart. Most of these you will almost certainly find in better condition and lower prices if your willing to buy online.

GREAT customer service! Wasnt rushed at all! I asked alot of questions and they didnt mind answering them! There is a ton of selection and I loved that they had Japanese soda and candy! Thanks girls! A one stop shop! Youre the best!

Awful customer service. Price tags on 2 games said one price after checking out and looking at the ticket there were 2 totally different prices. Had I known before I would not have bought the items. Then I went to return them and was told it can only be on store credit. Literally after buying 5 mins prior. Awful customer service. Loss of business and I spend 200-400 a month between the stores. They will never get my business again.

Shop sells used video games, cards, action figures, and pops The quality control of the items is poor is the fact they will sell a poorly used “scratched” game at market price and try to sell a damaged card for Near mint price But a great place to find a diamonds in the sand.

Not alot of older systems to pick from. I was looking for a 64 or ds.Won’t pay anything for dvdsAnd won’t pay you much for systems or games you want to sell. Just keep your stuff!!!

Game X Change is an excellent little store. Tons of options for games and movies. New and classics. They had a few copies of RE2 which just came out! Justin was an exceptional guy to chat with. Real great customer service. Can not recommend enough.

Staff is nice, I like all the little snacks and things that they have here, but you need to tell your staff to not talk to service dogs. its annoying and rude.

INCREDIBLE staff and they talk so casual andit makes me feel VERY comfortable talking and having suggestions. If i were to ever go to a game store... THIS! THIS IS THE ONE!

Can honestly say that I do not ever write reviews for places that I go, but today there was an employee that went above and beyond to be an excellent staff member! His name was Justin, and without going into too much detail I will say that without him my entire search and buys would have been pointless. This is an employee that the owner/ manager should be very proud of and take into consideration that most would not go above and beyond to make sure that a casual shopper left with a happy experience, but he did so! The staff is awesome. The xbox 1s they sold me was not working correctly the girl took it back no questions asked and got me a new one! They are super helpful with any questions and perfect with tech support if needed.

Great place. Staff is friendly and helpful, a wide variety of games, films, and tv series. My daughter got a great rate for her DVDs she brought in, she traded them for store credit and was able to find many things she wanted. I did too, got my son a game and myself a series Ive wanted to see. Best trade in store for films, series, and games Ive found around here.

Has some good stuff for newer stuff. But is lacking with older games and consoles

A really enjoyable place to find used/pre-owned games. They have a vast selection of games ranging from retro to next-gen as well as DVDs and blu-rays. Ive never had bad service. Very knowledgeable staff whom are personable. I would highly recommend shopping here and have to many friends and strangers. Love it

The workers are usually friendly and theres a nice selection of new and retro videogames. Theyve started selling comics/manga and Japanese candies in recent months. Its kinda neat to see the place try to expand into a more nerd trendy shop.They only offer in store credit, so If you have to return something just keep that in mind. I take a look around at least once a month, just to see whats new.

Lol i find bad ice cream 3 game kind of scary but it is fun to play with someone XD. Its my favorite game at hudgames

Always an adventure in game x change, however if youre going to trade better make sure you never need nor want the items again you get pretty low value.

My grandson was able to go get an Xbox game for $14 that he has been wanting and it is $30 on Amazon! That means I really enjoyed my trip there.

Large selection of games from classic NES to Ps4. Just check each disc to make sure it isnt damaged and to make sure you got the right one. Many times we got the wrong game and the wrong movie. Sometimes we dont realize it until after the return period expired, for example we bought a movie made in 2006 and when we played them, they are really old and crappy movies with a similar title name.
