Crystal, the assistant manager was my life saver. After almost 2 months of going back and forth with multiple CSR over the phone, which is horrible to say the least. She was able to finally get the issue resolved before getting off of the phone, and me leaving the store. even though she had to make three phone calls(cs is horrible to everyone equally 🙄) she was multitasking between other customers and was still polite and nice...

I went into this T-Mobile after my best friend dropped my phone in the ocean and Dakota made the entire process of finding a solution for me the best experience I’ve ever had at T-Mobile and I’ve been with them for almost a decade. She was very thorough in explaining the options I had to choose from, SUPER patient (I was extremely indecisive and took literally an hour to decide 😅), easiest and honestly this will now be my go to store for anything I need from T-Mobile! Said best friend who dropped my phone also ended up upgrading while we there and Dakota was able to troubleshoot everything for her through the process and we both walked out happy with our new phones. Truth be told, it was fate that my old phone is sleeping with the fishes now 😂

I am so grateful for the knowledgeable employees that this store has. I was greeted and felt right at home as soon as I walked in and it was an outstanding experience in customer service. Crystal was such a pleasant person and it really made a difference that she took her time to find the best plan that was fit for me. I have spent years in the customer service industry myself so my standards are held high but this store went far and beyond meeting my expectations!! I had no clue what kind of phone I wanted but Matt was incredibly patient and walked me through each phone showing me the pros and cons without being pushy. He even remembered my name from only being in there once before!! I would seriously drive across the state of Florida just to go to this location if it meant me getting the same service as I did. You have just bought yourself a new customer and I look forward to bringing the whole family in!

Dakota, was extremely helpful with a billing issue. There was alot calls dealing with the transition of my account due to the passing of my mother. And instead of just dismissing the issue effort was make to explain the situation. And resolve the problem. This was highly appreciated 🙂

Recently, went into this store and had a great experience. Your reps Juan, Cisco, and Ryan are wonderful. The minute you walk in they acknowledge you by saying Hi, how can I help you or will be with you shortly! if they are with another customer. They are very knowledgeable and always so pleasant. I was going to the other store on East 60 in Brandon, Florida and I have since changed to this store. The other store doesnt have the excellence in their services. These guys were so helpful and even the other reps that do not help you are so friendly and pleasant. They have a team mindset. While in my visit, I witnessed where one of the reps started to help a customer and then another rep came in to help the customer who was struggling to understand her bill plan and how doing an upgrade would impact her bill. They are all a great group of people and all so nice. That is my new T-mobile store!!!!

Just left this place and have to say my experience here was exceptional. It didnt smell weird like other T-mobiles and everyone just seem to have a nice vibe to them. Relaxed, professional and ready to deal with picky customers like me. I was greeted warmly at walk in and taken care of immediately. Was walked through my options by a girl (cant remember her name) and she was humble enough to run past her manager (who I cant remember his name either but he had blonde hair and a slightly larger then normal head size) who helped her answer some of my harder questions. Definitely recommend!

Crystal was an enormous help to my husband and I even five months after we bought our phones. She was very knowledgeable with such a pleasant personality and a wonderful person to deal with. Thank you Crystal.

Recently switched over 5 lines from Verizon to T-Mobile at this store with Crystal, and it was a BREEZE!! Traded phones, got our credits, setup our new phones and everything up and running super fast! No bill issues either. Highly recommend going to this location, super friendly and knowledgeable staff!! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.I went to this store for a warranty replacement and was amazed by the outstanding customer service I witnessed. There was an older lady that...lets just say was not easy to deal with. However, one of the employees, Crystal, was incredibly helpful to her. I would have not been any patient with that customer, but Crystal was above and beyond with her. She even helped the lady walk to her car and get rid of some trash in it.Sarai took care of my phone change. She was incredibly helpful and took care of everything I needed done. She took her time to explain everything with my new phone, and to ensure all my questions were answered.It is great to see this great customer service from these young employees. I will make this my T-Mobile store from now on.

Best T-mobile I’ve ever been too thanks to Sarai. She was a phenomenal help with getting a new phone and service plan. Always stayed professional when I had concerning questions and responded back with assertive hospitality, she’s made my shopping experience more than enjoyable and I’ll definitely continue business with high quality customer service.

No idea how this place has 3.9 stars. The level of incompetence in this store today was unbelievable...If it was just my sales rep that was having a bad day I would understand, but I watched them all repeatedly say “I don’t know, I’m not sure, I do not know what to tell you”. Everyone of the sales reps had to call T-Mobile to figure out how to do their job which takes up a ton of time. Be prepared to talk to a wall coming into this place. A hour and a half of my life I won’t get back. Thanks T-mobile.

Not only did Crystal laugh at my bad joke when I called my parents new 55 and up plan the old person plan, she answered all my parents questions and walked them through their new bill charge by charge, line by line. My parents walked out with new phones, a new plan and big smiles!! They arent from the area but I know they were serious when they said theyd come all the way back here (an hour and a half from home) to see Crystal. Would give 6 starts if we could :)

I waited an hour without being acknowledged. I understand the representatives were busy but working from customer service, it’s courtesy to greet or let customers know they exist and will be with them. This has been a chronic issue during the years I’ve been here. It seems to be a cultural issue and not a one off.One of them was dealing with a rude customer. They may have had a tough day, but the difference is they got paid for that hour. I don’t recommend coming to this store. I’ll go out of my way to the next T-Mobile store from now on.

I had a great experience at the T Mobile store on 60. Crystal helped me get a new phone and transferred all my data to the new phone and transferred data from my dead second phone to my old phone. She was filling in from another store so had to do extra steps for confirmation codes but she was fantastic!

I recently switched from verizon to T-Mobile. And I’m glad I did. One of the customer representatives Sarai, answered all my questions, and left me confident I made the right choice. 10/10 would recommend asking for her cause she knows what she is doing! Thanks again Sarai!

Maybe its just me but as a long time T-Mobile customer (16+ years) I came to this physical location to get an answer to a question about a text I received and wound up taking me longer than it should have.At first I explained to the person that I had spoken to somebody on the phone and they kind of explained it but recently I got a text message regarding my lease. I had hoped to answer my own question but I made no headway using the instructions in the text.Long story short, the rap had me click through go online and I even had to change my password because most of my online stuff is protected by my fingerprint. If the person would have just looked at my account on their POS system they would have been able to answer my question instead of wasting both our time.This is not the first time Ive experienced customer service results like this.My long-term experience with T-Mobile is definitely a positive though.As for todays experience maybe its just a sign of the times..

I came in to cancel my account and met with Kristen with a “K”. She specifically wanted me to remember that as I was leaving because her customer service was so poor. I had already ported my phone lines over to a different cellular provider but still had 2 active lines she could have looked up but she insisted the only way she could look up my still active account was by my Social Security number. I didn’t feel comfortable providing that and asked if there was a different way to look up my account and she took a few steps back lowered her face mask and in a very rude tone said “No, it is the only way”. I was able to go to a different store and they helped me without having to provide my Social Security number. Clearly she needs additional training to better service customers but I don’t know if it would matter with how horrible her attitude is. She is a total disappointment and a red flag as to what you can expect if you’re switching to T-Mobile. Go somewhere else and don’t use T-Mobile. I hope Kristen with a “K” gets to read this over and over and sees that her horrible attitude does have repercussions.

I went into the store today with no intent of actually upgrading my Galaxy S5. All of the staff there was VERY friendly and extremely awesome at their job. They were informative and did everything they could in order to make my experience the best that they could. I did end up upgrading to the Galaxy S6 and it is amazing. I highly recommend this store despite the bad reviews. An informed customer is the best kind of customer.

This is the best T-Mobile! Claudia went above and beyond to help me out this Christmas. Even when they were so busy, the team dedicated their time to helping their customers.

This store locations door as well as Google said that this particular location closes at 9pm on certain days, such as a Saturday, when I chose to come in to inquire about a product.I got there at 8:15 pm, but unbeknownst to me, they had already locked their doors. Naturally, I knock since I still see employees as well as a customer in the store. The obviously annoyed employee opens the door and instead of a standard/friendly greeting, she tells me to come back at 10am the next morning. Despite her rudeness, I told her in a calm manner that I wont even come inside the store because all I had was a quick question, to which again, she told me to come back at 10am the next day.I proceeded with my question anyway, to which she hurriedly gave me a response just so she could lock the door again.And thats not all. I called this location to inquire about another product. They picked up just to hang up on me. I called again and complained to an employee who finally picked up my call but didnt seem to concerned with how I was treated.Look, I work in retail as well, and it can be a drag. I spend 8 hours a day scanning items and listening to complaints both in person and on the phone. But not once have I ever told a customer DURING STORE HOURS to leave the premises just because I felt like locking up early. Nor have I ever hung up on a customers call. These employees are rude, curt, and have no business in customer service.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced.For the last 3 years I have enjoyed the service and phone provided by T-Mobile. My phone was stolen and I went here to get information on replacing my phone. The representative in the store (Chris), was less than thrilled to hear my situation or help in any way. I was given a phone number for the customer service department - but I was there because I did not have a phone which makes calling anyone difficult. Long story short, no more T-Mobile for me.

Great service and fast

This is a horrible store and I had a horrible experience today. I wanted to return an air pod and case and they treated me like I stole the products, even though I purchase them late yesterday evening with a receipt. Just go to the directly to Apple when you want to purchase anything. Store associates that gave me poor service was Juliette. She will treat people of color like they all steal.

Excellent Customer Service!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH T-MOBILE. They promise you things to get you to move to their carrier and then a few months later change what they told you. I have only been with them 6 months and they have now taken away a discount that I was receiving on my bill. We were also told we could upgrade our phones at any time and come to find out you either have to have 1/2 your phone paid or pay the balance. My daughter cracked her phone and went in to get it fixed and they said she would have to pay the $150 deductible on her insurance to get the phone in good order and then pay the balance of the phone to trade up. I pay monthly for insurance and I still have to pay $150. Ridiculous. VERY UNHAPPY! Will definately move when I am able to.

A little bit of computer issues but wasnt his fault. I was getting annoyed but Joseph was a big help and positive the whole time. Overall a good experience

The store has generally treated us well, me and my mother, but they are employees of T-Mobile, and because T-Mobile isnt the kindest and most courteous company, they will offer you deals and promotions that may not be in your best interest long-term. My biggest advice for shopping at any T-Mobile location or online is to give yourself the time to go over the details of any agreement you make before you put money on the line. And ALWAYS try manufacture warranties before T-Mobile, else you will GUARANTEED recieve a refubished device just as likely to have the same issues you were having or worse. Its just the practice of T-Mobile, but if youre aware and take things slowly, you can get a good deal and if youre generally nice to the employees they arent opposed to making sure you have headphones with your new flagship with a nice legitimately helpful deal (ofc not everywhere all the time). Dont expect to have you hand held with T-Mobile, you got to have some persistence and understand what the intentions of a mobile marketer ought to be.

Very poor customer service tried to get a new screen protector for my phone they told me they give me one because I dont have the original I have warranty on the screen so how can not a get new plus when it show on file that I purchased it 3 months ago serena and Andy dont deal with them
