Took my desk top to Scan for repair. Needed a new hard drive. Chris not only installed a new hard drive but was able to save 92% of the info on the old hard drive. He cleaned all the components and made sure everything was in working order before I picked it up.When I picked it up, Chris spent about 45 minutes explaining everything to me.As an old guy with very little computer knowledge it was quite helpful. He explained how I had to download AOL again. Everything worked perfectly. I was however not able to print. When I called for assistance I was informed I had to reinstall the printer software. Once I did that everything worked. What a pleasure to do business with Scan Corporation. The front desk young lady was beyond helpful.I highly recommend this company for all your computer repairs. Better than 5 Stars.

My 95 year old dad, a WW II veteran wanted to upgrade his laptop. I contacted Scan and they had a 17 Lenovo i7. We drove over from Polk County to check it out.What great service! They gave him a decent trade-in on his laptop that had a damaged keyboard, completed the Windows installation and customized it for him.Cant thank the entire staff enough for the patience and time spent with us to make my dad at ease.By far, the best experience I have ever had with a computer purchase and will definitely return to Scan for any tech needs.

I discovered that my work laptop was splitting at its seams. Very strange. I took it in to ScanCorporation as soon as they opened in the morning because I couldnt afford to be without my laptop for very long. Chris, the owner, dropped what he was doing to address my problem. I received a call a short time later that my battery was expanding and could potentially explode. In order to get my laptop promptly back into my hands Chris had a replacement battery expedited in. It took just 5 hours total and I was back in business. Also, Mykayla, who works the front office, was exceptionally polite, professional, and very responsive with frequent updates to the situation. I genuinely feel like they treated me as their most important customer. Thank you Chris and Mykayla for saving my day!

I purchased a used computer from this company on Tuesday. It was an emergency purchase because I was having issues with my laptop. My initial contact was on FB Marketplace with Sammie. She was super quick to respond, answered my questions promptly and offered a suggestion on how I could get around something that was missing on the used unit I was inquiring about but was necessary for my daily use.My second contact was with Chris, when I entered the store late in the day. He was also extremely polite and helpful, even though I came in close to closing time. He even took the time to take a look at my laptop with suggestions on possible solutions to repair my laptop.My purchase transaction was very smooth and pleasant.I will most certainly be using them again for my computer and accessories purchases as well as repair. They are a little out of my way but their professionalism and ability to make an aggregating situation for me much less stressful is worth the drive.

Best I.T. service in town! Chris and Diego were the techs that helped me with my Laptop. Havent had any issues with it since. I love that they have a warranty on the work they do and there not like big companys that charge you an arm and a leg for every little thing they do to your laptop. They explained to me everything they did and I had it back within 2 days! Most places keep it for 2 weeks or so. Will definitely recommend to anyone. I went in because my external hard drive was no longer communicating with my computer and I thought that my external hard drive was bad and that I needed him to extract the information off of the hard drive however it wasn’t.The connector was bad he ordered me a new case and I was good to go! The staff was exceptionally nice and very professional. I would recommend anyone who needs computer services to patronize this business.

If you have problems with your computer, this is the best place to go and have it checked. Chris is very accommodating and knowledgeable. I give them a 5 star and highly recommend them.

These guys are the Fixers! I took my computer to Best Buy, they wanted over $200 to wipe it clean and start over. They didnt even want to try and figure out the issue. But, I wanted and needed my data. Chris was able to not only save my data, but FIX the issue for less than half the price!! Im still blown away by that.
