The crew there are very nice. I was very pleased with the work that they did to my poor car. And on top of the great mechanical and body work, they cleaned out the car really well inside and out. I almost didnt recognize my own car. Top notch company. Go with them.
I was reluctant to follow my insurance companies recommendations and allow Service King to repair my car after being rear ended. Had to file complaint with corporate office and transfer the work to another shop.This is a volume repair shop. They do fast not quality. My bumper was still clearly damaged and could be pushed off. The excuses the staff make about not doing quality work are horrible.I had to spend three times to amount of effort. To get my car repaired. File formal complaints with Progressive, and in general work to get my car repaired. I would avoid this location at all cost.Hopefully nothing negative happens to my car while driving again. If it does I wont seek repairs here. Since you will have to work to get accurate repair work.
They went above and beyond to give very good quality service. They found additional things that needed to be repaired that weren’t noticed in the first run through. They finished right on time and handled everything very professionally. I have used them before and I will use them again

Second time using this shop to fix the results of a fender bender. Their work is top notch and worth the price of admission. Recent occurance I even tried to send the owner of the other vehicle their as they didnt know any themselves as it was their first car accident ...As long as I am nearby this shop this will be my goto place for body and paint work

Quality of work was very good. Rental car arrangement was very convenient. I didnt like that they submitted the quote to insurance without letting me know first.
They were super honest when my mom and I went in there. They immediately told us that they only will do full repairs (not just partial- which is the only way we could afford fixing the car). Basically they would scrap any damaged part, even something that could be quickly and easily fixed in order to not have to work on the repair. They just replace the part completely without researching the best prices etc. So she pointed to a privately owned shop the same parking lot (docs Auto center). And without even an appointment he walked with us accross the way in order to take a quick look. (I reviewed that experience under his google reviews if you wanted to know more about how that went. *hint* It was an extremely positive one!
Super impressed with the entire process of using both Service King and Enterprise next door. Was hit in a parking lot on 3/12 and immediately just anticipated an agonizing experience with insurance and getting my car repaired. Everything was a breeze with Service King who was suggested through the insurance company I went through. Dropped off my vehicle on 3/16 and it was estimated to be repaired by 3/24 it was done early on 3/19 and it couldnt of been a more seamless process. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Picked up my vehicle and the work looks great and the interior is cleaned and sanitized. They also were great about texting any updates, would use them again but hopefully I wont have to. Thanks!

Technicians are amazing! Techs did an excellent job repairing my car and tricolor paint matches perfectly. I was rear ended by an uninsured motorist and my car looks brand new again. They did a great job providing me and my insurance an estimate in a timely manner. It took about 2 days as other structural damages were found after techs removed the bumper and trunk. My service coordinator kept me updated on progress. The front desk staff are friendly and compassionate and helped me arrange my car rental which was also located within the repair shop. Recently had some repair work done on my Audi SQ5. This is the third time Ive had to have repair work done on my car and the 3rd auto body shop. Service King was by far the best Ive worked with. They were fast, professional, and a great value for my pocketbook. If youre looking for an auto body shop, I highly recommend Service King.
Service king employees were excellent, over the phone and in person. They answered all my questions so I could understand the reason why the original paint wouldnt be a perfect match if repainted.. My SUV is a 1997 yukon and the sun over time has faded the paint.Thank you Sophia.
I do not recommend this location because they fixed my car badly work was badly done and the Bumper came out again. I do not recommend this company, The man and woman who attended me was very stupid with me and said that I am lying and do not want to fix the job they had done badly, I am not satisfied and very upset with this company and has no professionalism.
My car is not complete yet but I do have to say these guys are truly the best in the game. They keep in touch via email or text with updates on your vehicle. If you have any questions about your vehicle or what their plan is and they are happy to answer. They also have you call when you get there if you arent comfortable going into the building and come to you. Masks, maintains 6ft social distancing, and proper sanitation of vehicles so that is extra reassuring. The drop off and to get my rental only took less than 30 minutes as well!
Two experiences with this company, and two very different reviews.My first experience with Service King Mill Creek was back in early July 2020. I had some collision damage to the rear end of my vehicle (dented lift gate and bumper) and filed a claim through my insurance, who recommended this location as one of their contracted service providers.I dropped the car off, they gave my insurance an estimate, performed the work and had the car back to me a few days early. All in all it was a very easy process, and my only complaint is that there was some residue from masking off parts of the car for painting. I believe the total was around $3,500 and it was all handled through insurance.Fast forward two weeks... my office landlord hired a family member to pressure wash parts of the property and didnt tell my clinic. We parked next to a fence which was then pressure washed onto our cars, essentially sandblasting debris into the front end. The damage was minimal, small chips in the paint, but its a relatively new car and Id like to keep it looking nice and keep the value high.I take it back in to Service King for an estimate at our landlords request. Service King quotes me $2,011 and some change for the entire job.Since the guy who was pressure washing doesnt have insurance, I get put in touch with the landlords insurance and they tell me that theres no coverage but as a courtesy theyll pay the estimate, nothing more... and if I push it at all they wont pay a cent.I call Service King to see if theyll honor the estimate, and am told to expect a call back by the next day at the latest.No call back.A week later, I call in again. The manager is in a meeting, but I should expect a call by the next day at the latest.No call back.Another week goes by, and I call in again. The person who answered tells me that the estimate has been closed as all work completed, and that there were no notes to call me back. I re-explain the situation and am told that the manager is in a meeting, but I should expect a call back by the next day at the latest.No call back.Another week goes by and for a fourth time I call. I explain it all again and am put on hold. Finally someone returns and tells me that the manager was in a meeting... but they were able to speak to him briefly and get a response.And then I am told that the estimate is just an estimate, and the manager expects the total to be double or even triple what I was quoted. I explain again that this is a private pay situation as the landlords insurance issued a check directly to me for the exact amount of the estimate and refuses to pay anything else.Service King advised that I get *my* insurance involved and have them fight for the money for me, because theyd hate to see me wind up with an additional $2,000 plus out of pocket.Having had some time to think about it, I cant help but feel like they were perhaps trying to get my insurance involved for a higher profit, since I cant imagine how fixing a few paint chips (painting the front bumper) would cost equal to or more than essentially replacing the entire rear end of the car (remember they replaced the rear bumper, lift gate, emblems, an painted all of it for ~$3,400 and now are telling me that painting the front bumper would be a minimum of $2,000 but up to as high as $6,000). I understand that an estimate is an estimate, but double or triple their original quote with no concrete range of pricing seems absurd.I was so eager to use Service King again because of the work they did for me the first time, but Im so disappointed by this second attempt at working with them. Over a month of phone calls going un-returned and then to be told that I should expect double or triple what they quoted me just doesnt sit right.I took the car to another shop for a secondary quote, one that specializes in paint jobs. They quoted $600 under the original estimate of ~$2,000. I guess Ill be going there.UPDATE 10/8: Emailed and requested reply via email when asked. 4 follows ups sent since 9/17. No email.

Great service. I was kept informed of the progress of my repairs all along the wayRandy was exceptional in calming my anxiety about when I would get my car back. I received text updates notifying me all along the way. Kira and the ladies in the front office provided excellent customer service also. My car was finished before the expected date. The actual repair to my car was correct. The reason Im leaving a 2 star review is because when i received my car, it had damage to one of the wheels. I called the shop and was called a liar and was told that the shop guys wouldnt do that and if they did, they would address it. Well, not this time. My car had an additional 67 miles put on it, why so many i dont know. They didnt give me a straight answer on that. After some back and forth phone calls I did drop my car off so they can look at it. They agreed to replace the wheel but not without more insult. Still saying they did no wrong but didnt want to fight with me about it. Which is still saying that I, the customer is wrong. Looking at some other reviews it looks like this isnt the first time they damaged customer cars and denied it. Like i said the initial work was good but someone there doesnt treat customers vehicles right.

Was in a rear end accident on dec.31st 2020,the at-fault insurance told me to drop off my car at Service King so i dropped off the car for an estimate repair on jan.11th 8:30am. I had driven the car at the time of drop off,did some signing of paperwork through a tablet about where the damages are,no where it says take Valuables with you or was reminded by the person i dealt with the time of drop off. So i waited for any updates on my vehicle but no updates besides the one they send through text which isnt accurate or updated, i had to call them a few times during the 2 weeks that my car was there and just to be told were still waiting for the insurance. I was initially told by the insurance adjuster that it would only take a week to get my car fixed,so i was anxious on the following week why it was taking so long. Jan. 22 rolls around and i got a call from the insurance saying they will go ahead and total the car,so i told them if i could pick up the car first and shop around for different shop to check if i can save a little bit of money to the one Service king qouted me initially as im not trying to lose my car. So went and picked up the car on jan.22nd and guy name Paul told me on the phone before heading to the shop that you will get the car towed as the battery and other electric wirings are disconnected in the back which is understandable but when we got to see the car,it was a mess. They dumped all the stuff in the back seat that was leather, all the rear bumper and other interior plastic sharp stuff in the back. Towed it back to my house and the next day as i was cleaning my belongings,i noticed that my gopro,Vape and bluetooth connector was missing. I then called Paul the guy who was assigned to my claim and told him about it,but he instantly denied it. Saying i doubt anyone got in our gated compound while its being stored i then told him well maybe its one of the employees,im not saying its him but its within their employees. Paul went and told me that he will have a manager call me. Its now jan.26th and still no call from the manager. For a company that has 4.3 stars,last thing i need to worry about is my stuff being stolen while in their possession. SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS REPAIR SHOP IF YOU CAN!!!!!!Edit: the manager reached out to me and we worked something out but still doesnt change the fact that someone took my belongings while they have possession of my vehicle. There needs to be an accountability on who was handling my claim and whos driving who. Satisfied with the Managers customer service but the person assigned to my claim didnt have any effort to the situation.
Two years ago I had the exact same accident occur as I did just recently in a different parking lot - someone rapidly backed out of their parking slot and wiped out the front passenger side quarter of my car. The first time the woman’s insurance company wanted me to bring my car to this shop and get a rental car from the agency Service King shares office space with. So I did. This time when the AAA tow truck arrived I had them tow it directly to this Service King because I knew I’d get a high quality job and that they’d keep me informed of progress. Their level of service is top notch. Robert the shop manager is great! I picked up my car today and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
My car was involved in a hit and run while parked in my parking spot at home. A woman slammed into my grill pushing my 2015 Hyundai Sonata back 4 feet damaging the grill, hood, and various other parts of my car.Service King did an amazing job repairing the damage and completed the repairs 5 days early. My car looks and drives like before the accident! I highly recommend Service King!

Exclent service. They communicated with me evey day and did the job right in throwing a couple of added bonuses due to an error. They ordered a new grill that was not part of the insurance estimate and becuase of that they installed it free of charge.

I should of written this review sooner because it still eats at me I took my car in a little over a year ago after I had obviously had an accident. The service was iffy at best. They had some major turnover and the person looking at my car no longer worked there. Not only that but they didn’t finish everything. They said they would fix it but I don’t even feel comfortable taking my car there. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
Took my car for repair. Wade helped me through the process. He was very helpful in explaining everything. I was expecting 2 weeks to get my car done, but only a week after, I got a call that my car is ready. The car was fixed professionally and the paint job was just flawless. I highly recommend these guys.

We took our vehicle to Service King to repair damage from a rearend collision. We called and made an appointment. We dropped it off at that time and were greeted outside. It was during the covid19 pandemic. One customer service rep came out with a mask. We gave her the keys and left. This was on a monday. We were promised the repair would be completed by Friday and it was. Same individual met us outside. The car looked great. Washed also. We signed an electronic signature invoice that was emailed to us. Insurance handled everything. The rental car agency that we used to replace our car for the week was right there in the same building. Really convenient. Thank you Service King Collision.

Excellent auto body shop! They fixed my car after an accident ahead of schedule and even though my car looked terrible before, it looks like new now and drives great. Would recommend for collision work to others. They accept most insurance companies. The best part is their excellent and constant updates over email on the status of their work. I was informed of everything they were doing.

Service King did an amazing job on my front bumper after somebody scratched it in a hit and run incident. They were professional and courteous, and amazingly quick.
Brought my car in on a Tuesday morning to replace my front bumper and had it back Thursday afternoon. They kept me up to date on the repairs and even cleaned inside and out when they were done.

READ the contract they try to have you sign, especially the mouse print. They take NO responsibility for damage to your vehicle while left with them. Chances are your insurance company had you come to this place. Remember you dont have to have your car repaired here. You can go elsewhere. Maybe a shop that IS responsible for your car while in their possession.

Service King has amazing attention to detail. The location is not too hard to find and the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and friendly tone of voice. This initial review is for the customer service aspect. I will update my review once I pick up my car. I have been through several different auto shops for different purposes and I HIGHLY recommend Service King for your incident repairs. They are prompt and get you an estimate within the same day. One thing I absolutely love about this shop are their e-mail updates. Rather than getting text messages that clutter your phone, they send e-mail updates every time they hit a mile mark on your vehicles progress. I get about one or two e-mails a day. Again, I recommend Service King if you got minor damages or major. They are spot-on with integrity, customer service, and customer satisfaction.

I had an amazing experience here. I had taken my car in to get a dented door fixed and could not be happier with the results. When I walked in to drop it off I was greeted by the two lovely ladies at the front desk and they were nothing but professional and kind. My advisor/tech Sean was always super helpful too, he kept me up to date every step of the way. The thing that really topped this experience off was that they compensated me for a weeks worth of delays and the car looks brand new. Thank you Sean and staff for the amazing service. :)

Great service. The really made me feel like my car was the most important car in their shop. They even repaired a broken suspension part at no cost a couple months after my repair. Even though it wasnt necessarily thier fault.
I missed an appointment time because of bad info from State Farm and was not impressed AT ALL with the first person I had contact with - so was leery about the return appointment that was scheduled. I was paired up with KRISTIN and I could not have been more impressed. She was kind, she was friendly, she was on top of everything - she totally changed my mind about Service King. If you have a chance to ask for someone - ask for KRISTIN. Like I said, she is kind, she is knowledgeable, she is friendly, she is everything you could want to help you out in an otherwise stressful situation.

I just want to CRY for the way I have been treated. I wish I never met this shop. Poor workmanship, treated terrible, told things that were not true. I wish I new that I had choice who to use. I thought I had to use them because my insurance company recommended them. My opinion Dont use them. Marysville.
I went here because of their connection with Gieco. The service was quick and the processing of dropping my car off and picking up a rental car took just a few minutes. The car accident was stressful, but the repairs were stress-free.
They are by appointment only. They couldnt help me when I was in a bind and needed a repair done fast. Dont waste your time coming here unless you are going through your insurance or you call ahead and set up an appointment.
