This is a great store for high quality outdoors clothing. They have remarkably well designed clothes and have alteration services in store in you need to have any piece of clothing adjusted.

I received excellent service today at the Boulder location. Patrick was very knowledgeable and attentive! He made multiple trips to the stock room to help me figure out my size in their trousers.

Really great staff! They have more than those backpacks! The pants are extremely durable, look good, and fit really well. Definitely worth the investment.

We walked into the shop and someone quickly asked if we needed help. We said we were just looking around in order to see everything before making a decision. We had already bought a coat here before Christmas and love the coat. So we intended to buy another but wanted to see the options. We walked around the store towards the back and a seamstress was very pleasant, smiling and nodding. We got back to the front and started taking a coat down and realized nobody was going to help us now. The coat we chose apparently had to compete with the conversation going on between the two workers at the front. They were having a good old conversation. We had to ask if he could get a coat down for us and he did, without pleasantries, and walked away. We both felt like we had interrupted something very important but they were less than 10 feet away so we knew that wasnt the case. Welooked over at the two that were still talking a few times to see if anyone wanted to show us the advantages of the coat or a reason to buy from here, nothing. So we left. Wont buy anything else from here and should return the coat already bought from here since its cheaper elsewhere. We just wanted to support the brick and mortar.

Amazing service. the workers interact with you when you enter the store. super impressed. also very nice quality backpacks and great customer service! backpacks are worth the price and super functional, if you get to use them a lot. they actually fit way more than it seems and it makes everything a lot lighter than a different backpack! I use mine for school and I love it

Pretty expensive but their pants are made to last a lifetime and onsite tailoring! Also the company is 60% sustainable. Super cool place altogether.

Just received my boots. Expensive but wouldf be wonderful if the fit was right. I need to exchange or return and there is no paperwork in the box, store doesnt take returns, and no answer at phone-service center. These boots were $350. Im not happy.

Had a disappointing warranty repair here.They used a weird off color (purple?) zipper replacement, and accidently sewed the pocket half shut in the process so cell phones no longer fit.Also didnt bother to flush the fabric to repair the seam failures, so it bunches internally when you sit.Will be paying a tailor to fix the repair they did to my pants.

Expensive high end European outdoor gear. Nice smaller store with a surprisingly decent selection. The hiking shoes I got are wonderful and definitely lasted >150 miles of hiking this summer no problem. They also stand by their warrantee. Had a zipper on a wallet fail, just brought it in and they replaced it on the spot no questions asked.

They truly stand behide their products! I had a rip in my bag and they just gave me another one no questions. There are no more companies that stand behide their products as much as fjallraven does! They have a customer for life!

Cool place. I had never heard about them until I came in. I bought a really great jacket from them. Pricey. I paid 180 which doesnt even come close to some of the prices in this store. For some that is chump change but to me it is still quite a lot. This store was kind of hectic and not all of the prices were apparent. The quality of the garments is distinct and noticeable.

Fantastic place to come for great outdoor gear. Stopped in one day just cruising around the city and the crew was super helpful and the gear was awesome! Feel like I totally found hidden gem!

This is a wonderful place to buy probably the best quality outdoor/winter or even summer gear. If youre willing to buy North face gear (which is expensive), just come here. They have lifetime warranties for all of there product. They have a little section where they actually fix your gear in the shop so it doesnt have to be shipped out to another facility. However, they are super steep on prices, but you get an amazing product. If you find something you like take a pic of it and see if the outlet store in Castle Rock has it. They usually have really good deal because its there out of season store so everything is discounted by at least 30-50% plus they sometimes have deals on top of deals there. Check it out.

Great gear that last a lifetime. Expensive, but worth it if you are going use it for a long time. One of the staff, Jordan, has always been extremely helpful.

They helped me find the perfect Fjallraven Down Singi jacket, and matching High Coast Tights. I love the Navy color and how wonderfully crafted this parka is. Then surprise! Fjallraven was running a special if you buy a parka, they gift you a free Kanken. Yay! Thank you Steve and Ben!
