I was ready to trade in my iPhone for a newer model, and since this location is right down the road and they have helped us lower our monthly bill in the past, I figured Id go in and see what they could do for me this time. We were helped by Lucas, who, after researching different plans and trade-in options, was able to get my parents and I on a better plan for a few dollars more than we were already paying, as well as a great trade-in deal that knocked off a few hundred dollars off the cost of a new phone. Not only did he help me with my phone, but he also set up my parents with new phones as well, and found awesome deals for their lines.Lucas went above and beyond to assist us, including staying an extra hour past closing time trying to complete our transaction when the WiFi was knocked out during a thunderstorm. He ended up coming in the next morning on his day off just to finish the transaction and help my Dad order his new phone.I would definitely recommend coming to this Victra location, as all of the employees are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the products, service plans, and accessories needed. Next time you stop in, ask for Lucas; you wont be disappointed!

You ever wanted to take 7hrs to buy a phone, because of low staff, while the employees play movies & games on their phones well you come to the right place. Where every customer knows to turn back around, because the staff doesnt know how to work properly. I highly recommend the one in Sarasota or any other in fact where they know what the customers need

I was planning on switching service to Verizon. However when I went into the store I was treated like a criminal. I was told i couldnt go near the phones, because he couldnt keep an eye on me. The phones are secured displays with alarms. How am i supposed to decide what phone I want without looking at it. Forget it. I guess AT&T wins. Cheaper and better customer service

Went to activate a phone through this retail store. When I canceled service 2 days after activation, representative never canceled. Currently stuck with a bill for a half a month. I’ve brought this to Verizon attention and the best they could do is a 5.00 credit. Absolutely terrible service and would not recommend this location.

Patrick was incredibly patient and worked diligently with my transfer to Verizon after 23 years at a competitor. He was very personable and made time to help me with the setup. Aaron was also extremely helpful and pleasant- using a team approach these 2 clearly know their systems and product offerings ! A great experience 👍🏻

Justin was awesome. He was REALLY REALLY patient and extremely helpful. My transition from android to iPhone was a lot more difficult than it should’ve been but Justin went above and beyond, made phone call after phone call, and got help from everybody that he needed until everything was completed. His customer service skills were/are top notch and I REALLY appreciated that!!!

Patrick was wonderful to deal with. Mainly, not a salesman trying to sale me something I did not need. Asked what I was looking for and gave me my options. Was very patient with all my questions. (Went from an Apple to an android ) And, he was the only employee in the store and juggled all of us and from what I could tell, we all left happy.😊

Ive been working for the same company for 12 years, employer a very good guy that would give you the shirt off his back hes also very vocal and compassionate when talking that many confuse to be attitude . Most people get into defense mode when talking to him. The manager of this private location is very professional, even after knowing he could not help us with our problem or that we were going to buy anything. It is rare to find professionals that can hold it together when dealing with individuals like my employer. I am not rating Verizon Wireless but the staff at this location. Staff reflect management their management team is on point and I would recommend spending money at this location to support the few go above and beyond.

Went to Verizon today because my phone wouldnt turn on. Josh did what he could to revive my Note 4 but no luck. Josh spent a lot of time going over all the options I had for phones and prices. He did an excellent job taking care ofeverything I needed.

Only 1 employee there at a time, so wait times for service is crazy. Waited 30 minutes, was told it would be another 1 3/4 hours before he was finished with 1 customer. Told us we could wait or go have lunch and come back OR we could go to corporate store and have a 3 hour wait. Guess Ill be checking out other locations.

Originally I went to the store close to Sarasota Memorial. They talked me into buying. Their hum device. The manager who sold it to me said if I wasnt happy for any reason you would take it back within 30 days I did not like the features it didnt work very well and so I took it back 2 weeks later. And he wouldnt even speak to me in person he said they would not refund it even though one of their employees employees remove the device from my car. If you want that kind of service I tell you do not go to there A Verizon locations. So thats not all whenever I called to get it returned he said they do not take returns so bold-faced lie number one then I contacted regular Verizon and they reached out to the manager one more time he says oh I will take care of it is all a mistake. Bold-faced number 2. so I call back. I called back to the young man who remove the device and boss said hang up do not talk to him ridiculous he said they couldnt find it anywhere boldface number what number is it is so many for a manager to do that kind of business buyer beware tell people about it do not go to it do not tell him theyre going to rob you blind the manager. do you want to do business with somebody thats a bold-faced liar buyer beware!!

Bought a pixel 2 from this place and exactly 13 days later it stopped working. Phone has been in an otter box and hasn’t been dropped. Screen is black and the phone is on. So either this is a dud or this place “refurbishes” phones for resale so if you have another place to go for a phone, go there instead.I will update this depending on what’s done to remedy the problem and how quickly it’s done.

Its a small store, not usually busy, however if there are more than one customers it could take a while. They only seem to staff one person at a time, sometimes 2. The day I bought my new phone there were three people staffed...Everyone is very nice, they can only do one thing at a time foljs..give them a break..Have patience or go to a larger store.

Absolutely the worst service! Went to purchase 3 phones and agent refused to show me what colors they had in stock. She lost a big sale. I went again today to purchase a new glass screen protector and when I entered, the agent (A male) was less than happy to help. He didnt show me anything, he went to the wall of screen protectors and grabbed me one for an iPhone 6 (I have a 7) and sat back down at his desk. Unreal! I asked if they had the audio converter for my phone so I could use in car to listen to music and he said, you have a iPhone 6 so you dont need it that it was only for iPhone 7. So again, they lost my business and I will never return. I suggest you train your team to see what the needs of your customers are and some customer service seminars. I would rather drive out of my way to the Verizon store on Cortez and 41.

THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE. Its basically renting the name to sell their products. Youre far far better off visiting the Cortez store. At least there they can access our account..Visited the store looking for an upgrade. Spent an hour inside while the employee handled two separate people at once. He told us a few times were better off visiting another store, plenty of cussing, and wishing no one had come in so he could drink coffee all morning while watching Netflix. While Id happily agree with the sentiment we left only to find out he opened two entirely new lines on our account instead of Ordering the phones so theyd be in stock for us in the store come the end of the month.Have to file fraud reports and lockdown our account for lords know how long now because all we wanted to do was lower our plan and upgrade..

When I walked there were only two employees each helping a customer I was not greeted when I entered nor was I acknowledged the entire time I was in the store I was there for a solid 20 minutes and not once did either employee say hello or even we will be with you soon I was totally ignored. Customer service here was terrible I walked out and will be sure to only work with another Verizon store.

After two months we are still trying to get billing issues resolved. Verizon won’t help because the phones were purchased here. Back to the Victra store again today. Frustrating. Next time I’ll deal with the actual Verizon store.
