Absolutely terrible customer service. Supposedly an established name in sportswear, yet:> No free returns,> No price match,> Orders ship very slowly.I wouldnt recommend unless you know exactly what you want, you have tried it on, and you have enough time to get it.Ordered a jacket, took almost two days to ship, then when I noticed I wouldnt get it on time, I asked them to cancel the order. Claimed they couldnt do it even though it hadnt shipped yet. Now Im supposed to pay a $10 return fee.Id stay away until they update their policies to really serve their customers.

I purchase a Jacket for my daughter, it was to small for her. I try to return it and its telling me product is not returnable. At no point during my online purchase was I notify that the product was not returnable. I was reading other reviews and it looks like Im not the only one. I email customer service but after reading other reviews dont think they will reply back. Im stuck with a $185.00 jacket that does not fit mi daughter right. Well I guess s they just lost another customer.

Spyder is a garbage company. I ordered a Gore-Tex shell from them based off of their size chart, the sleeves are way short. Theyre refusing to allow me to exchange for a larger size, claiming it was a final sale item. Nowhere on their site did it say final sale item, nor was there a disclaimer anywhere throughout the purchase process stating it was not returnable. Based off of reviews this had been occuring for years, how theyre still in business I dont know.

Useless place for spyder. Some weird affiliate dont waste your time they wont even answer bell an hour before close.

My first review wasnt that great because last year (2018) my order arrived later than expected. I am updating it today because customer care was very empathetic to my concerns and truly wanted to make me happy. I received my beautiful hooded jacket and its my every day wear now! I love the extra pockets and the fact that, even thou its thin, (not bulky), it still keeps me warm in 30 degrees weather. Thank you Spyder for taking good care of me and my order!

Dont waste your money on this company! There are many other high end companies out there with MUCH better customer service. I took my coat in 7 and 1/2 wks ago to get the zipper fixed. First of all, why would a Spyder coat have such a crappy zipper. But, ok, good that they were willing to fix it. I STILL DONT HAVE MY COAT BACK!!! Other high end companies would have replaced the product to ensure I have a winter coat in the winter. Not Spyder!I have written 2 emails which were answered basically saying my bad luck to need my coat fixed during their busy time. No product replacement, no coat, NOTHING!!POOR POOR customer service...dont do it!

Refused to let me return a jacket I ordered for a different size. Claimed promo code I used was meant for employees only. How was I to know that?? Now stuck with a jacket I cant even wear. I dont recommend doing business with this company!! Ill be calling my credit card company to try to fight the charge. What a bunch of BS

Fraudulent sales practices, horrible customer service. After placing an order they arbitrarily cancelled it. They refused to offer an explanation. After I called customer service they refused to honor the sale price and wanted to charge me double to place the order again.

Bought an Outbound jacket for my grandson. The size chart they have online is WAY OFF by about 2 sizes. I had to send it back and they charged me for shipping to send me the right size. I called Customer Service and the Rep was so rude, indignant and condescending. He was rather disrespectful actually. Its sad to see customer service rolling down hill so fast and that this company would hire people like this to handle customer service issues. First and last time I will order from Spyder and Ill spread that word too! Shame on Spyder. I would not recommend ordering online. If you cant find it in a store, dont buy it online.Update: Spyder reached out to me and credited me half the cost of the item I bought. Everything was done through email but I appreciate them making the effort to reach our to me and to make things right. Thank you to Spyder.

People were so rude when we walked in. The girl who greated us was very rude. I informed her I was a desinger and not just shopping, she just pointed us to the door as if we were criminals. It was very uncomfortable. So sad because I have always loved spyder. We traveled all day to get there just to be treated so rudely really made me think twice about this company.

I bought a Spyder jacket at the same time my wife bought 2. I had some issues with the zipper on the jacket, and Spyders customer service was willing to take care of the issues for me at no charge after some quick email correspondence.
