Extremely SLOW. Not helpful at all sent me to a different store. Wth????

Great fast and friendly service but the blonde young man with glasses at this location is very rude, bad attitude and not very friendly at all. not going back to this location again especially after he sold me the worse phone i ever owned . not happy at all with the experience he gave me .

K. I dont know if this is the place next to Dollar General. I just purchased an upgrade and was told by the woman that if I was not satisfied with the phone I could return it in 30 days. I hate this phone. She told me the signal was great on this phone. Well, the signal is horrible. Now I just found out I cant return the phone because it was an upgrade. Your employees need to get their facts straight. I am so upset. I despise this phone.

This is literally the worst location Ive ever been to you are better off calling 611 and talking to Metro directly then dealing with the dummies behind the counter

Very informative and courteous as soon as we walked in. Definitely recommend visiting this location should you be interested in their affordable and extensive phone plans.

Great customer service. I went to add a line for my son. I was given the best way to do so. Helped me pick a phone out and knew a lot about them. Helped me pick out a case. Very friendly. Overall great experience. I used to make a trip out of the way to a specific store but now this will be my new go to. Glad they opened this location. My only suggestion is to update your store hours online. They are not accurate.

They have a toll free number for every store. You can not get any help from anyone when you call. It is a horrible system.

Good and quick service. It looked as though a lot of the phones being sold and signage were really out of date though. Not a very great selection of modern phones, but they had no problem activating my walk-in device.

Had great service and offered great devices with reasonable prices and knew everything they were doing and even waited when we looked for money that found later great staff

Terrrrrrrible. They make guaruntees and then do not follow through. They will charge you whatever they like without any regulations. CROOKS
