Ive taken a couple cars here over the last decade or so and always get fast service and great recommendations. They even send me coupons and offer some in store for some great prices. Friendly staff and they let my pup chill inside. Inside they have coffee and complimentary beverages as well as a screen that says how long youll have to wait.

DO NOT GO HERE.I took my car in for a routine oil change. It was running just fine. After the service, my transmission was not running correctly. My mechanic told me what was obvious: the transmission was ruined during the oil change. Grease Monkey denied that it was their fault and would not give me any real compensation.Id give them 0 stars if possible.

BEWARE!!! A Thief works at this location. I’m handicapped. I took my car in for an oil change. I left my handicap placard inside the glove compartment of the car. Got the oil change, paid the bill and left. A bit later, that same morning, I went grocery shopping. Parked and ready to pull out my placard, I discovered the placard had been taken from the glove compartment. I called grease monkey. No response, I couldn’t get anyone to call me back. I called their HQ offices asking for help. IGNORED. To this day, not even an acknowledgement a theft took place. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere, especially if you’re handicapped. Later a neighbor told me handiyplacards are sold on the net for a lot of money. Shameful. Like I said, keep driving, particularly if you’re handicapped. It’s not worth the hassle of a placard being stolen

Convenient drive in oil change service. Never too busy from my experience here. Service is express, generally in and out for an oil change within 20-30 minutes. Prices are not inexpensive but comparable to my dealership, with better service

I got my oil changed at the Bothell Grease Monkey recently and it was a regular painless and quick process. They whole team were professional and quick. Where they really impressed my was when I called the next morning. My car was making a weird noise. They told me to bring it back in and theyd take a look. They checked everything again, air filter, power steering, transmission and fan belt trying to diagnose the origin. These guys were great. Ill be back.

Ive been meaning to do this, but I had such an awesome experience at this location. Ive usually taken my car to Oil Can Henrys or Jiffy Lube, and the experience is night and day. The crew there was so kind and polite, efficient, and thorough with their work. Ill never go to another place again to get my car serviced.

We always have great service here. Most recently, I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation, and added on a transmission service. I was able to stay in my vehicle the whole time, and was on my way back home in roughly 30 minutes. Consistently great customer service, and the ability to stay in my car during COVID times really means a lot. Highly recommend this place!

Missed a loose valve. There are two. Warrantee is three days but it took 5 to lose ability to cool. If I ant it recharged, another $130 + tax. Not happy

A second time I’ve been here, first time not enough oil was added. This time one my low mileage truck, they said it was due for a break fluid flush. That’s not a thing and not in the owners manual maintenance schedule. 80$ for an unnecessary service they said was “due”.I won’t be going back.

I called them, my car key wasn’t working. They came and inspected my problem. I am thankful to them for coming on such a short notice. I really like their prompt response. I don’t remember the name of the guy but he was very helpful.

Bothell Everett Highway location is a great place to get service. Have been going there long before they moved from the downtown Bothell location. Cool people work there. Never a bad experience.

This is the place that I like to get my cars service now. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. They are really good about getting you in and out quick and they have juice boxes for the kids. As a bonus... if your a fan of Double Bubble (WIN), they usually have a big tub of it on the counter for you to indulge your childhood memories.

Had a great conversation with General Manager Adam who made it right. We will bring business back for another chance because of Adam.Went in for an oil change 8.14.2020 at 8am. John the manager didn’t explain at check out why floors weren’t being vacuumed I get if it’s due to COVID-19 that’s fine say that when you are checking the person out. At the time of check out I asked John for the early bird discount printed on their counter in the lobby that they offer from 8am to 10am. Didn’t receive it.Called back today 8.15.2020 and spoke with Danny who when I asked about the carpets not being vacuumed and it saying declined on my receipt his response was to come in and talk to John or manager on duty at any time. After paying $60 for the oil change I was going to get my carpets vacuumed. So I went back. Danny stated that he didn’t understand what I was asking and that they are not vacuuming carpets due to COVID-19 ok I totally get that. I noticed I still didn’t receive the early bird discount on my invoice. Danny confirmed that yes they do that from 8am - 10am daily. I pointed out I was their first customer yesterday at 8am on the dot. Danny said “oh well I can mark that for your next service or can I see your invoice and let me talk to my manager Dean.” Danny took my invoice to Dean who had it for 8 minutes and then came out and asked me for my coupon and told me they just don’t do it without the very specific coupon.” I looked at him and said hmm ok not what I just understood and what’s in your lobby printed on your counter. Dean just shrugged his shoulders glared at me and said have a nice day. Handed me my invoice back and walked away!All I can say is wow I have been a customer since they opened this location which they can see as it prints on each receipt. But after today‘s attitude of “tough shit” I’m not going to give an early bird discount that my staff member just said we do (so apparently Danny needs some training and we need to remove the false advertising from our counter in the lobby). I’m not going to give a loyal customer $10 early bird discount that’s printed on the counter at check out in the lobby, because you don’t have the “very specific coupon”. So I would rather loose a customer that is a 5 car household worth of oil changes then give you the $10. Because I am being lazy and don’t want to do give you what is printed in our lobby on our counter and my employee Danny confirmed.Up until now no major issues with this location but hard to believe that during a time when business are struggling you would treat a loyal local customer this way, especially when you are already not able to perform one of the services paid for due to Covid-19. John and Dean you need to train your employees so that everyone knows what you are offering and what you are not offering and not false advertise on your counter in the lobby. We like to support local businesses but we won’t be bringing our 5 cars back to you again.

I stopped in to replace a burnt out headlight bulb. They got me right in and the price was very fair. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I will continue to service my vehicle here in the future. Thank you!

I did have an unpleasant incident, but Dean the manager was very sympathetic and apologetic. He resolved it, and even called me after I left to make things right, this was an off visit, but my many previous times there the staff has been friendly and quick.

This location specifically is awesome. Was turned away at other locations trying to get a thermostat replaced. Here at the Bothell location the manager takes the time to see if they can do it, and also just has reasonable prices all around.

Incredible service. They replaced a radiator hose for me, did an oil change, topped off all the fluids, vacuumed the floors and washed my widows. The manager, James, also showed me which hoses would need replacing soon, and how to tell if they were old or not. Great customer service, and the waiting room was clean, and had coffee, juice and water to drink. All in all a great experience. Will go here again.

Ive been here several times for oil changes, service is always fast and friendly. Theyll suggest manufacturer-recommended services but wont get pushy if all you want is a basic oil change. Great location, easy in, easy out.

Fast service and very polite gentlemen. They make helpful suggestions while never being pushy about it. I really appreciate their chivalry and hard work. My husband and I have both been having our oil changed here for years, have never had anything less than a great experience, and definitely don’t plan to go anywhere else.

Best oil change! Very fast service, and you can even watch a monitor to see when your car will be ready. The service is fantastic too, and the added vacuuming is great too. I always get my tires rotated while I am there too. Not the cheapest place, but they have the best service.

They persuaded me into using their premium full oil change service, which includes external window and internal vacuuming. Guess what. In the end, they charged more than the listed price with some misc cooler/filter replacement service. Internal floor was untouched. No sign of any type of cleaning was done.

The staff at this location was very friendly and professional. They did my oil and fluids in a good amount of time, even during their busy hours. Also, i was i informed that my air filter needed changing, but the tech showed it to me first to make sure i wanted to change it, but without making me feel pressured. I will definitely be going back for future service on my new car.

Quick and convenient. Very friendly staff that explained all the options and costs up front. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. They even did a thorough job of vacuuming the inside of my vehicle, and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Love these guys. Never rude always really fast they always give us a coupon for 7 or 10 dollars off. I really like the fact that they never try to force anything on us but they let us know what needs to be done and if they dont do it there they tell us where we can get it done. The manager guy has even told us stuff he has heard about our car. like a mount that went bad on our car. these guys are always just awesome.

Great experience both times Ive been here. They talk you through the options plainly and though they offer other services, they dont try to push anything you dont need or want. One of the guys was very enthusiastic talking to me about my car and common issues with the make, and made sure I was aware of a few issues that mightve need to be looked at by a mechanic.

Outstanding service. I went there for the first time last week and will never go anywhere else. They explained my services, the facility was nice and clean, I was greeted immediately and offered coffee, etc. Lets just say their customer service far exceeds any competitors.

My wife took my truck in for an oil change. The mileage was approximately 39,000. The tech told her the truck was overdue to have its rear differential fluid replaced. But the maintenance schedule that came with the truck does not say that - it says to check meaning to top it off if its not full. I called a Certified Toyota Technician and he told me that change was usually done around 50 to 60,000 miles. Grease Monkey also recommended replacement of several other fluids which are not recommended by the maintenance schedule.In addition, they replaced the air filter at a price of $24.99 for a part that retails for $7 to $18. Given that I already know they are dishonest, I do not wish to pay for a new filter unless they can show me the part they replaced as required by law.I attempted to contact them by phone, but they dont answer and their voice mailbox is full. I tried contacting them via their website, but they did not bother to respond.By my calculations, my wife was overcharged an amount of $181.01 on a $201 invoice.

Outstanding service. These guys stayed after closing (until 6:45pm) to fix up my car when the spacers on my tires nearly killed me on the highway. If it werent for them, I would have been stranded in Bothell for the night with an inoperable vehicle. Definitely going to see them again once Im in the area. Personal thank you to James for helping me out when everyone else in the area wouldnt, and to Eddie for servicing the car even though it was a pain in the ass. I have to say I am impressed. I typically change my own oil, but Ive recently moved here from Colorado and live in an apartment complex where you cant do that. They have no problem using the oil and filter that I bring, because Im picky. Im not a fan of the upsell process here, but I chalk that up to Grease Monkeys policies more than this particular location. That being said, they are great about catching issues and communicating these, and I think the prices for the various services are pretty reasonable. Having a few sets of eyes go over the vehicle is worth the price of admission alone. Considering Im pretty picky about my car and my Jeep, these guys have done well for me.
