Will steal credit card info, MANAGER LOVES TO FRAUDULENTLY CHARGE CARDS THAT ARE NOT SETUP ON AUTOPAY!

This location never got back to me after two inquiry submissions; I went to Aaron’s again and received a response in the same day.** Response: you’ll find two submissions under Christopher Reilly, not Drew. There’s no point in reaching out to your customer service department, your regional manager had already tried to reach out to me.There isn’t anything else you can do for me, thanks though! Just an awful customer service experience in general.

Absolutely rude- called to confirm I would make payment in cash and was basically told no I would have to make a payment on my card. After explaining the situation the customer service representative told me that they would cancel the payment on my card and just come pick up the merchandise. If I could give 0 starts I would. Very unhelpful.

Cant wait to pay off my TV ever since I returned a couple of stuff back because my wife lost her job they have been treating me different!! I couldnt pay one week and told him if I can pay double the following week they told me no. mind you I spent over 3,000$$ there!!! I do not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cannot believe how rude TIM (store employee) was to myself and my fiancé. Was inquiring about a couch that was obviously prior ruined. Pictures will tell the story! Short story... don’t go here(period)

They say theyll work with you but its not like that!! I had an issue with charges being charged to my bank account without my authorization, so my account was placed on a hold.. it just so happened to be around the time for payment for RAC.. I explained to them what happened & at 1st they were like Were sorry to hear that & when do you think youll be able to be in Yall know how they do.. I told them I really didnt know but Id still try to come in to pay somehow - Theyve been to my house & called every day since I 1st spoke with them on the 15th!! So NO I AM NOT PLEASED!!!

They said they would work us after us just being behind ONE payment. We told them we would make 2 payments the next time our payment is due....They charged us 4 times the price that you would pay retail for it. We had them come out and pick their overpriced crap. The guy came out and called us names. Broke the outlet in our laundry room. Scarped our walls. And when he saw what he did he just said oh well not my problem. Will never do business with these pill poppers again. Oh and Josh asked me if I wanted to go in the back and smoke when with him....

Found a laptop on line, I called them they said they had it so I went in and they didnt have it. They told me they could get it from another store and it would be there in two days for me to pick it up. I went in to get it and they tried to give me a used one, not the new one I paid for. I didnt pay for a used one! So they told me to take that one until a new one came in. I said no I didnt pay for a used one and I wasnt taking it. Then they tell me it will take two weeks or more for a new one to come in. So why didnt they tell me this up front?

Awful awful service! Told us that we had to pay full price for something that was broke, accidentally! When we had the first 2 weeks free! Staff was very disrespectful!

I had a bad experience with Rent A Center years ago but was willing to give them another shot.. Glad I did I have been Pleased with their Customer Service so far - Kelly has been amazing.

Never rent from theses people they are horrible. They are rude and disrespectful and everything will never go back here again.

Their products are trashed just look at the area surrounding the store the people who work there knowingly rip everyone off
