Very friendly and well informed, I came in to change the service from an old phone to a new one and they asked critical questions so that the transfer went smoothly. Had i not met the requirements then it would have been a waste of time and money but thanks to the questions this was not and it was done in less than 5 min. 4/10/21
Excellent customer service! Cynthia was very knowledgeable and caring, as she walked through the various options and gave me a great deal. She even went as far as asking if I was taking advantage of all the membership deals and discounts as a MetroPCS customer, for which I was unaware when I first bought my phone the same time last year. So I wanted to get my 3 girls the childrens watchs from metro. So they only allow you to have 2 per account. So Im only allowed to have two small children thanks cant have triplets or have children back to back oh well.
Works for me. Anyone complaining are just dumb customers that think this is a phone repair shop or an apple shop. This is not a phone repair shop or apple shop. They sell phones. That is it. Theyre not phone repair men.
Horrible customer service. Terribly disappointing & NOT indicative of Metro PCS standards of customer service. People dont care how long youve been a customer, how many lines you have or your payment record. All they want is their fees! Will not return to this store again. Wish I could give ZERO stars!
