Excellent service. Fixed my trucks heater fast and for a great price. Even laid out suggested maintenance for my old daily driver. All without making feel even a little worried. Even checked in about a week later to see if I had any complaints. Of course I didnt. Great place and will be back for those suggested repairs in no time.

Mark is a great guy and all the mechanics there know what they’re doing. Brought the truck in for an ac compressor repair and it was done right, for a good price and a fast turnaround time. I found Bothell Way Garage after a thorough search, and I could not be happier with the service and the folks working here! Mark was phenomenal communicating with me about the repairs, where he was at in the process, and what to do regarding the other issues my car was presenting. He was delightfully pleasant, honest and down to earth. Having worked for a mechanic before I comfortably expected my car to be in there most of the day, but they were able to get the work done in the matter of a few hours! (I know not all days at any mechanics will be like this, but it was a fantastic bonus!) Now my car drives like its new again- Mark was even kind enough to text me a few days later asking how everything was shaking out. Their quotes are almost always less than a second opinion, and if not they will let you know. Mark and Kevin did an axle swap on my Nissan Xterra. The crew did a great job of changing out shocks, axles, shackles, extended brake lines, new diff cover plate and the Xterra now has a proper gear ratio for my tire size. Ready for off-roading ! Complete disclosure: The replacement M226 axle I brought them was very much a challenge - and Kevin stepped up and did a methodical and totally professional install. Thanks guys ! 5 stars.

I was looking for a new car repair shop because I was sick of taking my car into the dealer! Two of my friends recommended this shop and I’m so impressed! Super friendly, quick to diagnose the problem and my car was repaired in one day! Reasonably priced as well! Highly recommend and will be coming back for any maintenance and repairs on my car in the future.

My 2013 Outback was seeping oil from the head, value cover and oil pan. Mark and is team of ASE mechanics were able to pull the engine and replace the gaskets for the three leaks. They have been working on my cars since 2006 and have very professional, efficient and have saved me a bunch of money when they can. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for my auto repairs.

I couldnt have asked for a better experience working with Mark, the service writer and owner of Bothell Way Garage. Joey, the service writer from Mac Truck Repair in Redmond, referred me. As explained in detail by Mark, the power steering pump on my vehicle failed catastrophically, causing the serpentine belt to snap, and my engine to overheat due to the water pump being powered by said system. Needless to say, I was incredibly worried that the head gasket blew (which they tested, and it didnt) and also potentially other issues as well. I called in midday on Tuesday, and coordinated my vehicle to be towed to the shop Wednesday. Mark told me a very reasonable timeline, especially considering how busy this shop is, having such a good reputation in the Bothell community, that hed have a quote and diagnosis by Thursday, and expected to complete the necessary repairs by Friday. I ended up getting a call only a couple hours after my vehicle was towed to the shop on Wednesday to hear what was wrong, with a very reasonable price, which aligned exactly with what ended up being the total bill in the end. Throughout the whole process, Mark was punctual, friendly, and professional. My vehicle, having so many miles on it, had various other problems, and he understood that it wasnt exactly worth it to me to fix everything. Instead, being honest and telling me exactly what was needed to repair the catastrophic problems to get my car back on the road. I got a call first thing in the morning on Thursday, a day before he said to expect the repairs to be complete, and picked it up back in complete working order. I can certainly say that businesses like BWG are what give me and others faith that there are repair shops that take utmost care of their customers. I absolutely recommend anybody in the area looking for the best service and reasonable prices to take their vehicles here for repair. And for me personally with this currently being my only car, it means the world to me.

Every time I need help with my car these guys are so wonderfully helpful! They are so nice and always try give me advice like I were family. One time I though I needed new brakes because they were squeaking sometimes, and they let me know that my brake pads were still at about 70% and dont need to be changed.They told me how I could fix the noise if I really wanted to, the cost and the labor, and that in all honesty it wasnt really necessary to spend the money on it unless I really wanted to. No up-sales, no shadiness, just honesty and kindness.I would highly recommend them, they are great to deal with!

I have an old Mercedes and someday I hit it on the curb and broke the subframe including all arms. When I tried to google fixing that problem by myself I got that is impossible but not for these guys. They fixed that and did it pretty quickly. I had the best experience here of any mechanic I have ever used - this was a huge job- the entire engine had to come all the way out to get an oil leak and to fix a bad power steering hose - it was also covered under a third party warranty- Mark is excellent and I deeply trust him with all my vehicles and that I will get a fair and honest quote and this job proves that - they did the work fast and perfectly and delt with the warranty company to get as much covered as possible - I spent about 1k out of pocket for almost 3 of worth of work - thank you Mark- Mark also hooked me up with super cool led headlights and fixed all my rear lighting and interior display panel, power windows fixed and even recharged my AC - the guys are quite good and if you have any further questions please message me - I think they are the best I have ever seen- oh and they stand behind their work too!! Get this 2 year 24k warranty on ALL WORK DONE Beautiful- now that’s being straight up- really outstanding people - take your car here -

I was fretting endlessly because I thought I was having issues with my suspension. I called Bothell Way Garage, who then instructed me to drop my car off so that it could be test driven. Their service is incredibly friendly and professional, and I have the utmost confidence that they will do right by anyone who comes in! It turned that my car was fine, but getting the peace of mind from the experts here really put me at ease! If something actually does go wrong, I wont hesitate to go back!!

Sputtering and check engine light happened yesterday. PANIC MODE. Was Sunday and everyone is closed, but called Bothell Way Garage first thing this morning, which just happened to be down the street. I called early this morning at 9, diagnosed by 1030, and repaired (new coil and spark plugs) by noon. Quick service. Friendly staff. I have never had a repair happen to fast. Easily itemized receipt. I brought in a vehicle for them to do a thorough inspection for either repair, or to decide to get rid of the vehicle. These guys spent way more time trying to identify all of the issues than I expected and they were very thorough. I received a comprehensive list of issues, including a major problem that was hard to diagnose. We agreed that it wasnt worth spending the money on repairing this car. Excellent work and I am very confident of their expertise and integrity! Highly recommended.

Excellent, quick service. I would definitely recommend them. My car was towed over there late in the afternoon. I was told theyd call me the next day to tell me whats wrong. I was 20 minutes away, being driven home from work from a friend, when Bothell Way Garage called me at 6:04pm that same evening to tell me the car was all fixed. I asked if I could come back then to pick it up so that Id have my car to get to work the next day & the guy said, we closed at 6pm, how long would it take you. I replied 15-20 minutes and he said hed wait. I arrived there in 15 & was met with a smile and a reasonable bill. My car is running great! Thanks so much!

This place was fast and convenient. Bob worked with me to find a time to get my car in, had it inspected in 2 hours and fixed in 5. Computer checked, exhaust weld and replaced front axle CV joint. Prices were reasonable and no BS shop supplies charge. Ill certainly be going here again. Thanks Bob!

I couldnt figure out why my clutch was slipping when it shouldnt have been. After taking it to Bothell Way Garage they discovered I needed a new clutch master cylinder. They were priced right and the job was done quickly and professionally. My clutch isnt slipping anymore. Job well done!
