Please please don’t go to this store. Either go directly to apple or pick another store, this store has gone down hill. Store manager hates woman, I will never waste my money nor time there again. I was there to pick up a freebie. I wanted to up grade phone and watch. He told me I couldn’t do it. My phone was not on the up grade program. Well it is, always has been. STORE MANAGER very UNCOOPERATIVE NOT GOING THERE EVER AGAIN. That STORE WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN. I will not PUT UP WITH RUDE STORE MANAGERS!!!
Visited to get my phone set up with a family plan. Was a Sprint costumer so was migrating to T-Mobile. Associate Devon took care of this from start to finish to make sure everything was moved from my old phone to the new one. Amazing patience.
Lio was great. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with me. If I have ant problems in the future I will come back to this store.Bless you Lio.

Went to store 2 times about a phone and employee s were very helpful. Went back 3rd day to complete transaction,arrived there 11:15 am and store was closed. Store hours ware 11:00 an to 6:00 PM. Left at 11:51 am and no one was there to open store., came back at 2:09 pm and store still was not open so went to the T Mobile store on Cortez and and Hwy 41.
The employees at this store are outstanding!! I was having the hardest time upgrading my phone and had to go to the store three days in a row. Everyday the employees treated me with respect and did everything they could do to help! I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs a new phone or service. I am one happy customer and truly appreciated their patience and kindness, you guys are seriously awesome!! :)
I’m not a T-Mobile customer, I was buying a car charger for my new car, my experience there was kind of shaking in the beginning because there was a customer that had a nasty attitude towards David who is the manager who was very polite and respectful and knowledgeable about everything of T-Mobile, I wanted to say thank you so much for helping me out! David has convince me to switch over to T-Mobile from Sprint for a awesome military discount! Thanks a lot! I can’t wait to see you guys soon when I’m back in Florida
I recently needed to change my plan and went to this store. Hector took excellent care of me, he was extremely patient, professional and courteous. He spent nearly 2 hours working with me and made sure to follow up with me afterwards. He went out of his way to address my concerns and he bent over backwards to make sure I was able to take advantage of an ongoing company promotion, thus in turn saving me a considerable amount of money. I have gone to other T-Mobile stores and have always had a positive result, but the quality of attention to detail at this particular store goes beyond the standard customer experience. I highly recommend it, and will continue to only go to this store..
I just left from here and Marcella and David are so much help. My son passed away 7months ago and he had a T-Mobile account and I didn’t know what were the steps and process of trying to cancel the line but they’ve convinced me to switch over thank you both for the comfort and positive things you both have lifted up my spirits thank you both so much I’ll see you both next week!!!!

Employees are worse than useless when it comes to old Sprint customers
I came in store to pay my bill and had a couple questions about my phone as I walked in Estiaan the manager and Josh greeted me. The great thing about this store is you can get help immediately, theres not a lot of people waiting. While Josh was taking my payment, Estiaan helped me find the issues with my phone and also showed me their promotion for a free tablet and car hotspot, which im happy i got to help amuse my kids.
Store says they open up at 10:00 a.m here... Its 10:40 and I just tried to enter but was locked. First bad experience here, not good.

I went in on a Tuesday to receive the free T-Mobile wallet. I just have to say how unwanted and unappreciated I felt as a long time T-Mobile customer. David the manager had a disgusting, despicable, and disreputable attitude towards me the entire time I was there.Trust me after the first minute talking to him and explaining my visit I was not trying to stick around any longer than needed. Which was a bummer because I also wanted to look at the new iPhones, but I couldnt stand to be there with his negative energy and the vibes I was picking up from this man that proudly calls himself the manager. Let me go into detail. Im inside the store no longer than a minute before he walks up to greet me (where I give one star).Okay great, awesome I thought, this is going to be fast.David asks if he can help me, I respond, Yes, Hello. Im here for the T-Mobile Wallet being given to T-Mobile customers. He says to me with a blank face, Okay.Instantly, I sensed some type of hesitation from his end, doubting I was a T-mobile customer.So then I pull my phone out because Im sure he wouldve just stayed there looking at me like Im from some type of parallel universe or something.(Seriously theres no telling how long he wouldve just stayed there looking at me in awkward silence,I felt very uncomfortable).He didnt politely ask me to pull up the redeem page or even tried to help me through the process, maybe explain something I was starting to think I missed. I pull my phone out, open up the app, and pulled up the page. Hes watching me do all of this and when I get to the redeem page he still stays looking at me.I cant get over how uncomfortable it was for me to stand there with him and STILL no response!DAVID REALLY NEEDS TO BE TRAINED ON BASIC HUMAN COMMUNICATION.So, again Im the one who has to speak up. I ask him are there any left?(I know its while supplies last, I 100 percent am understanding of that).At this point I had not hit the redeem button because a 5 minute timer goes off and wouldve been willing to drive to another location if the wallets were no longer available at this particular T-Mobile. His answer, Yea. I respond, Okay, cool. David, still looking at me with doubt, and hesitation in his eyes, like what more does he want from me??He then proceeds to hit the redeem button without even asking if he can touch my phone.Im just trying to leave ASAP at this point, Im thinking, Dude please just give me my wallet and let me be on my way because you are close to seeing an ugly side of me that I am not proud of.I stayed civil for the sake of the other customers that were in the store.David hits the redeem button and then he puts his hands on his hips.He asks me, Do you always come here?What kind of question is that?First off, I pay my bill online so I dont spend gas.Second, its not like Im buying a new phone every month.Third, I dont feel the need to buy cases and screen protectors in store because theres always better and for less online.Fourth, its not every Tuesday that something free is being given away.Fifth, I didnt know you had to ALWAYS go to ONE PARTICULAR store?!This guy is throwing serious doubt at me still!!The sad part is I bought my iPhone7Plus at this location, but that isnt enough for David. David wants to hire a private investigator to MAKE SURE you are a T-mobile customer. David wants to you pull up your payment/account history on demand.While all of this is happening David still wont believe you, so just give him your S.S.N. while your at it!Maybe, just MAYBE thatll be enough for DAVID!So I say, Yes, and I hop around depending where Im at.He goes, Hmm, okay, well let me go get that for you.FINALLY! He goes and comes quick, RIDICULOUS! Absolutely ridiculous. Hands me the wallet and I leave!Then I notice he follows behind me, I exit and am walking to my car. David is watching me walk to my car!? & not from the inside, noo, the door wide open to watch me walk away. WHY??!! Unprofessional! I expect David to be fired, because no other customer should have to go through what I did.
Staff is either not knowledgeable or didn’t want to help at all. Went for the $140 no hidden fees plan and somehow they were trying to charge more. After I expressed my concern they set everything up. Still end up with $145 plan that I had to chat with T-Mobile to remove the $5 overcharge. No link to Netflix either. Had to fix everything.
Horrible memorial weekend experience; bought Samsung S7 nearly $500. After 6 hours more than half my contacts didnt transfer. Charged cell to 100% unplugged and set up email account battery went down to 85%. Charged again within a few minutes of texting & couple fast calls battery down to 83%. Phone overheats to point concerned it would catch on fire. Also cannot look up contacts while on a call. Charged $50 restock fee for promptly returning defective cell. Filled out text survey got a call from David who claims to be a manager if true he has a lot to learn about customer service and how to deescalate issues. Worse, he lies tried to tell me cell is not defective and that my husband didnt say anything about cell being defective he is a flat out liar. TMobile credited my account the $50 so we are only out a lot of time and trouble. David needs to be fired for being dishonest and antagonistic; worst customer service weve ever had from anycell company. We were also quoted incorrect monthly pricing. Overall terrible experience do not recommend this store or Samsung S7.
I wish there was Zero stars.I went to this “corporate store” for an appointment that was set up through the customer service support, it was supposed to be at 4:00 PM. I arrived at 3:45 like a resposible customer and i wasnt spoken to until 4:35 PM. When i was finaly seen by the rude manager he claimed he had no idea of the appointment. So he claimed that he wasnt able to help me and that my issue had to be taken care of by me and the customer service representative. An employe tried to help me calling the customer number and he was asked to hang up by the manager and that I was supposed to take care of that myself. So they sent me on my way, i called while i was outside of the store and the representative told me that they were supposed to help me so i went back to the store and the manager was rude to the representative himself. They had to contact a supervisor to take care of this issue. So i wasted all my time and patience with the worst customer service experience of a lifetime. Worst service ever from the store manager he could use some training on basic human interaction.
This store has been my go to since they opened. had the chance to speak to the manager David recently and he has taken this store a long way and it shows! Aj the representative took care of all my needs and both have been very professional and plan to keep going back! while i was there i witnessed an aggravated customer and David wasted no time to deescalate the situation. 11/10 check these guys out!
