Loaded apps on my phone while browsing store. Now have to manually go on Sprint website and cancel. Pretty bad business practice to do that to a customer.

This store has been a nightmare for us over 7 months ago we visited as we were switching from one phone company to another and we were checking out Sprint a younger man I believe Bob was his name,helped us compare Sprint to some of the other companies. We want to do a little more investigation and determined Sprint was not the best fit for us they were having some kind of promotion he took down our name telephone number we didnt give him anything else, 7 months later Sprint calls and wants a payment of 249 or something for our bill that we have never paid. I said we didnt set up Sprint oh yes you did I was told. I said no we didnt, it went to a collection agency the collection agency said if you pay one half of it,we will drop the whole thing. I took it to the Minnesota attorney general and they didnt find any evidence that we had an account. Sprint said we will send fraud papers and you can give us your social security and all your information, we will see if you have an account and Im thinking yeah I give you all the information you create account cuz you were never given that information to create account in the first place. Sprint has continually pestering us with agencies and collection agency lawyers in New Hampshire.Finally we had to take it to an attorney in Apple valley. I would not use a Sprint if it was the only phone company around, the experience has been a nightmare and Sprint has been a nightmare. It all started with MOA store.
This review is because I hate everything about sprint as a service provider. I was ripped off for 18 months, but Im back home where I belong Tmobile !

Not much inventory and staff isnt great. There are probably better sprint stores to spend your time at.
I would rate 0 if that is an option. Worst experience. I was looted. The store people were most unprofessional. I swapped an iPhone 7 for an 8 but ended up paying the full amount for it . Also they kept my iPhone 7.Now this is just not acceptable and i feel helpless on loosing my money.Note: I waited for entire year for the issue to be resolved and kept visiting the store but they kept me on hold each time.

All I will say is Sprint was the worse cellular company I dealt with. I was told multiple times at this location that the phones would work in North Dakota; however, they did not. I had the hardest time to get them to refund my money I spent on the phones, and I had to end up disputing the transaction with my bank. Their customer service was horrible. Everyone I talked to told me something different, and they never help me resolve the issue.

Scary event: my phone shattered while on a distant business trip (San Francisco). I came to the mall to see if its possible to get a new phone up and running and with the least adjustments possible. I came to this store questioning the possibility: they were familiar with my now shattered phone and helped me out with getting my new phone (LG v30+ purchased here in June 2018 ) up and running immediately - INCLUDING CONTACTS AND PHOTOS ETC., despite my 415 area code phone number and San Francisco residence. The staff was very professional about the activation process and they gave me the best deal available -- AMAZING new phone! Had it not been for their help in a convenient location near my hotel, my shattered phone probably would have been a serious disaster in regard to my job. The way the experience worked out and the way my airline ticket came through so easily on this new phone (probably would not have worked on the old one), the shattering turned out to be a good thing. Remembering a past San Francisco co-worker native to Minnesota, she would definitely say my phone shattering was meant to be. Thank you everybody at this Sprint Store.
Avoid this place like the plague!!! Service was so bad it should be criminal!I went her to add an ipad to my plan. I wanted an ipad pro. Seemed simple enough. I have been dealing with an absolute nightmare!When I go in I am helped by one of the employees. He clearly is very new, because he had absolutely no idea what he was doing, or what he was talking about. Not a huge deal because I already knew what I wanted.So I tell him I want the 128 GB i pad pro. He says he needs to order it since its not in stock. I tell him thats fine. He tells me that it will take 3 days to get. He also tells me that the data plan is $10 a month. (Definitely not true).A few days later I go online to my account. The employee ordered me the wrong Ipad. He ordered the I pad air, not the pro. I call Sprint and tell them to just cancel the whole order. They tell me they cant. I have to go to the store.Following day I go to the store. An employee says he cant cancel the order because he doesnt know how to. I asked him who knows how to. He said his manager, who would be in the next day. Said to call him.I called the store probably two dozen times. Not once did they answer. Goes to voicemail.I called Sprint at the toll free number and tell them whats going on. Refuse to help. They said that they wont do anything for me and I have to go back to the store.I still have not gotten this taken care of. Horrible service.On a side note: I still have not gotten my ipad, even though i no longer want it, and its been like 11 days.

This sprint store knows how to scam there costumers so if you need to go to a sprint store go to they one on they west side 3rd level there service is much better.
Unhelpful and won’t honor a discount that was put in writing. They ordered the wrong color phone and it took forever to get.
